12/03/2025: We have been in Ireland from Canada for a half week now and between visiting the Cliffs of Moher and other things in the Burrens, we stopped here to eat today (March 12, 2025). My husband had the soup of the day and fish and chips, and I had the seafood chowder and a wagyu burger. This was hands down the best meal we have had in Ireland so far. The chowder was so fresh, it melted in my mouth, and the burger was exactly what I needed after several days of hiking around the country. My husband loved his meal too. The hospitality was amazing, and exactly what we have come to expect in this beautiful country. I want to shout from the rooftops, do not just wait until you are in the neighbourhood. Go visit this place now for amazing, fresh, locally sourced food!

01/03/2025: I had the sea food chowder and wings , without doubt the best sea chowder I have ever ever eaten ,, I was absolutely lost for words , the staff were really friendly and helpful. I honestly can't wait to eat there again ,,, it truly is not to be missed . Thank you all for a wonderful meal and experience. Barry.

05/05/2025: We stopped by Diamond Rocks Cafe for a bit of breakfast as we heard so many good reviews about this place. We ordered a cream cheese with bacon and breakfast bap and unfortunately we were waiting over 30 minutes for our food. The service was very poor. A lot of young staff who didn't seem to know the table numbers yet and lot of food served one plate at a time. My husband got his but then I was waiting a further 15 minutes for mine. Seen 1 staff member bringing a bagel out but served it to the wrong table. I had realised it was prob mine and then 5 minutes later it came out but the bagel was cold and looks like been lying in the kitchen for awhile. Felt like a senior manager should have been present today especially on a bank holiday as the young staff looked a bit under pressure. Food is lovely. The bagel was cold and you didn't get any side salad or that with it. I just think it was 1 bad day and they are not long reopened so I will go back again to give it a go cos it's located in a beautiful location. Just staff training is needed also.

26/02/2025: First thing first ... The coffee was great 👍 if you love a good cup of coffee, this is the place. There's hot food options like toastie, panini and baps and a great selection of delicious cakes. There's also an outside sitting area to enjoy the sun and fresh air , also heater above outside table if it gets a bit frosty.

06/04/2025: Really good bar in Ennis. The outdoor area is lovely on a sunny day. It can be busy though, so be early to get a seat on the weekends.

01/11/2024: I didn't find a breakfast room as I read on other reviews, but I bought an Apple pie and a scones. They were excellent. Especially scones which tend to be a ball of dough, whereas theirs maintained an excellent balance between the crunchy outside and the center which remains cooked but moist thanks to the generous portion of raisins

24/04/2025: We had food here.It was very nice.The house Chardonnay was poor and the man who seemed to be in charge was really smarmy so much so I jokingly asked him was he a Kerry man looking for business.But as I said I enjoyed the food….we didnt go back today

21/04/2025: High quality hotel. Definitely one of the better options in the area. Close to Cliffs of Moher and also local pubs. Very kind and friendly staff. very good service.
