02/10/2025: An absolute gem! This spot offers an authentic Italian atmosphere right in the heart of Killaloe, with fantastic staff and exceptional food, wine and coffee, great value too. They also do excellent food and wine hampers. Super little spot.

16/08/2025: We visited Scariff for the first time ever of holidaying on a river cruiser. We visited the town and walked past this pub so decided to stop for a couple of drinks. While there the staff and locals were friendly and a family was having lunch which smelled amazing, so we decided to book an evening meal. We arrived about 7pm and ordered drinks. I had a Madri and my wife half a Guinness. Not being used to it, we had to wait a few minutes for the Guinness. The barman explained why. We ordered food, both having soup of the day and pork lion with extra gravy. The food was excellent. I loved tbe fact they asked us to let them know when we wanted the main course, so it wasn't a case of rushing us to eat and vacate the table. I'd highly recommend this pub. Food, drinks, staff, all excellent and to cap it off, the locals were friendly and happily chatted with us. We had a really nice time and enjoyed it so much as we stayed in Scariff we booked in for a an evening meal the next day.

31/10/2025: Good stone oven cooked thin pizza with good waitstaff that answered my questions on the pizzas.

22/10/2025: The local sausage with apple jam was a great choice to taste the local products. The pizzas where delicious. Louise and his colleague made us feel at home.

15/10/2025: We were visiting from the states and came here! The food was great and the people were better. This is definitely worth stopping for!

13/10/2025: Great food!! Ordered the Christmas sambo and soup, it was 10/10 - one to remember. Great selection of treats too.

16/06/2025: As a tourist on her way to Cliffs of Moher, this place was really excellent! We wanted a quick on-the-go breakfast and coffee. They have pre-made ham and cheese paninis that they will toast for you. The coffee is excellent. I got the Americano with 2 sugar packets and milk, and it hit the spot. Highly recommend!

05/08/2025: Excellent Chinese, full menu with lots of choices. Service was friendly and the food delicious. We ate in the dining room and enjoyed a pot of tea with our meal. They were very busy with take out, yet took great care of us too. Highly reccomend!

26/07/2025: The food was well prepared and very fresh. I had the General Tso Chicken It was very tasty. Plus 10 stars for the tea! A classic Chinese black tea which paired well with my meal. My experience was excellent! Our server was very attentive and genuinely concerned that I was completely satisfied with my meal. The restaurant was clean and I noticed that they sanitized the tables and chairs after each guest. So very important in today's world. As a visitor to Kilrush I was happy to visit Silver House and would dine here again.

12/10/2025: The staff went out of their way to look for a bag my daughter left behind. And even called back after. Great service!

24/09/2025: We had a delicious roast beef!! With potatoes and cabbage. Gravy was wonderful. The price was very very reasonable! Going back tonight :)

29/10/2025: Family-run, medium-sized hotel with a very relaxed atmosphere. The location is perfect if you're traveling by car and want to explore the Irish west coast south of Galway. There's a restaurant, a bar with a limited menu, and a gym with a pool. Highly recommended!

26/10/2025: Had a very pleasant late cheese toastie and beer here after walk on the beach. Very smart inside. Ideal for family lunches.
