29/09/2024: Was a regular customer..Ordered a 1 euro peri sauce (on numerous occasions) only for it not to arrive. Last time on principle I rang the "restaurant" only for the person on the other end to get completely defensive and started to argue with međ about a euro sauce?? Also food usually needs to be heated up again

05/08/2024: Hi so I came here a few times before and every time I was in pure shock, so basically sometimes I see workers picking their nose, and not to mention scratching their hair, body, genitals, and backside. Not only this but every time my order is somehow always messed up, yet being so simple. One example of these mishaps was when I felt that my bag was a bit light, I looked inside and there just so happened to be just 2 burger buns and nothing else! no patty, no drink, no fries, just 2 burger buns. Staff members are cheeky and rude, management too! Management doesnt even apologise, and doesnt even think about giving people a refund for the missing items that they have been charged for! This is disgraceful so please, take the neccessary measures to ask your workers to be a bit more hygienic and kind. Thank you

14/09/2024: How is this business allowed to trade? Absolutely overpriced garbage. Had a 'hot' panini with beef that felt like I was eating rubber and was stone cold in the middle. Atrocious and disgusting. Avoid.
21/08/2024: Food was not of a good standard and got overcharged. Receipt wasn't offer so had to ask for it.

22/10/2024: We arrived for a late lunch and were extremely disappointed. The meals were okay nothing outstanding. Desserts were disappointing and very high priced. To top it off there was little or no service. Every time we wanted tea, dessert, or the check, we had to search for to find someone. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Great breakfas.t really lovely people. Such a good experience. So friendly so professional.

Shannigan's Gastro Pub
13/07/2024: Good food when needed was found. They had been slammed on Father's Day. We got in at 7 pm after they had been busy when we arrived. Hamburgers were a little overdone and it took 15 minutes to get dips. Chips were good. Lamb dish was huge and probably the best thing. Drinks were fair. They pulled it off with a Whisky tasting at the end of the meal. All in all, I would say it was an easy place to get food when we were in the Inn.
26/06/2024: 6 of us met for morning coffee on Wednesday 26th June 2024, at Shannigans Pub, which is the bar at the Inn at Dromoland.
On arrival we were given a most welcoming greeting by Olive( front of house Manager) , which set the tone for a most enjoyable experience. Our order of Lattes, Americano, Teas and Cappuccinos +scones was taken by Nora. Our scones (2 on each plate + cream, strawberry jam and bramley jam) were absolutely delicious. Many thanks Nora for your wonderful service and friendliness. As we left, Mr. Hernandez (GM), bade farewell to us. All in all, a most marvellous visit and experiencing Irish Hospitality at its wonderful best. MĂle buĂochas all at the Inn. We will be back.
