02/06/2026: Cod and chips and calamari and chips, €14.50 each. Frozen chips, fish and calamari only grand. Do not reccomended, very dissatisfied, overpriced completely for what it was.

14/04/2026: Fish was beautiful, massive portion with great crispy batter. Best I've had in Cobh. Curry is unique, been the same for years, and fairly nice :) Only complaint is it is quite expensive, 23.50 for fish and chips with two dips delivered Delivery 30 mins

08/07/2026: Was in Mallow here visiting family a few months ago and went to McDonalds to get myself and my niece a treat, when some young chubby blonde girl with a nose piercing gave the worst customer service experience I had ever experienced in all my 40 years of life. My order was wrong, She was being snide and cheeky and to be honest I was so horrified I just left and said nothing. Absolutely do not interact with her if you come into contact with her. It’s a wonder if her parents ever put manners on the girl!! I was absolutely outraged 🤬🤬🤬 disgusting establishment was entirely filthy around too 🤢

10/04/2026: This place is my go to for pizza and chips. Their wedges are literally amazing and their onion rings are genuinely the goat. Sometimes they forget the drinks but that happens everywhere so just ask if they have it before accepting it at the door :) this is also the first pizza I have had in three years overcoming my eating disorder. It’s genuinely that good. Thank you pizza and sizzle <333

20/03/2026: Terrible sizes a "regular pizza" is tiny don't understand why they don't tell you how many inches I got a premium deal that comes with a regular pizza and side with 1 drink costing 19 all together including delivery was not enough to even feed 2 they are very harsh on the amount of pizza sauce would not recommend

02/07/2026: Food was brilliant. Taste and flavour devine. Service on tables needs improvement. I had to ask a 2nd time for my 1 glass of wine which I did after my starter. During the main I got mine 3 to 4 minutes before my companion and then when they got theirs they had to wait a further 3 to minutes for the rice to come. I also had to go to another table to get knives and forks. No tip given. We were in there on Sunday evening the 21st June.

07/03/2026: Food is fantastic best Indian around. Based on recent reviews the service seems to be “where they are lacking” but I would put that down to kitchen capacity rather than anything else. Busy, tasty and friendly.

29/04/2026: Value of money! One of the best place in the town! Food is delicious, on top of everything the welcoming gestures of the staff. Clean environment with delicate sitting place! I would definitely recommend to give it a try! I will be visiting them again for sure!

My family and I have been loyal, weekly customers of this establishment for over two years. During that time, the food was consistently of a good standard and the service reliable. Unfortunately, in recent months there has been a noticeable and concerning decline in both quality and customer service. On several occasions, the food has arrived in poor condition — burgers burnt, chips undercooked, and overall standards well below what we previously experienced. Delivery times have also become increasingly unacceptable, with orders arriving over an hour late. Last week, our order was mistakenly delivered to a neighbour, who had already opened the food before realising it was not theirs. We contacted the restaurant to understand what had happened and spoke with Mohamed, who apologised sincerely and assured us that, as valued long-term customers, t It is most unfortunate that I need to post this review of uncle sams in killeagh cork. The food used to be of a good standard, but recently the food quality has deteriorated to an awful standard. Burnt burgers, chips barely cooked, delivery orders over an hour late. On several occasions, the food has arrived in poor condition — burgers burnt, chips undercooked, and overall standards well below what we previously experienced. Delivery times have also become increasingly unacceptable, with orders arriving over an hour late. Last week, our order was mistakenly delivered to a neighbour, who had already opened the food before realising it was not theirs. We contacted the restaurant to understand what had happened and spoke with Mohamed, who apologised sincerely and assured us that, as valued long-term customers, the cost of our next order would be covered as a gesture of goodwill. The following week, out of respect for the hard work of the staff and in the hope that the previous issues were a once-off, I decided to give them another opportunity and paid the full €40 for our order rather than referencing the promised gesture. Our delivery was scheduled for 7:50pm, but it did not arrive. When I phoned the restaurant, I was told it would be at least another 40 minutes due to them being “very busy.” While I understand that restaurants can experience peak periods, repeated delays combined with declining food quality and poor communication reflect a serious lack of customer care. The manner in which my concerns were handled during that call felt dismissive and unprofessional. It is deeply disappointing to see a once-reliable local business fall to this standard. Loyalty should be valued, and basic service standards maintained. Regrettably, based on our recent experiences, I can no longer recommend this establishment.

10/06/2026: The owner claimed that his place served the best fish and chips in Ireland. And looking back, I can say he wasn't lying.

09/06/2026: Very good! Fresh seafood, and very fast and kind service.

10/07/2026: I ordered double fillet fish burger on 8th July, after waiting 17 minutes finally I got my meal , I went to my car, when I open the box, there was only one fish fillet inside, I left my drink and fries in the car and went back to the restaurant and informed them, after waiting another 13 minutes I was given my burger, it was actually read but no one bothered to give it to me, when I inquired about it then I was given it straight away as it was ready sitting there. By the time I came back to my car with burger, my drink was completely flat and warm due to extremely hot weather and fries went to be too saggy after getting cold. If management want to verify particulars of this order, it’s was on 8th July around 4:25 PM and order number was 38.

31/01/2026: Ordered lunchtime deal, clearly says bacon and ham on the docket but pizza came with bacon and chicken. Chips, chicken and pizza were cold. Called to rectify but they could only replace the pizza which I don’t have time for as it already took an hour to arrive. They said there’s nothing they could do about the cold food. Very disappointing service and not my usual experience with the long term staff

28/04/2026: I use the Ho Inn regularly. I have never ever been disappointed with the quality and quantity of the food here. Great menu, very reasonable pricing and top class service. I would emphasise that Ho Inn is over the counter takeaway and also offers local delivery service. I don't understand some other reviews commenting on hygiene here as I have been in the kitchen on a number of occasions and I can categorically state that it is totally compliant and passes all it's regular inspections. In fact the owners are very strict on this matter. I would confidently recommend this excellent premises.

24/05/2026: Worst attitudes towards food ordering. I understand they are busy over the weekend but that’s not the excuse to have bad attitudes.

15/05/2026: Excellent food, nice choice of dishes. This location is more of a take away, but does have very basic seating and room for maybe 12 total.

10/06/2026: Excellent pizza and great pasta on Tuesdays! Would recommend.

09/06/2026: Had a wonderful dinner at Enzos! The lasagna was delicious, and the service was warm, friendly, and attentive. Always a pleasure to visit. Highly recommended!
