14/10/2024: Staff were loudly talking to their friends messing around while we were standing at the till waiting to be served, everyone seemed grumpy. The food was disgusting, pizza was like something out of a Lidls' freezer, chips were nothing like the Supermacs in the city, half cooked and soggy. Literally only went here because Doyles was closed, will not be returning any time soon.
14/09/2024: Staff were nice and friendly.
Food was quick and tasted great.
The seating area was dirty and not cleaned at any stage during our visit for the amount of staff someone could of swept the floor and wiped the tables.

24/09/2024: As a new resident to Bantry, I looked for a "Local". I found The Boston Bar not very welcoming to new locals, but I did observe that they welcomed visitors and tourists. I found the locals and the bar staff not to be chatty. They served a great pint, but no atmosphere. I am retired and I did not try the bar at night time. I won't be going back there again.

16/05/2024: What a find...delicious food at very reasonable prices. The most amazing warm welcoming staff I have encountered in ages. I watched as they attended to a disabled customers needs with the greatest of kindness, dignity and respect. I will most certainly be back. Whoever owns this place, you recruited the right people.

26/08/2024: The owner is so kind and all the food/drinks were fantastic! We loved it so much, we got a big box of pastries to go. If we ever come back to Ireland, this Cafe and city is a place we have to visit again. Favorite stop on a 10 day journey around Ireland.

30/10/2024: When we were placing our order, the young lady on the till was obviously new to the job and needed some assistance from the I assume manager. I must say the manager really dealt with the situation really well .
The food was great, no complaints definitely will be back.
Excellent value for money.

26/10/2024: Love the fast food from here. Only had a glitch here once, where my order was forgotten and I was left waiting. Otherwise the chips are top notch and the service is usually good too.

09/10/2024: We stopped there off our Regal Princess and had a fantastic time. Wonderful entertainment, great bar staff, friendly+++, and nice cold beer! A beautiful memory from a great little coastal place. Loved it here!!!

21/06/2024: Edit: Over the last year or so, the dishes seem to be a bit watered down. My most recent order involved getting a call from their delivery driver telling me the €5 delivery charge should be €7.50 because I was living 200meters past his personal cutoff point for €5. For a €75 order, it's a bit nit picking and bad form. They should contact their online ordering site on this if it's that much of an issue for them and their driver.
Cancelled my order and will go elsewhere from now on.
04/05/2024: Outstanding experience. This takeaway in Fermoy has amazing food, friendly service and great value with generous portions. It is also very clean.

16/08/2024: Cute cafe . Great coffee . But the toilet situation isnt good. Had some member of staff bark at me while I waited to use the bathroom and told me to back downstairs to wait .. just so you know I have fibromyalgia and running up and downstairs is hard . Please install a second bathroom maybe not next to your food prep area upstairs. And please think maybe a customer like me or another with a disability and mobility issue deserves a little bit more respect you left the person behind me stand on the stairs after making me go back down . Coffee and cake great . But don't think I will be back .
