17/07/2025: Great food, needless to say, the potato cakes are delicious and staff have always been very friendly.

13/07/2025: Everything was delicious, we even had seconds! The guy who served us realized we were Italian and spoke to us in Italian—very nice and kind!

03/07/2025: Cookes is always a favourite place to ea. The menu options are varied, staff are all super great and friendly, and atmosphere is always enjoyable. It's a lovely spot for lunch and dinner. Never disappointed after a visit.

19/08/2025: When we arrived, there was live music playing, a guy doing cover songs. We had a burger and fries for dinner. Highly recommended, good value for money. Oh, and a pint, of course.

19/08/2025: If you’re in Tralee, this is the bar you can’t miss. Start here, as you can then make your way into town and discover the other bars on the way down. Perfect starting place. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the clientele are the best Tralee has to offer. Great for watching a match or supporting the Rose of Tralee. Don’t skip it.

23/07/2025: I stay in tralee a lot for work and love the castle bar. Great place for watching sports. Great staff with lovely friendly mix of local folks and not so local like myself

13/09/2025: Very slow the service, although it was not full , it took 45 minutes to bring the food.

07/09/2025: Small indoor capacity, they'd benefit from a larger singular space inside where they can also put their shop and more seating. People tend to walk past when inside is closed as their outside seating is very affected by gusts of wind as no windscreen provided

They used to serve food (and it was great), which sadly seems to be on pause for now — hopefully it makes a comeback, because the atmosphere deserves it. 03/05/2025: Came by this pub by off chance when me and my mate were doing a tour of west coast of Ireland. Coming in early evening we were only intending to stay for a couple but Christine the landlady her partner Mike and Martin one of the regulars made us feel so welcome we ended staying a bit longer and leaving in the early hours, with Martins wife giving us a lift back to our camper van Loved it so much was really tempted to come back for the jazz festival in the village at the end of May but unable to due to work commitments. I do know if you decide to visit you will made to feel very welcome.

05/08/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Top-Notch Food & Service! Collected my order today and everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were warm and friendly, making the whole experience even better. The kebab was packed with flavour, the chips were crispy and golden, and the pizza was fresh, cheesy, and cooked just right. You can tell they take pride in their food. One of the best takeaways around – highly recommended!

05/08/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Food & Friendly Service! Popped in for collection and was really impressed. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The food was ready on time and absolutely delicious — the kebab was juicy and full of flavour, the chips were perfectly cooked, and the pizza was spot on with a crispy base and tasty toppings. Great value and great service — will definitely be back!

08/06/2025: Bobby e Yvonne, todo comenzó hace 10 años... y desde el momento en que mostraron tanta bienvenida, apoyo y amabilidad a Allan y su cohorte que habían alquilado al lado para coordinar la campaña del sur de Dublín para el referéndum sobre el matrimonio sexual entre personas del mismo sexo, y les dieron la bienvenida a todos cuando su oficina fue despedida con la electricidad apagada... hemos confiado en nuestro arreglo semanal del sábado con el Equipo en Two Beans para conmemorar nuestra semana con una cerveza de calidad y bienvenida que no puede y no ha sido igualada en Dublín en los últimos 10 años. Admiramos su obsesión por la calidad y los altos estándares que usted bot y su equipo defienden para cada café, cada día, cada semana y cada mes y gracias por esa diligencia. ¡Nosotros y sus clientes somos los benefactores de ese compromiso! 27/03/2025: Vine por dos cafés para llevar. Personal súper amable que es increíblemente apasionado y conocedor de cafés, aparatos de café y preparación... así que antes de probar mi café sabía que iba a estar perfectamente elaborado. Que, en los días de pagar casi 5 € por un café, debería ser! Nos sirvieron dos blancos planos de avena perfectos. Tantos lugares equivocan este orden o promedio y el suyo era perfecto. Esperamos volver para probar sus diferentes mezclas y probar la comida que también se veía muy bien! Gracias chicos.
