04/04/2025: Now here is a pub full of the Irish Craic. Fantastic bar staff full of laughing and joking. You are definitely made to feel welcome. The food well bring your appetite as it’s good wholesome and plentiful. So if you’re in near or just passing by make time for this place you will not be disappointed.

22/04/2025: It used to be a very nice place like 10 years back but now the manager won't let U drink typical red Irish beers like Ale cause as he said it's sour and pipes are broken. I was wearing polish team jersey (with very emotional history in the background) while watching lost game vs Colombia and wanted to try something new and typical for Ireland. Manager asked his waiters to do a little theatre after my 1st question about these red beers when he most probably did shut down the draughts and these boys shown me it is all dry when I asked for the 2nd time. I gave them €5 each cause they were so convincing🤤 And the Irish lady sitting next to it did laugh so hard. Well if I would be negative person I could say it was based on stereotypes or maybe even discrimination but I did get rid of these bad thoughts on my way back home. All I had to do was to pretend bit dizzy after few Guinnesses and 1 glass of horse piss which the manager did advice instead of something original like the red ones. As a customer I've never seen anything like this before. As a bartender I was forced to do some little tricks while I was working in the Queens. If he didn't know I know what's going on... well, it's not my problem. It would not happen if the manager or anyone from the staff would maintain draughts and every customer would be treated same way.

10/05/2025: Okay, you're in Ireland and you want a traditional Indian food experience. Well of all places it's in Ennis, Co. Clare. The menu is excellent and the food is very tasty and authentic. The team there does a grand job and you'll be happy after enjoying a wonderful meal. We'll be back!

22/10/2024: Had a lovely few pints here last night - a group of about 8 of us who stayed for a good 4-5 rounds. Decided to come back today for a pre-dinner drink to celebrate my birthday and were shouted at by a “gentleman” drinking at the bar who pretty much told us we weren’t welcome and was incensed that we had the audacity to pull a chair across. He told us to go sit outside in the beer garden or in the snug. One of my party said, “Do you want us to leave?” He replied, “Yes, I do.” The man apologised to the barkeeper, who said, “You’re alright.” We drank up and left immediately, as we had been made to feel so unwelcome.

01/02/2025: lovely bar restaurant in kilrush Town prompt service lovely coffee and the nicest apple pie I've eaten in quite a while toilets spotlessly clean although the gents hand dryer badly needs replacing or painting very rusty

25/05/2025: Stayed here for one night while visiting Ennis and County Clare on a larger trip across the country. The room was very spacious and had a great view of the adjacent golf course. The continental breakfast was also amazing! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return when visiting Ennis.

11/05/2025: Pretty basic pizza. Mine didn't have all of the ingredients it was supposed to and what was on it was pretty measly. Very underwhelming.

03/05/2025: My friend and I ordered pizza but there was items missing from them and we told a server and she sent another server Larry over and he apologised and reordered our pizza's. He was absolutely lovely and because they were so busy we had to wait a good while but the pizza was delicious even if we didn't get peppers and onion we wanted on them. Also have to mention another server guy who was so nice. Didn't get his name though unfortunately. The only little thing I had a problem with was having Artichokes on the pizza's 😬 But other than that it was a good experience 😁

31/05/2025: Excellent cocktails in the bar! A young lady mixed our cocktails under the guidance of her experienced colleague (whether he could have done it as well remains a mystery ;)). Top quality! Served with typical Irish charm and hospitality!

28/05/2025: Lovely spot in Kilkee A cozy place to eat in Kilkee — we only tried the restaurant, not the hotel. The atmosphere was warm and the staff very attentive and friendly. The menu is a bit limited, but everything we had was beautifully presented and full of flavor. Prices are average, and if you’re lucky, you can get a table with a view of the bay — stunning at sunset!
