26/01/2026: Absolutely Fabulous, Was there last night . It was so cold outside I couldn't believe the beautiful fire we met as soon as we walked in 👍 Food , staff and atmosphere was only fantastic Couldn't believe the menu & PRICE !!! Brendan and your staff are unreal Thank you all so much 🤞I will be BACK !!!

22/05/2026: At the Jack Keogh dance weekend, spent 15mins waiting ro get served at the bar only 2 bar staff serving.

20/05/2026: Good hotel, well located. Breakfast costs €16 but it's worth it; just don't leave it until the last minute, you might find there are things missing.

05/12/2025: Chicken Nuggets and Chips Was Delicious I Bought It For Delivery Today 5th December 2025 The Delivery Driver Is So Friendly and I Had A Medium Meal. I Would Order Here Again.

01/08/2025: Popped in to Have Chips and a Tea ☕, before a visit to the Regional Culture Centre. It was a nice and quick service and always good to be there. For My Latest Visit I got a back on the Menu Pork Rib Sandwich with Chips and a Tea and the Item is still Great Since it was last on the Menu and well Recommended.

22/05/2026: We we're on a tour of Ireland and only stayed in this hotel for 1 night, out of the 5 hotels we stayed in all over Ireland this was our favourite, the rooms we're spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The evening meal was amazing and served with well mannered young adults, The receptionist was welcoming and so organised. We would love to go back for a longer stay.

03/05/2026: Steaming hot room. Hard to leave the window open to long with the rain. No AC. Only one tiny window that opened. They gave me a fan but it just kinda pushed the hot air around rather than cooling. Big massive poop stain from the birds on the window smeared. Beds were hard as a rock and filled with springs, super uncomfortable. I hated the blanket it was very dingy. Pillows were thin and uncomfortable. WiFi was completely unavailable the whole stay and the other guests with our tour agreed. The dinner food was alright, the gentleman working there was a very kind and personable man. The breakfast food was very cold. Was a bit loud in the common areas and people walking by our room or knocking stuff over outside. I wouldn’t recommend.

22/09/2025: Ordered fish. It left alot to be desired. Fish was fresh. The batter was disgusting, smelled and tasted of uncooked dough. So disappointed. Id glad drive past and go to Friars Glencar.

19/06/2026: Posting after many visits over the years. Famous for their chips etc. but we prefer sandwiches for lunch and these are simply the best sandwiches in or near Derry. None of your mayonnaisy mixes, fundamentally delicious home cooked chicken in thick slices with always fresh and crisp salad items plus delicious fresh bread. Big pot of excellent tea. Have yet to meet a member of staff who was not friendly and helpful. Quite mystified at some negative reviews.

05/01/2026: I bought chicken and prawn fried rice a week ago, the chicken was really bad tasting. I really doubt that was out of date meat they use.

10/05/2026: Excellent staff and food delicious. Very accommodating, nothing is hassle. Always a smile, will definitely be back.

26/02/2026: I’m telling you now. If you’re in letterkenny, head straight to k2. You’ll not find a more atmospheric place, along with cheap pricing and brilliant food. Your man at the counter loves the craic and the prices actually cannot be beaten all over Ireland (being 100% genuine here). Will always be 5/5 for me anyway.

24/04/2026: Had One of Costa Coffee's Winter Turkey Sandwiches 🥪 with a Nice Pot of Tea, The Sandwich was nicely Toasted and I would recommend Costa Coffee as a Good place to Eat in at. No Change still good to eat at, I just recently had a chicken and chorizo flatbread there with tea and some water and a good quick service. Tried a New Chicken and Pepperoni Bagel 🥯 In an updated visit. The Place is still Good 👍 👍 Still Recommended.
