10/03/2025: food is normally good there but they always end up messing up the orders with wrong toppings, pizzas cut wrong.. this is the third time this has happened to me where an order was wrong, if you want your order correct go somewhere else’s.
22/02/2025: I don't know how this place has good reviews, food is bad, staff try to scam money if they think you are drunk, never again! Avoid!

20/04/2025: My husband and I stayed at the West County Hotel last week. Our experience was amazing. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and their service was great! We had breakfast in the restaurant in the mornings. The food was tasty, with a wide range of choice to pick from. Our room was cozy and warm, with a large, comfortable double bed. Everything was clean and well-kept. In addition to that, the hotel is located 5 minutes away from town. It is local and everything is within reach. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a few days away, to relax and enjoy a holiday!

26/11/2024: Lovely place and people. Don't miss it as it's somewhat hidden around corners. We found it as we exited the public parking garage through a back door, otherwise we might have not found it .
Small cozy place, perfect atmosphere, great food for a snack or a full meal. Great prices too.

25/04/2025: Just had the worst fish and chips ever. It use to be a lovely bar with nice food. Don't know what happened but it has been getting worse and worse for the last year or two. Recently someone came up with a great idea to replace the waiting staff with an app. Unfortunately the app doesn't clean the tables and they look like mess.
15/04/2025: Absolutely awful, got there and queued to order... Only to be told we could only have chicken goujons and chips... Seriously the only option is fried food! I ordered 4 and only received 1... I went back up to the bar staff and no apology as they did not ring through the correct order. In fact the staff were so rude!
Do not bother trying to eat on Shannon Airport!

29/09/2024: Was a regular customer..Ordered a 1 euro peri sauce (on numerous occasions) only for it not to arrive. Last time on principle I rang the "restaurant" only for the person on the other end to get completely defensive and started to argue with me😂 about a euro sauce?? Also food usually needs to be heated up again

29/04/2025: Over 20Eur for a simple breakfast meal including a drink and dessert. This breaks my heart. No way these hash browns and sausages come frozen, they must have been grown in the small eco farm on the roof of the airport and these eggs must have been produced by free range eco airport chickens... Otherwise I can't understand this price for prison food. The tart was not nice as well.
28/04/2025: Wow, simply the best Coranation Chicken sandwich I have ever had. Plenty of crunchy almonds, a cia bread that held the lovely curried mayonaise and ample chicken filling.
