The best restaurants in Donegal

17/12/2025: My fiancée, myself and our 2 friends had a lovely meal together at a very reasonable price. We went with the midweek offer, 2 course meal deal with pint/glass of wine €25. Everyone was very happy with their pastas, pizzas, focaccia, chicken wings. I even made a special request which I was more than satisfied with - I had been waiting 10 years for someone to grant my wish - Calzone Bolognaise not at all easy to make but it was beautiful. Very friendly service and very obliging. We have been before and we will definitely be back. Zezze’s are doing all the right things and I wish them the very best going forward. Also very nicely decorated for Christmas 🎄

27/01/2026: I'd never eat out of this place again🤮🤮 Yer man was making my burger and the one half the bun fell on the floor,He picked it up and was gonna put it on the burger but i was watching him and then he started acting all apologetic,Discusting..imagine if he put the bun on the burger..absolutley discusting this place should be shut down!!

20/08/2025: Great service, very quick turnaround even when busy. Generous amounts of milk with the tea and butter with the bread too.

05/01/2026: I bought chicken and prawn fried rice a week ago, the chicken was really bad tasting. I really doubt that was out of date meat they use.

05/10/2025: My partner and I were here over the weekend. Food was amazing wonton soup delicious and the spring rolls are fab. Look like battered sausages but taste delicious. Had main courses and they were delicious highly recommended.

26/02/2026: I’m telling you now. If you’re in letterkenny, head straight to k2. You’ll not find a more atmospheric place, along with cheap pricing and brilliant food. Your man at the counter loves the craic and the prices actually cannot be beaten all over Ireland (being 100% genuine here). Will always be 5/5 for me anyway.

04/08/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved the Meat Lover Pizza from Mumbai Spice! The 16-inch size was perfect, packed with delicious, juicy meat, and the bread was soft and fresh. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. I’m very satisfied and will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend it to all pizza lovers!

01/02/2026: Just back from a 2 night weekend break for our wedding anniversary .Lovely card and chocolates waiting for us in room. Staff amazing, lovely dessert plate after our meal ,went over and above to make our break special .Would highly recommend this hotel for exceptional value for money coupled with outstanding customer service 👏 Hopefully be back shortly xx

02/08/2025: Omg this restaurant don't go ok first service,when i entered the mat is sticky?my feat had stickyness then at the register the girl who is Chinese is almost impossible to understand what she's saying and INCREDIBLY RUDE! she has dead no interest in you at all and when you collect your food she asks what i ordered "I ordered chi-" she's gone comes back with bag,what else you want "salt" gives me 2 pieces of the little salts,and she almost doesn't understand you too I say "I want a fanta,club orange,water please"she goes to fridge right behind her and asks again fanta clu-? And looks at me???And the cherry on top she forgot one of my orders only the food is nice when you first eat it,then a few minutes after you'll feel sick i mean I do not recommend!! I don't know what's with these five star review?

09/02/2026: Food terrible and over priced. €16. 20 FOR TACO CHIP AND SMALL GLASS MILK. TACO AND CHIP WAS DISGUSTING WITH THIN FROZEN CHIPS. SHOULD OF BEEN HOME MADE CHIPS AT THAT PRICE

Edit: it's gotten worse, how can you make an espresso, latte/skinny latte, mocha, cappuccino, americano and not a flat white?1 2nd edit: don't write reviews whilst hangry, the granary bap came in clutch and pulled the flaming grill up by the boot straps, that's how you do it
