04/08/2025: Kathline is the best person ever when your hungry and is great craic. service is pretty grand cant complain, you would always meet a local at the chipper chatting away and the food is great defo better than McDonald thank you very much kilmihil - jack moffet helped make this
11/03/2025: Cash only, no debit cards. Hot chips, spring roll and 2 sausages €9. Looks clean.

24/03/2025: We booked The Grand Hotel restaurant 'Samuals' for my birthday dinner and it was simply wonderful. They were very busy but the staff were so friendly and efficient and were served almost instantly. We had delicious starters and main courses, very large portions. The atmosphere was great too. We were too full for dessert and had coffee instead but then they brought out a complimentary dessert and sparkler and sang happy birthday to me. How good is that! Fabulous meal and music in the bar afterwards by 'broken strings' was great.

24/04/2025: Asistí a un funeral en este lugar el 22 / 4 con un gran grupo de familia. El personal era muy servicial y respetuoso y tuvimos una comida carvery. Los chefs eran tan amables y eficientes y honestamente puedo decir que fue el mejor carvery que he tenido. Muchas gracias ☺️

15/07/2025: Basic carvery...two dinners and two minerals at 45 euro......absolute rip off...plus service was sub standard...felt invisible...one of our party asked if the bar was open and was told yes....yet as he stood there no staff came forward to serve him...eventually sat back down....disappointing is an understatement...will never go back...better off going to the food court next door.
18/04/2025: €7.30 for a rubbish hotel bar pint of Guinness is absurd.
