We had a great conversation about Ballinamore, the bar itself, and the World Cup, which made the visit even more memorable. He’s an absolute gem of a person and a great ambassador for local hospitality. As a traveller, experiences like this stay with you long after you’ve left. I loved the vibe of the bar and the genuine friendliness that made me feel right at home. If you’re passing through Ballinamore, Prios Sports Bar is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended! 🍻

13/06/2026: The staff here are top class, always friendly, helpful and polite. The only thing that beats them is the food which is absolutely on fire, 100%+ every time , a tad on the pricey side but I don't care, just take all of my money, I've been in twice a day on occasion.

07/07/2026: Notice to Customers I would like to share a concern regarding my experience today while watching the Argentina World Cup match. I ordered three pints of Heineken and was charged three different prices: ● 1st pint: €6.40 ● 2nd pint: €6.20 ● 3rd pint: €6.70 When I asked about the difference, I was told it was due to “human error.” However, I was not able to speak with the manager about the matter. Please review your bill carefully before paying. While mistakes can happen, customers should receive a clear explanation and consistent pricing. This was a disappointing experience.

04/07/2026: We go to their quiz night most Thursdays. It's a great night and Terry does a brilliant job. The food is great for pub food and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

22/08/2026: One of the best specialty coffee in Dublin, for sure. My go to in Dun Laoghaire, no doubt. The quality of the coffee is outstanding, and the kindness of the staff really makes a difference. I love that they have cacao too, I would love to try it soon.

11/06/2026: Stayed here for a week. Breakfast was fantastic every day. Staff were all pleasant enough. A special shout out to Zara who went above and beyond every day for us. If you’re staying here, I would reccomend ear plugs, as the windows aren’t the thickest. You can literally hear everything outside. But location is great, car park behind for €5 a day.
