15/02/2026: We arrived quite late as we were travelling a few hours. When we arrived the 2 girls at reception informed us of a €150 deposit due to their “no smoking rule”, they said it was mandatory due to “people smoking before”. Think this is very unfair as the rooms aren’t cheap as it is. The girls checked us in, handed us our key cards but didn’t tell us where to go or what floor our room was on. We took the lift up, got out on the right floor but our room wasn’t there, had to walk through corridors through every door we could find to then eventually finding the room. Would be a lot more helpful if they told us where to go😊. The room was very outdated, cheap mattress which isn’t comfortable to sleep on if you suffer with back problems. The bed was pretty small for 2 people too. Window was closed but still had air coming through it which made it a bit colder in the room. The view outside wasn’t too bad, we were looking out onto the road. The bathroom is also very outdated and looks dirty if im honest, very uncomfortable to touch anything in it. There was an open door in the bathroom leading into the pipe work??? With loads of dust and spider webs in it also making it more unpleasant. No hair dryer, iron in the rooms as you need to “request them”. We were informed in the morning it would be 2+ hours until we know if we get our deposit back as “housekeepers need to check we haven’t damaged the property or smoked in the room”. Overall, was an okay stay for the night but before you stay be aware of the deposit and it’s not a big fancy place to stay in.

14/02/2026: The rooms were freezing cold. Stayed there for 2 days and not once was the heating put on.

17/10/2025: What a hidden gem! Kate and the staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived (past check-in time) to the moment we left. We, unfortunately, had no luggage as it was not put on our flight from Glasgow. Kate went out of her way to make us feel as comfortable as possible given the situation. We had to alter our original plans of hiking (due to lack of clothes/gear) and Kate spent a considerable amount of time giving us suggestions for an alternate plan. We took her recommendations and were able to enjoy many sights and delicious foods and a great ferry trip to our next destination. The breakfast at Wild Honey was Absolutely Divine!! One of the best breakfasts we had over our 13 day trip. Such a great experience and we will be returning! Thank you Kate!

14/08/2025: Literally the worst place on earth. They treat their staff like scum and keep insulting them and dragging them down. They are very unfriendly and inwould not recommend to even visit them

13/12/2025: Young Irish man serving was very polite, chef had an attitude problem, I asked him 3 times to pass me two sachets of butter and he ignored request repeatedly , when I reached to get the butter myself he quoted “you’ll get your butter when I’m not busy “, food very good though.

20/11/2025: Best pizza outside of Italy I've had. I travel a lot and got diverted to Shannon, but must say every cloud has a silver lining.

15/11/2025: BEST FOOD IN ENNIS. Id eat it if i was on death row love the remodel.

16/09/2025: Great customer service from Parmeet. We made several customizations to our sandwich, and he handled everything with patience.

17/12/2025: The only reason I gave 1 star is because 0 stars was not an option. Ordered from just eat. I rang after an hour ten and it’s as if the man that answered had never seen my order. Still took another 20 minutes and all the food was stone cold. The man that delivered just handed me the food too and said “here”. Burgers were burnt, as were the buns. Kebab tray for €9 had 21 chips, yes I counted. It was bleak. Would never recommend this place.

11/12/2025: The food is great but delivery times are awful. We ordered on JustEat a few weeks ago and the food took nearly 2 hours to arrive (even after contacting them) and it was stone cold. We figured it was a once off and ordered again this week directly on their app however it was the same again, we ordered at 8:20 and it arrived after 10 and completely frozen. It's a shame because Ajmal and the lads inside are gents but I would advise against ordering anything for delivery!

05/10/2025: Food was shocking. The chips were like eating hard rocks and just so unappealing, made me feel sick. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend.

12/08/2025: Ordered for the first time tonight. Food on my lap within 15 mins, don’t know how they did it! Grub was tasty a/f and was so hot we’d to wait a few mins for it to cool down. Would recommend 👍

15/02/2026: Absolutely disgraceful of a takeaway. Ordered food for delivery tonight, was told on the phone 40 mins for delivery we were happy to wait that long as we understand it's Saturday night and with it being valentines, so 40 mins passed no sign left it go 20 mins and rang the shop, the girl on the phone said oh yes it will actually take another 20 minutes before it's going out for delivery, so in my understanding it wasn't even cooked when I rang asking where it was as she said it would take another 20 mins before it ready for delivery. We certainly will not be ordering here again a disgrace of a shop. I had to edit as it will not let me reply. You say I rang you back 35 mins after I place order. Luckily i have screenshot of times I made phone calls so don't try say I rang you within time frame of order. I rang you 7.55 ordering then I rang you 8.58pm to see where food is at. That's is not 35 minutes later

29/11/2025: Ordered a home delivery from Remix Pizza, and it was excellent! The delivery was quick, the food arrived hot, and everything tasted delicious. Great quality, definitely ordering again.

22/09/2025: The shawarma was terrible, I threw it in the trash!

10/08/2025: Ordered a takeaway from this place tonight. The food is pathetic. Ordered 2 chapattis but we got 2 naan instead. The king prawn masala and chicken masala was disgusting. The amount the colour added made the gravy appear reddish pink (pic attached) and it tasted more like a dessert....it was so so so sweet that we could not eat beyond 1 spoon. I would recommend you starve yourself than eat at this place and waste your money.

08/11/2025: Staff here are so lovely. I spilled a scalding cup of tea on myself and one of the staff members helped me clean it up, gave me burn cream for my hand, and gave me a fresh cup of tea. She was so kind about it all and so helpful. Made a bad situation much better.

30/10/2025: A place for drunkards. We stopped by and had two terrible Irish coffees. €19. Stay away!

30/10/2025: A truly disappointing experience. The place has a general sense of neglect, both in terms of its ambiance and atmosphere. When I visited, there were some customers who were clearly intoxicated, and unpleasant odors made it difficult to even remain seated. We ordered two Hive coffees, paying €19 for them, a decidedly excessive price for the quality and the setting. The barista also seemed rather listless and inattentive to the customer. Overall, a place I don't recommend and wouldn't return to.

15/11/2025: Nice service and nice staff but the spice bag is generally not worth it has changed in the last few years
