The best restaurants in Wexford

12/08/2026: food so tea and amazing, that katsu was genuinely life changing. 🧍🏻the tteokbokki serving was iffy but still yum

09/08/2026: A bit of mixed reaction to Raspberry, I had visited Raspberry before and found it to be a fabulous restaurant. Last night however I came away a little disappointed, I ordered a fillet steak medium and it arrived at the table bone dry and well done. I think if you are charging €44.00 for a steak the chef should know how to prepare it. The starters, crab claw and prawn salad were fine and my partner enjoyed her duck, My partner and I had picked Raspberry to celebrate an occasion based on our past experience so we left a little disappointed. That said the service was excellent and the staff very apologetic offering me an alternative which although very appreciated was not ideal. The restaurant was very busy so I can only hope that the quality of steak is not the norm. I will give Raspberry another chance as I do understand that we can all have an off night.

08/08/2026: What a place! We had such a wonderful evening at Raspberry and genuinely couldn't fault a thing. The restaurant is run incredibly well and the staff are some of the best we have ever experienced. A special mention has to go to Cyndi, who was absolutely amazing. She was so warm and attentive, explained the menu brilliantly and really looked after us throughout the evening. We were celebrating my mum and dad's anniversary and she helped make it feel genuinely special. The food was absolutely divine. Everything we had was delicious and beautifully presented. The restaurant itself is gorgeous too, with beautiful decor and such a lovely atmosphere. Honestly, the only thing I could possibly suggest they improve is making the Basque cheesecake bigger — it was far too good for the portion to end so quickly! 😂 From the food to the service and the surroundings, it was just a wonderful meal from beginning to end. We would 100% come back again. I just wish we had places like Raspberry back home in England! Highly, highly recommended

17/08/2026: Food could be the best in the county if I ever got my order taken, I wouldn’t know. Waited to be seated in what was a seemingly quiet day, when we got seated we waited for 30+ mins to not have our order taken. Had someone come over to say they’ll be with us after 15 mins we just left. Unorganised and unaware staff.

14/08/2026: Great food and very friendly staff. Would recommend the lasagna, it comes with garlic bread, salad and chips. Good value too

02/09/2026: A fantastic Indian restaurant in Wexford, right by the train station. It's actually a small, but cozy restaurant. We would have loved to eat in, but opted for takeaway because the prices were significantly higher for dining in. This didn't affect the quality at all: every single dish we ordered was of very high quality – I've certainly experienced much worse at other Indian restaurants. Nothing was over-seasoned or too greasy. Everything was delicious and very easy to digest. To our surprise, the takeaway boxes were extremely sturdy and robust. I'm not used to that from Germany. As a result, we actually avoided the typical stains after eating Indian food. All in all, a great decision and highly recommended. The prices were also very reasonable – but only for takeaway (this concept was new to me).

31/08/2026: Very busy spot, last minute booking with no difficulties getting a table. Food was average, a bit bland across the board. Staff were very attentive.

20/08/2026: By far my favourote place to dine out in Wexford. Fantastoc food and atmosphere. Staff are secpnd to none. Highly highly recommend.

09/08/2026: Food was very good. Table service was good (I wouldnt say very friendly but good) and food was served in a good time. The atmosphere was a bit strange, hard to pinpoint, but the gentleman who I assume was the owner seemed a bit worked up and was rushing around the place giving orders, which I found a bit annoying. Overall good experience.

02/08/2026: Had a beautiful brunch here after visiting the farmers market. My husband raved about the coffee and the bacon- some of the best he’s ever had!

24/08/2026: You'll need to be a local or use GPS to find this pub/ resturant. Its worth it , spacious car park for easy parking. Resturant interior set out in old cottage style. Service efficent with menu to suit most tastes.

12/08/2026: Absolutely gorgeous food,great service and very child friendly - One of Irelands let alone Wexfords hidden gems . It is a bit off the beaten track but well worth the effort, you will definitely go back time after time Theresa and her team are simply wonderful, and make everyone feel so welcome.

05/08/2026: An amazing pint of Guinness . The man who served me made me feel right at home after a long day driving . He was very friendly. Lovely local atmosphere in there .

03/08/2026: I always pop into The Pike for a few pints when in Wexford. The manager/owner is always in great form and gives you a proper welcome. Their Guinness & Heineken are delish. The pub is pokey with lots of nooks and cranies to sit and enjoy a pint and a chat. It's a perfect 1st or last pub, if you fancy a pub crawl around Wexford. Definitely worth a visit.

09/08/2026: Lovely place. We had a big group so booked a table in advance (definitely a must as it got busy fast). The pizza was incredible. Serivce was great. Very nice staff. They also service cocktails and beer and wine but I didn't try any. Will be back for sure.

07/08/2026: Gave me food poisoning! Hadn't eaten anything else that could have caused it. Would not recommend!

07/08/2026: Amazing cafe! Came here for the first time on a busy day with a long queue (for good reason!) and the staff were so friendly & kind it brought such a warm welcome!

06/08/2026: Sat outside & had a really nice lunch/brunch. Food was delicious - the pastrami & brie toastie was a highlight. Staff were very attentive & friendly. Next time I'll save room for one of their lovely cakes.

22/08/2026: Paul and his amazing crew front and back of house know how to present stunning food and look after their guests with premium service- only negative comment is that we don't live closer to the Lobster Pot x it was a wonderful few meals we had there this summer ! Until the next time ❤️

19/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the best restaurant experiences we’ve had in Ireland! The food was incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. Honestly, I haven’t eaten food this tasty and well-prepared in any other restaurant in Ireland, even in some of the places that are supposedly ranked among the top 3 or top 6 in the world. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was calm, relaxed and very welcoming. 100% recommended! If you’re in Wexford, The Lobster Pot is definitely worth visiting. 🦞

09/07/2026: Stopped for a coffee here on the way home from a holiday. Just chose it because it was rated high. I wasn’t disappointed. Probably the best cappuccino I’ve had in a long time. So nice to see time and effort put into a coffee rather than just get the coffee to the customer as fast as possible. Some places put way more effort into trying to be funny on social media and then not back it up when it comes to the product. Staff turnover always tells a story. Spoke to one of the workers whilst she was making the coffee and was very impressed with her ethos on quality and customer service. May have to make a few detours to visit here again. Highly recommended.

17/06/2026: Lovely little cafe. Staff are very friendly and the coffee is lovely. You might even see a few doggos of you're lucky (I saw three). Lovely atmosphere and highly recommended.
