14/11/2023: Great view of the Harbour from the front window. Recognized as one of top pints of Guinness in the area. Courteous service, including the owner. Freshest bag of Tayto in town. Occasional sampler available.

25/10/2023: Cruise ship stopped here and wanted a out of the way Irish local bar. I’m sure it would have been lovely. Walked all the way up the hill and it was closed.

15/06/2024: Have been here a few times. Honestly with other places you go now for a bag of chips or a burger this is the bottom end of things. The quality of the burgers are very poor the meat is the cheapest I'd say by the feel. The chips are either over or under done never right. Went to the drive through for a bag of chips. It took someone 6 minutes to come out to take the order. The chips were raw and swimming in vinegar. Got the dinner box a while back, the menu says southern fried but the only taste you get is oil. The pizzas are not worth getting. As for the drinks a small is tiny and a large is a small. The only thing that's good is the ice cream swirl cups. Has the potential to be a great place for food. But then I would suggest a change of staff and try and make it a worth while stop. I won't be stopping here again. Will go to the food truck at the maxol service station at the other side of the town. Due to the fact that the quality is a lot better.
