12/07/2024: Establecimiento bien dirigido. El esposo pidió una hamburguesa simple en un bollo de hamburguesa, el camarero anotó como se indica. Burger vino con todos los complementos. Le ofrecieron otro pero no tendríamos tiempo de esperar. Raspé el queso, etc. de la hamburguesa y se comió su comida. Cuando llegamos a casa revisamos la factura y no habían cobrado por mis maridos plato principal. Esa es una buena gestión empresarial. Mi caña de cordero estaba deliciosa. ¿Por qué el único plato de pescado era un pastel?

16/03/2025: Very good food and very kind waiting staff. However, the sodas were completely flat. We told our attendant and she changed it, but when we ordered the next one, we faced the same issue. The soft drinks are brought to the table in glasses, already poured and no sign of the can/bottle. Bottled/canned drinks should be brought to the table in their closed bottle/can. If that little but important detail was observed, the place would deserve a 5.

23/09/2024: My mum is a kerry woman born and bread. She lives in another part of the country now. Every year 4 ladys come down and travel round kerry all lost there husbands. All they do is eat out and visit friends , the best thing is eating out one a day and it's there high light of the day. One day last week they went in to your over priced pub restaurant and had a meal mum had the lamb shank it was so embarrassing to eat mum's got her own teeth well this was so tough it was like leather. Her sister in law sent it back for her so she got bacon and cabbage instead well it was not nice if your going to serve food in Ireland in an over priced pub please please do it properly people deserve it so people please eat somewhere else not a tourist destination. This is from a chef of 48 years . So the mum eat in a decent place .

30/05/2024: Went to a Celtic night at the Boardwalk and had an amazing evening, especially thanks to the lovely bartender named Louise. She made incredible cocktails - and mocktails, while being very kind and helpful. Very nice place to try it you stay in Dublin for a couple of nights.

05/05/2024: We’ve been staying here on and off for about 20 years and I’m afraid on our last few stays, the experience hasn’t been as good as it used to be. It’s still an impressive, huge bar but it used to have fairy lights everywhere making it more magical. Some of the staff both at reception and in the bar seem a bit fed up but not all of them. The rooms haven’t changed at all so although comfortable, they really could do with being updated. Impressive reception hall but as you come in the main door there’s a couple of chairs and a very scabby table. Just seems tired and neglected. Our room overlooked a side alley which wasn’t pleasant but that’s no fault of the hotel. Also no fault of the hotel is that there’s quite a few hostels all round it. On a plus side, the breakfasts are still good with something to suit everyone and we were pleased with our fish and chips at dinner one night. Vending machines in the lobbies which is handy. Toilets always clean. No Celtic nights for the three nights we were there but had a good Irish music night. It’s still nice to come back to it at the end of the day for a few drinks rather than roaming about the city at night. We will be back but it’s sad to see changes and would be nice to see some money being spent on it.

25/10/2024: Gran hotel en el aeropuerto, autobús de enlace tan a mano, no desayunó, pero comió en el restaurante de pizza la noche anterior y era precioso. Bar encantador y el personal tan amable. Habitaciones preciosas y todo lo necesario

31/08/2024: ¡Ionut! Gracias por su hospitalidad y amabilidad mientras esperaba que mi marido llegara desde el aeropuerto a través del servicio de transporte del hotel. Además, las bebidas y la comida eran geniales. ¡Gracias!

28/01/2025: Estuve allí para almorzar hoy y aparte de que el café en sí estaba frío la camarera se eximió conmigo pidiendo la cuenta. Ella se negó a traerlo a nuestra mesa a pesar de que tanto mi amiga como yo le hicimos señas cortésmente. Cuando fui al mostrador, ella sopló, sopló y dio pucheros antes de llamarme grosero varias veces. Estuve allí hace 2 semanas, tuve una camarera servicial encantadora: suerte de marihuana supongo ☘️

07/10/2024: Maravilloso desayuno completo, avena, huevos benedict, expreso y servicio. Muy recomendable. Está en un bonito barrio.

18/05/2025: Great little hotel. Full of old building character. But also modern, clean and convenient.

22/01/2025: Entiendo que ocurren errores humanos, pero llegué a casa para darme cuenta de que dos artículos significativos se habían quedado fuera de mi pedido a pesar de que era correcto en el recibo. Por favor, mejore esto o revise el sistema de control antes del proceso para saber cuándo una bolsa de alimentos está a punto de salir de las instalaciones. No es la primera vez que esto sucede, lo que es una pena, ya que KCs es uno de los mejores chipspers que existen.

02/01/2025: Después de ver las colas que se extendían por la calle, estaba ansioso por revisar KCs de una vez por todas. Pero francamente no tengo idea de lo que es el alboroto. No pasa nada. No brillante y no terrible. ¿Estaría ansioso por volver? No lo creo.

07/07/2024: We had our wedding reception in St Kyrans on June 29th 2024. We cannot express how over the moon we were with the service provided. Firstly the venue is absolutely beautiful. We live locally and were so happy to celebrate our wedding with amazing views of lough ramor as the backdrop. We contacted Helena and Patrick about our wedding plans in May 2023 after getting engaged and from that moment onwards they could not have been more helpful. We had a BBQ style meal outside on the terrace and the sun shone down on all the guests as we took in the amazing views while we ate. We were absolutely blown away by the food and desserts served. As two foodies seeing everyone so satisfied with their meals was certainly one of the highlights of our night. I cannot keep track of how many guests contacted me afterwards to compliment the quality of the food. It was absolutely outstanding and on a whole other level to other wedding venues in our opinion. The venue did an amazing job of catering for all of our guests with dietary requirements and made sure guests were never left without a topped up drink in their hand. In the run up to the wedding Helena and Patrick helped us feel at ease by reassuring us that they had thought of every little detail. This meant we could relax on the day knowing our guests were taken care of. Some of our guests had cancelled flights the night before the wedding and arrived much later than planned. Helena went above and beyond for these guests stay up late to check them all in. We highly recommend St Kyrans as a wedding or party venue. Helena and Patrick are clearly passionate about what they do and provide an exceptional service with a warm personal touch.
