18/11/2024: it must be said finally. I warn against working here. I am currently waiting for a repayment of almost 3 thousand euros. I have not received anything even though I resigned a month ago. I personally do not know anyone who left here and had no problem getting their money. The owners are very dishonest people.

03/11/2024: Pizzas always a good bite here, not too far away from anything so be sure to get a proper bite from here if you’re in lahinch!

24/03/2025: I got 3 days in Ennis and this restaurant made me fall in love. 3 days straight I can't go to other restaurants just because the Food super tasty, the service very nice and the price decent. Highly recommended restaurant in Ennis and thank you for your hospitality ❤️

09/12/2024: Enzo’s, Parnell St. - just served a bag of very lukewarm chips this afternoon- horrible! The chips were obviously sitting there for quite a while. And the oil must be old because the taste was horrible too! Shame on you Enzo’s!

12/10/2024: We came all the way from NY and had the best latte and scone I ever tasted. Adorable town and staff was extremely friendly. Loved supporting this small cafe.

11/10/2024: An absolutely fabulous cafe in Kildysart. A real little gem. We went for a late lunch, my wife had the club sandwich and I had a burrito. Both were excellent, from a quality and portion perspective, we just couldn’t fault it in anyway. It had the hum of being the village hotspot, with folks coming in for full dinners, to teenagers having coffee and cake. The complete cross section of the local community with the decor also giving the Clare vibe. Seemly the breakfasts are to die for, looking forward to trying them the next time. Long may this restaurant/cafe continue.

13/02/2025: Great little cozy Irish pub near the Cliffs. Food and service was excellent. Came in on a cold rainy day and the fireplace was warm and food was excellent. Best Irish pub we’ve been to.

26/01/2025: Thankfully our tour stopped here for lunch and I’m so glad it did because we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff was wonderful and the food was some of the best we had while in Ireland. We each ordered different meals so we could sample a few things and it was all delicious (the beef stew, seafood chowder and mushroom Vol-au-Vent). We’d been eating most of our meals at our hotels, which while tasty, lacked the “homemade” and “traditional Irish” feeling, so this was a treat for us. I wish we’d been staying nearby because I’d have loved to hang out in the evenings when they had live music. Huge shoutout to Bernard for being an absolute gem!

22/10/2024: Had a lovely few pints here last night - a group of about 8 of us who stayed for a good 4-5 rounds. Decided to come back today for a pre-dinner drink to celebrate my birthday and were shouted at by a “gentleman” drinking at the bar who pretty much told us we weren’t welcome and was incensed that we had the audacity to pull a chair across. He told us to go sit outside in the beer garden or in the snug. One of my party said, “Do you want us to leave?” He replied, “Yes, I do.” The man apologised to the barkeeper, who said, “You’re alright.” We drank up and left immediately, as we had been made to feel so unwelcome.

22/03/2025: Beautiful pub. Food is outstanding. Well with a visit. Greet kids menu. Beautiful setting. Had the salmon special and it was outstanding.

21/03/2025: Just stopped into JP Clarkes Bunratty for a quick bite of lunch. The food was excellent and top class service, beautiful bar and restaurant. I’d highly recommend, just off the N18 and very handy. Will definitely be back, maybe for dinner next time!

15/03/2025: Came here in March. Very understated. I had prawns to start and John Dory for main. Food was delicious, freshly cooked and piping hot. Good sized portion and you leave well fed. Lovely fire on and the pints looked good. Nothing fancy just straight up good food.
