25/04/2025: Unbelievably good fish! Have been meaning to try since moving to the area a while back.
The hake was absolutely sublime, cooked perfectly, generous portions. The monkfish scampi we shared as an appetiser. Was delicious, and again beautifully cooked , honouring the ingredients. Wine list good & reasonable. Already looking forward to coming back, & would 💯 recommend if youre in the area.

01/05/2025: Oh, absolutely fantastic decision to go there with my friends because who doesn’t love overpaying for terrible service and flavorless food? We went in hoping for a good meal but turns out we were just there to admire the ambience right? If you're craving disappointment on a plate and want to pay premium for it by all means, go. Just don’t expect your taste buds to thank you unless they're into punishment.

06/04/2025: Nice hotel a but old fashioned but we'll kept, clean and warm. Situated on main road with a late opening pizza shop opposite so noisy late at night. TV channel signal not good. Food was plentiful with buffet breakfast and main meal portions were good. Unfortunately we had mash at every one of the 4 nights. It said on the door on a tiny notice 'residents only' but that was not the case. It was very busy in the lounge but it was Paddy's weekend. I expected entertainment most of the day on paddy's day however it didn't start until 9.30pm 😒. We were with a coach party and there was at least two more in our time there so hotel busy.
25/02/2025: Great option for a budget price. Exactly what we needed and appreciated the friendly staff. Bar was cozy and large with food. Rooms were basic, but clean. Bed was spring mattress and could use an update. Car parking is across the street and €5 for the night versus €12. Would recommend. Thank you!

There are a selection of pastries/cakes at the counter but not many food options, there are two sandwiches available and neither are vegetarian, one is 3 meat focaccia and the other chicken curry roll. They also have an Açaí bowl which is what I had and it was nice. My husband had the chicken curry roll and a latte and both were nice. Staff were friendly.

23/04/2025: Everything was cooked perfectly. Very fresh tasting. I particularly loved the vegetables in the madras curry. The paneer in the tikka starter was fluffy and full of flavour, with a nice sear. Top notch place with fantastic and friendly service.
