22/12/2024: As others have mentioned, it doesn't look like much, but there's so much heart in this place. Wonderful owner, and lots of great events that are all about bringing people together. Some of the best nachos you can get.

01/09/2025: Popped in for a pint came out with a warm heart! The lovely bar keep was so welcoming, he chatted with us made us laugh and provided great recommendations in and out of town. These are the types of pubs you want to experience! Cheers

Given the void left over by the former Coffee Pot it's nice to have this café here. Good selection of goodies on offer, ample room and tables for a decent crowd and not the worst value either.
I had a nice, decent scone (with butter, jam and cream too) and my daughter got this large strawberry and cream doughnut which was excellent.

07/12/2024: I have gone here multiple times , food is lovely and good value ! Only have they gotten my order wrong so just double check your order to avoid disappointment.
20/09/2024: Phoned in an order and was told it would be 30mins. After 50mins of not hearing anything I called. Was told the driver will be leaving in 5mins. Again waited another 30 mins, I rang again. Was told the food had just left. I live 10mins from the place and the food arrives 40mins later and cold. Wont be ordering from here ever again. Very dissappointing service

24/08/2025: Lovely Chinese take away - nothing fancy but good food and lovely owners and staff. Chicken and Mushroom and fried rice my favorite. Spice bags not greasy but crispy. New Wrappos are really good.

15/09/2025: Friendly gallery with artworks of local, national and international significance. Overheard a very knowledgeable guide as we were leaving, do we'll need to spend longer there next time we visit!
25/06/2025: Very detailed account of The Famine, so pretty harrowing in places.
Also contains information on the nature reserve, as well as a decent gift shop.
