04/02/2025: Love the food here, but (big but) the service needs attention. The girl serving on the Saturday day time had a fair amount of sass about her, and seemed annoyed when we asked for cutlery. You are offering a take out service, of course people will be wanting knives and folks!

06/03/2025: Nicest kebab in a long time. The lad that served me went out of his way. I asked could i have the salad separate as i had along journey and i wanted to heat up the meat separate from the salad and he put the salad in a box for me. Most definitely recommend Abrakababra in Letterkenny.
01/02/2025: Went in for a doner kebab meal with a chip and drink and I have to say the staff were super friendly, staff at till had great manners and was super helpful. food came quick! Will be back again!

22/06/2024: I came down here while I was attending the Donegal Rally, came in while the place was empty and was immediately treated with unpleasantness. We were instructed to go to the counter to order food and when I went up with my group. I ordered and Irish breakfast with a coffee and on the menu it cost 9.90 but when I went to pay I was charged over 13 euro. The general demeanor of the woman behind the counter and the eye rolls over the fact I was ordering food. If I could give less stars I would. Terrible place to go terrible service, will recommend people to go elsewhere.

23/01/2025: Stayed in a suite with beautiful views over the Foyle and woke up to spectacular sunrises. The hotel itself is very quiet and relaxing. Staff very efficient and friendly. Food excellent - unfortunately didn’t have time to visit the spa. Will definitely be back. Beautiful beds very comfortable

29/11/2024: Went for the mini breakfast there today.Ordered it and was asked if it was tea or coffee and I said coffee.As I had an hour to kill I asked for a "topup" on my coffee.No problem so far.Nice breakfast.Went to pay and here is what happened.I was not only charged for the coffee which comes the breakfast but the topup as well! 16 euro for a mini breakfast..now come on. This is a nice premises in a great location owned by a family well known and liked by me.Therefore I am very suprised at this and wont be going there again nor will anyone I get talking to. Not good enough.No charity box available to put this additional 6 euro in as I offered.No sign of a manager.
27/11/2024: First time visitors, met by very pleasant staff. A lovely busy restaurant with a nice ambiance! Food was delicious & not short on portions (full Irish & Omelette). Just a note re drinks….coffees were served straight away which is a real bonus….its nice to relax while waiting for food….well done staff & management! Will be our first choice when returning to Roscommon.

13/04/2025: Well located but below expectations on all other aspects. Impossible to turn off the heating in the room, cheese and ham not available for breakfast and, surprise surprise, there was a group having breakfast in their pyjamas and no one seemed to care - it looked like the circus came to town.
13/04/2025: Don't know where to begin. Rooms 100 degrees.
Noise from surrounding rooms in crazy. Can hear toilets next door, kids screaming at 12am, rude front of house staff. And also the girl in restaurant last night also not very pleasant.
Went down for breakfast, and where asked to move seats. We did not move. They waited until we sat down with all the food, 4 of us, then asked us to move. I refused. Noone took order tea and coffee order. Very bad experience all round. We have been to some hotels anf this by far is the worst. Stay clear.
Couldn't wait to leave this place.

31/05/2024: Good selection on the menu and nice size portions. Food was amazing and not a long wait.
Cosy atmosphere with the open fire on, I wasn't able to manage a pudding but from looking at others they looked lovely too.
Highly recommend 😀

Very snobby we went there today and the sign in their door was open but when we are about to go in the old fella who was there inside just closed the door and open again so I asked if there are open coz I was confused we just wanted to have a coffee and as a treat to kids as well coz we just went to church but no reply totally snob us and the lady he was with inside..snobbish people totally ignorant does not deserve any ratings..
