Only one criticism not negative but positive although there are forks available but would be best to place it either at the table or bring it with cake when serving the birthday cake. My children waited politely but other kids just used their hands. Also some napkins needs to be place on the table not at the entrance. Hope they will listen.

20/06/2025: Very bad impressions. There are few animals and they are kept in terrible conditions, they are ragged, thin, half-bald. For the first time I saw a cow lying in a pile of its own excrement, like a pig. Do they clean there at all? The playgrounds are also very dirty, cobwebs, remains of broken toys, dirty slides (it hadn't rained for a week). We were not allowed into one playground, explaining that some group of children were playing there. What did we pay money for to get such a negative experience? (( There is no soup in the children's cafe at lunchtime. We ate, but everything was tasteless, we just filled our stomachs. We will never come again and I don't recommend it to anyone. In my opinion, other farms are much better.

14/09/2025: Went recently with my family for breakfast and it was great. the food was superb and affordable, the coffee some of the best ive had in mallow and the staff were all very kind. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a breakfast in mallow.

30/09/2024: We ate twice at O’Connor’s whilst visiting Bantry - breakfast and diner - with a large and small family group. Our Aunt Margaret loves O’Connors so we skipped mass and headed over for a hearty breakfast. We had a large crowd over and O’Connor’s, who were very busy, were superb in accommodating our booking. Service was fast and attentive, the staff lovely even though they were rushed off their feet. Luckily Margaret had booked and we saw many people turned away. O’Connor’s is clean and modern, a lovely place that has a great atmosphere and the staff take time to chat, again, despite being busy. Portions are great and because I arrived a little late, the O’Connor’s team sorted me a fantastic gluten free bacon sandwich. A couple of nights later, we went for dinner with a smaller group and it was very good. We sat in the covered area out side and it felt very cosmopolitan, Brilliant restaurant, family friendly and good value. The key selling point is the fantastic staff. I understand it’s up for sale and the challenge for new owners will be matching how good this place is. Lovely people, good food and brilliant service.

27/09/2025: Quick bite on walk back to accommodation. While waiting for my food, spotted some of the food that was coming out of the kitchen, looks top and tasty. One of the nicest fish and chips I've had in a long time. Nice meaty bit of fish in a light crispy batter. Chips skin on and crispy with tartar sauce. Polished away!

01/09/2025: We went there and had a chicken burger (great!) and scampi and chips. We waited a lot longer than they said we would have to and the chips weren’t that great and the scampi for that price didn’t taste as good as expected. I would recommend getting the chicken but I thought for being so close to the sea the scampi would taste better.
