21/06/2025: Got southern fried chicken and kabuli rice . Rice were good for price and quantity was a lot . Fried chicken was refried . Very oily n very bad .spoiled whole opinion . I requested person taking order to make fresh refused straightaway. When asked any thing special in menu, pointed to wall and said you can see menu which was rude of him Addendum I visited this restaurant a few weeks ago and had an average experience — I left above review back then hoping they would take it as constructive feedback. Today, I decided to give them another chance and ordered some food. When I went to pick up my order after about 10-15 minutes, one of the staff members approached me and questioned me about my previous review. He told me that I shouldn’t have left a negative review and that I should have spoken to them instead. I explained that leaving a review is my right as a customer and that my earlier feedback was meant to help improve their service, not simply to criticize. However, he and especially his other colleagues who was taking orders today become very hostile and I heard him saying a lot and asking me to leave. which I found highly unprofessional and disrespectful. As a customer, I never expected to be treated with such hostility just for sharing feedback. If my motive was only criticism I would not have gone back . Today food both nuggets and yum yum bites were good. I hope the manager or owner looks into this matter seriously — customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, not confrontation. Good service and polite behavior go a long way.

18/05/2025: With only here to come to before bag drop we sat down asked for menus, looking for drinks but given food menus. One decided to order food, went to bar to order 4 drinks & a hotdog charged nearly 50 euros on card then someone came to tell us kitchen closed refunded in euros (considering we here leaving) & nothing said when menus given or while ordering & paying. Take away bit was open so ordered a toasted sandwich & a panini charged 18 euros for it, stone cold & full of grease, a stale sandwich from whsmiths is better value

12/05/2025: The guy with the white hair who claimed to be the owner had the worst attitude. When we asked to play pool he asked for ID and said he was busy with actual customers and that pubs are for drinking. When he asked us to hurry up with the IDs, we decided to leave as it wasn’t worth it. Worst service I’ve ever experienced, was also waiting 15 minutes before he came over to me. One of the rudest people you could interact with. Would not recommend 👎

09/08/2024: I've ordered from here two times, both have been slightly disappointing. The tapioca pearls were slightly stodgy and didn't have a very fresh texture, and the drinks tasted very artificial. The service was okay, but the shop isn't a very nice place to sit in while you have your drink. Overall I feel there's a lot to be desired, 4.9/10.

20/06/2025: I think they should probably not serve ramen because it was so far from an authentic bowl of ramen that I was pretty disappointed. Especially at a €17 price point. I would challenge whether the chef has actually tried a real bowl of ramen or just read a list of ingredients and filled in the gaps themselves. The chicken was just dry chunks of chopped up breast meat (no fat or skin), the egg was hard boiled and not marinated and then just loads of chunky chopped mushrooms. No pickled ginger, none of the condiments that you might expect. I probably won't return.

01/07/2025: Highly recommend this restaurant. By far the best restaurant to get Indian food in the area. All of the parts of the dishes were excellent - I ordered the Egg Fried Rice, Garlic/Onion/Coriander Naan and Lamb Phall. All elements of the dishes were excellent with exceptional flavour. The spices of all dishes can be customised to order and the staff are very friendly. The restaurant itself is a nice space and a luxury experience with a great selection of dishes and sides - would definitely recommend if in the area.

20/07/2025: I searched every corner of the supermarket with an empty coffee cup and couldn't find anywhere to put it. I had to carry it back to my car because I didn't have access to a trash can in the entire place. I also ate food and couldn't find any restroom facilities; apparently, the restroom was closed.

06/05/2025: Service was very poor here by management - we had an issue with our meal - a fly crawled out of the salad and onto the fish. We reported it to the trainee waitress who took it away back to the kitchen and did not return to our table once to apologise or anything and completly ignored us after. They must have sprayed fly spray as there was another dead fly on the table. When we requested the bill from another waitress the fish was still on it and I explained the situation again and she said she would let a manager know. The fish was removed from the bill but we felt they didnt believe that the fly was in the food even though the trainee waitress saw it and carried it still on the plate crawling back to the kitchen!!! Management should have came and apologised and we tried to get their attention times but were ignored - very poor service for the price. Will not be returning.

21/07/2025: Room was above nightclub, might as well have been in the nightclub.

20/07/2025: This was the worst bed I've ever tired to sleep, mattress mush be very very old, no support in it. At night all I could hear till 2am was music, felt like I was in the nightclub, I think windows are single glase sound was so loud. My bedroom door did lock either. Only good thing was a powerful shower.

13/06/2025: Friendly staff and a clean environment made my visit to Subway a pleasant one. The food was fresh and affordable. Great spot for a quick and satisfying meal!

05/06/2025: service at this Subway is consistently poor. Staff are often rude or dismissive, and it feels like they’re in a rush to get you out the door and get your money On several visits, I’ve experienced horrible attitudes especially by the 2 middle eastern men that are in there all the time I think they are managers and the overall service just isn’t welcoming. Especially since I'm in there everyday with my wife and children after work The food quality can also be disappointing small portions stale bread and a dirty workplace compared to subways nearby , and I’ve even been overcharged before multiple times on purpose by those 2 middle eastern men This isn’t what I expect from a brand like Subway. Definitely not a location I’d recommend especially for ennis town
