Auspicious House Chinese Restaurant

19/10/2025: Been traveling Ireland for weeks and needed something differant. So my wife and I had the sweet and sour chicken, General Tso’s Chicken and some spring rolls. They were all good. I should have ordered more so I’d have had leftovers for the next day.

31/08/2025: I love this coffee shop.The staff are always friendly and the cakes are beautiful.The cake portions are a really good size,great value for money.I think their system is very efficient,go in ,order and pay,then wait out at the window for your coffees,even if the weather is bad,the area where you wait is covered.

09/09/2025: I booked a table in advance for a birthday meal for my partner yesterday evening, neither of us had been there before, and we were both very impressed. Our host was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the steak in sichuan sauce and the aromatic duck hotpot. Plenty of flavour, the veggies were fresh and the meat was tender, we'll definitely be back.

15/09/2025: I've gotten coffee in Zambrero before while waiting for my bus but first time having lunch there, the staff are lovely and prices are alright but oh my God this is probably the dullest selection I've ever seen for a burrito place, I've seen independent examples with much more selection. The food is fine, nothing to cry home to though and the portions were I suppose standard enough but I didn't feel as full when finishing my meal - a burrito bowl with chicken - as I usually would when eating the same meal elsewhere

18/07/2025: I ordered a fish and chips from the Bandon van I can tell you the fish was tasteless it tasted like water the chips I don’t understand how people eat those chips they are rock I also waited 20 min for a fish and chips they where probably defrosting the fish they had no orders when I ordered she’s Evan asked me do you want tha deal of the day fish chips or do you want the big one I got the fish chips cost me 16 euro it was pure I couldn’t eat it had to go in the bin that fish is not fresh is frozen fish

Pizza was single handedly the worst I've had it's not even a pizza dough, waiting 15 minutes to be told they didn't have the toppings for the pizza. 40 minute total wait for the pizza on a quiet Tuesday night.

06/07/2025: food is overpriced and greasy. you don’t get what you pay for whatsoever. service is slow and working space looks dirty and unsanitary. floors are greasy and dirty. some foods are tasty however the grease is too overpowering
30/06/2025: Was here earlier tonight, had the duck rolls and massaman curry. Dreadful food, massaman curry looked like baby food. Was starving after working through lunch and had a 3hr drive back to Dublin so I picked out the chicken pieces, ate some chips and a few bites of the rolls... Only because I was starving. Chef should be ashamed to serve that slop and ask for money.

02/11/2025: Food was not up to Hong Kong standard and the staff were quite rude. They kept rushing us to order when we’re not ready. Paid £30 for food that tasted like cement and being treated like we owe them money. Will not come here again.

05/08/2025: terrible!!! The money was withdrawn from my card 5 days before arrival, but it should have been upon arrival!!! They did not treat us politely when we pointed out the shortcomings and complaints!!! This room is definitely not worth 221 euros!!! I travel for more than one day and have been to different hotels! I think that the attitude towards us was brutal!

24/08/2025: The beef burger off the kids menu was dreadful. My son said he didn't like it so I tried it. It was terrible. Mentioned it to waiter at end of meal. When she returned she said the chef said there was nothing wrong with it!!! They didn't charge for it. All the other food was good.
09/08/2025: Such a great spot to chill. gorgeous beach, nice walks around, and super friendly staff. Left with the best memories

09/10/2025: Very unwelcoming, asked to play a game of darts upstairs but was told I'd have to move to cork and join the team otherwise I couldn't play. Stay clear of their place terrible atmosphere very unwelcoming unless your a local. Barman downstairs was a gent not alot to be said about the lad with the blue shirt (barman or owner).
08/08/2025: Always a great spot for a bite to eat or a quick drink. Friendly staff and centrally located.
