31/07/2024: I have a bad review 2 months ago but since then there has been a massive change in quality I've been in twice now and the service and food has improved drastically I look farward to a kebab

16/06/2024: DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Do not order food from here at all in the evening time as the food will not be ordered, they will take your money and when you ring to see where your order is they will tell you to call in at 5pm the next day to collect the food that you will not want at that stage! They also do not give refunds which is a disgrace and illegal!!

13/07/2024: Apache Pizza they call themselves, but obviously the pizza taste like fake pizza, frozen pizza taste better. Please close shop for a better restaurant to open, never buying pizza from you guys again.

30/05/2024: The worst pizza place ever. I worked over there for 2 months and had to quit due to poor management and the fact that my conscience didn't allow me to work in a place where hygiene is NEVER a priority. I'm a vegetarian myself, and was shocked to see that same hands without wearing gloves are used to top vegetarian and meat pizza's, same pizza cutters are used for both vegetarian and meat pizza's, dropped food is served to customers, old orders reheated and sent to customers, delivery drivers working in the kitchen to cut pizza's without washing hands. It Is in fact so bad that even the employees use a SEPARATE batch of toppings for their own pizza (because they know that same hands are used for toppings and are aware of cross-contamination) I wish I could attach a photo that my friend shared of the large pizza he got recently. You will see only dough and sauce, no toppings at all. I have made an official complaint to their headquarters as well to check the cctv recording s and see how the place is run.

22/09/2024: Asked for wings. Got them pink and when I asked them they shouted that I had gotten them.

22/09/2024: Asked for chips. They were undercooked and overcharged me. When I asked for a refund they said I had received my food.

28/10/2024: The worst McDonalds I have seen in Ireland so far. First of all, instead of a triple cheeseburger that we had ordered, they put a double one. After my request the staff replaced it. Then I ordered an apple pie, and the self-service kiosk failed to print a receipt. Finally, a staff member peeled off the sticker that contains the production time and the expiration date from the pie’s box while standing in front of me, then she threw the sticker away and gave me that pie. Why did she do this? That means that the pie was 100% expired. I was in the middle of my way home and did not have time to sort it out with a manager. My advice is that it is better to stay out of this McDonald’s to avoid expired food.

19/10/2024: Ordered my food at 2.08pm in restaurant got my food eventually at 3.38pm 30mins they got one part of my order wrong and chips were not cooked right couldn't be bothered going back never again will I either and let's be honest the restaurant itself was filty while I was waiting

07/08/2024: Well what a shame !!! We drive 40 min to picknup ours pizza I was so exited to try something new. But I was so dissapointment! Just a waste of money and Petrol. WE ordered online so what it could go wrong I got Vegan pizza ( I am alergick for dairy) and garlick Fries. We came home I was exited for nothing open fries box surprise Chees all over my fries so dissapointment but other one on the way VEGAN pizza wasnt VEGAN at all was vegetarian after try to rang them of corse nobody picked up travel there is just not worth petrol !!! Never AGAIN!!!!! Be careful what you ordering

30/06/2024: Me and my family got a pizza meal deal I hear from my mom that this place would be nice be when my kids open up there pizza box there where a load of toe nails on my pizza I was very mad about this… when we opened our chips there was a sail swimming around in my chips I rang the place and they said it was my problem that a sail was swimming in my chips I was not happy… I drove all the way from cork to go down and complain about this incident and when I walk into the shop there was a man standing on the cooker I am now going to sue and the man on the cooker flashed me

20/06/2024: Should have read some reviews before we ordered. Chips were ok but the fish was terrible and we didn’t eat it. Only one other person came in while we were eating. Not for us !

06/06/2024: Always appear to misunderstand the order but food is nice. Just went back again. Ordered several individual burgers NOT meals. Ordered extra chips as I DID NOT order meals. Got meals on all burgers, got charged for meals. Didn't get the drinks as I DIDN'T order meals. Left with bags of chips for the bin. Paid at least €10 more than I ordered. Never going there again. STOP charging people for meals when they've only ordered individual burgers.
