22/06/2025: Once again left disappointed. Never opens on time, never answers the phone in my experience. Onion rings are too big, never cook properly and large chips are never large chips. Too many bad experiences, always left annoyed. Not returning

27/06/2025: Visited here for lunch during the week. The place was fairly quiet. We were sat at a nice window table but it took 10 minutes to get menus and a further 15 to have our order taken. We went for crab salad and fish and chips. The food arrived pretty quickly and the portions were large. Both dishes were very disappointing. The fish was not fresh and totally overcooked. It was mushy inside the thick hard batter. The crab was quite watery and not very tasty. All in all, not a very good experience.

13/10/2025: Regarding bar/restaurant: Very welcoming place to stop after a long walk, beautifully located on the water, with a terrace to enjoy the view. Friendly and informative service, generous staff. Very handy for the bus too. Looking forward to our next visit.

24/08/2025: Order was wrong, staff was rude and argued with me when I called and claimed I was lying about how long we were waiting for delivery and then asked for the food back to verify it was wrong before replacing it🤣🤣not to mention it took almost an hour and a half to deliver and then replaced only half the food so the other half was cold👏👏👏

24/09/2025: The food here is outstanding! Crispy, perfectly cooked fish and chips that were as fresh as it gets. The shop was spotless, and even though we came in late in the evening with a group of 11 people, Antonio handled everything with ease, patience, and a smile. Before we stopped in, our group was frustrated from a late night issue with our accommodations. Antonio immediately stepped in, took care of us, and completely saved the day from turning into a horrible travel experience. We enjoyed the amazing fish and chips over a pint or two of amazing Guinness across the street. It’s rare to find someone who puts this much heart into both the food and the people. His genuine hospitality turned a stressful night into one of the highlights of our trip. If every business owner was like him, the world would be a better place.

30/08/2025: Not great. The southern fried chicken was really nice, but ya can't have frozen chips in a chipper.

16/07/2025: Good portions and delicious. The worker there was kind and efficient. I got the pilaf rice, aloo pakora, 2 papadams, and a side size paneer saag which was the perfect size for 1 person. I definitely recommend this restaurant!

19/09/2025: Chicken chow mein 4in1 three chicken balls and few chips in the bag with the chicken balls meant to be four but there was only three 33 quid for this average food way better Chinese out there for the money atleast now I know thanks anyway jumbos 👋

05/09/2025: Highly recommend visiting this restaurant if you’re in the mood for some Chinese food! The staff are friendly and the restaurant is well-kept!
