The best restaurants in Cork

03/03/2025: We have eaten here many times. The service was good, but 2 of us ordered lamb dishes and in both cases, the lamb was very tough..which was a pity as the rest of the meal was fine..

12/01/2025: Went to deli dar bar recently and although the food was good we couldn’t get over the fact that we were charged over 40 euro in service charge, this is an absolute disgrace, we were a tank of 6 adults and 4 children so we’re paying a quite substantial bill anyway, will not be back !!

08/05/2025: A weird place for a service station. Very cramped and the fuel is not super cheap. If there are ore than a few cars in the area it is difficult to maneorve. The staff are very friendly and helpful and it is a well stocked shop.

28/05/2025: Staff were really friendly, service was quick and food good but restaurant had tired decor and I wouldn't recomend eating in.

24/04/2025: I ordered two Szechuan chicken tonight.When I took it home it tasted absolutely nothing like Szechuan chicken.Just pre cooked chicken in a type of sauce with veg and no flavour of any kind.I have just moved to Midleton and love Chinese food but I won’t be back.

11/09/2025: I should have posted a review for this place a long time ago. It has definitely improved a huge amount in the last few years so ignore the old reviews. We always get delivery and it's always on time or early. Every driver has been more than pleasant. The food is really good. I always ask for extra salad on the doner tray because I'm more a fan of a doner salad vibe than the chips (maybe a doner salad on the menu is a new option 😊). The snack box is good and the burgers and loaded fries are also really tasty. I 100% recommend San Maria. Thanks for all the yummy food!!!

26/06/2025: This is a little hidden gem . The shop is full of interesting things for the house . Books on food and veg . They sell flasks of all kind. Knives 🔪. tea pots pots pans . Fresh fruit and veg . Fantastic variety of wines. And oils Chocolates. gifts for everyone. I had soup and bread it was fantastic with coffee and coffee cake . My friend had duck with beetroot. The staff are friendly and helpful. 💕👍
