23/08/2025: Yet another gem of Crosshaven. Amazing food with huge portions. Turned up without a reservation on Saturday but still got a table, but was busy. Highly recommended.

19/08/2025: This was our favorite cocktail bar from our most recent trip to London. The drinks were fantastic, the atmosphere and vibes were immaculate. The staff was attentive and friendly and helped us make our drink choices. We also had some small plates, which were excellent. There was fantastic live music playing while we were there (think Django Reinhardt style guitar). This is not an inexpensive place to drink, but you will not be disappointed.

16/08/2025: What a an incredible experience, start to finish. Service was impeccable all throughout our visit. The entertainment was spectacular and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The food was so full of flavour and was worth every penny, albeit the pricing was more than reasonable. I highly recommend dinner and a show. If I’m ever back in London, I’ll be back here again. The staff are attentive, knowledgeable and make sure you have everything you need whenever you need it. If I could rate it more than 5 I would. Cheers.

16/09/2025: We’ve been here several times and it has been an amazing experience each time. Great atmosphere and the food is stunning. They have a sharing-style menu with lots of small plates, good for a group of friends.

05/09/2025: Now, we were there and we didn't have any wine, which is a sin. A huge selection of wines. We had some of their food and we loved it. Friendly, romantic and nice food.

08/07/2025: Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a pub, having worked in pubs for nearly 15 years I understand you can get busy but at least acknowledge the customer. 10 mins to even get served, paid for the pint and waited over 10 mins to watch a half poured pint sit there so I left. I'm sure this establishment is fantastic but on this occasion this wasn't a good experience.

15/09/2025: Popped in Garavan’s Bar for a quick Irish coffee this afternoon. Cozy, warm, the kind of bar that makes you forget what time it is. Coffee was a punch, whiskey burned right ....bartender could’ve cracked a smile, but hey, it’s part of the charm. Four stars well earned. 😎

31/08/2025: (Apparently a) New bartender - had 14 people backed up. Service was SLOWWWW.... Only 1 on a crowded Sunday night. Experienced bartender took over and got things moving along. It was PAINFUL to order a drink. Maybe it's much better most times. The "regulars" were very frustrated.

13/09/2025: We had a reservation at 9:00 and had just come back from a Cliffs of Moher trip earlier than expected. We stopped by the bar to see if there was space before our reservation, which there wasn’t — no problem. I told the hostess we’d go back to our hotel to change and drop off our things, and I specifically asked her how late we could arrive before losing our table. She told me we had a 20-minute grace period after our reservation time. We returned at 9:08, well within that window, and while our reservation was still held, we were told we could no longer have the bar seats we had originally reserved. She told me I would have had to be there by 8:50 if I wanted my original seats. She didn’t tell me that when I originally asked, and that just doesn’t even make sense . That was disappointing, since sitting at the bar was the whole reason I booked in the first place. When I explained that I had double-checked this exact point before we left, the staff member was dismissive and frankly quite rude about it. The cocktails may be great, but the lack of consistency and the unwelcoming attitude really soured the experience. Unfortunately, because of how we were treated, I wouldn’t return.

11/09/2025: VCC is definitely worth the visit. The cocktails are wonderfully crafted and break away from the usual, offering something unique and fun. It’s a great spot to bring friends who are visiting for the first time, with a lively atmosphere that makes the experience memorable. A fun place to enjoy drinks that stand out from the crowd.

25/07/2025: We recently hosted a surprise baby shower for our friend in old granary. We had the pleasure of dealing with JP who was fantastic in the lead up and on the day. A special thank you to molly who looked after us so well - you are amazing. Thanks again we all had a great time. They also did the cake for us which was the nicest cake I’ve ever had! A1 food & service. I would recommend the old granary to friends looking to host an event ❤️

14/08/2025: The service was very fast. The staff was professional and friendly. You can choose the size from three options. I had a chai latte and my husband had a hot chocolate.
