16/04/2026: I went here for lunch the food was lovely and reasonably priced. The staff were really nice and friendly and welcoming. It was really quiet busy when I went here I would recommend booking a table.

01/11/2025: Firstly, a huge thank you to Brendan. My return from last year for 3 wonderful nights and plan to return next year. Supremely clean and comfortable rooms. A cozy traditional pub lies below rooms. A few minute walk into Midelton town centre. A 3 minute walk to train station which will have you into Cork City Centre in 22 minutes. Thanks to a terrific staff and the friendly locals who frequent this gem of a pub.

03/05/2026: Great location to meet and chat over a drink or a bite to eat. Plenty of options on the menu to satisfy any taste, they also have a good vegan menu. Lovely bar & restaurant with plenty of seating areas. The staff are welcoming, friendly and very patient. I chose to meet up with family here, so we could share photos and stories of the past over lunch. It was the perfect setting.

03/05/2026: Overpriced, expect to wait at least 1 hour for food and 30 Minutes for drinks. Would not recommend dining here. Potions sizes were ridiculous, got loaded fries and literally got about 10 chips! Also they no longer provide bottomless prosecco here.

05/05/2026: Depends on what you are looking for with food. I enjoyed the seabed and pot roast on different days. The rest of the menu was not my cup of tea. That's just me though. The atmosphere was grand. I would go back for drinks and appetizer food. Recommended for a great time.

25/12/2025: Loved my time at The Devlin Bar! Great cocktails and a cool, relaxed vibe in the heart of Ranelagh. The bartenders were friendly and the drinks were creative and delicious. Perfect spot for evening drinks or a fun night out with friends. Highly recommend

12/05/2026: We really enjoyed our stay here! The service was fantastic, the staff are so friendly and polite that it makes the stay even better! The room was lovely apart from a broken plug on the sink which made it a bit awkward but we were only there a night and didn’t tell anyone until the next day so they didn’t get a chance to fix it! The location is great for the airport and for a quick taxi into the centre/ temple bar etc. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

12/05/2026: The close proximity to the airport was a big selling point when booking. The parking lot to the back of the hotel was definitely nice, but it was at an additional cost of €12 per night. The room and bathroom were clean and also extremely quiet. Which I did not expect from a hotel so close to an international airport. It was a pretty basic room...so basic, in fact, that I forgot to take any pictures. 😆 The bar downstairs off of the lobby had a decent pint of Guinness, so that was nice. We didn't eat in the restaurant but be aware that reservations are required. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

05/05/2026: I had the pepper quiche with salad. The quiche was very tasty. The pastry base was light and crisp and the filling was very tasty. The vegetables in the salad were really fresh and crunchy. The staff were friendly and service was excellent. Would highly recommend Gourmet Parlour.

18/05/2026: We used the bar instead of the hotel. The fish and chips were huge! We chatted a bit among the three of us, and one or two drinks each was more than enough! It was quiet around 3 PM on a weekday, so we were grateful that we could stay without ordering too much!
