24/08/2025: Order was wrong, staff was rude and argued with me when I called and claimed I was lying about how long we were waiting for delivery and then asked for the food back to verify it was wrong before replacing it🤣🤣not to mention it took almost an hour and a half to deliver and then replaced only half the food so the other half was cold👏👏👏

14/09/2025: Went recently with my family for breakfast and it was great. the food was superb and affordable, the coffee some of the best ive had in mallow and the staff were all very kind. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a breakfast in mallow.

05/07/2025: Appalling service. Lots of menu items unavailable and the service or I should say lack of service, staff who need better training in customer service skills. Fast food outlets like these are no longer cheap and one expects a much better level of service. I would strongly advise against this place.

12/10/2025: From the previous owner who was fantastic, please don't try any of the quarter pounder meals as they burn the burgers so much it's like eating sandpaper to put it mildly... I've tried it having it 3 or 4 times and I'm too shy to complain, my fault I guess.... it's a basic thing to have a Juicy burger 🍔 not a piece of burnt bun and grisdly burgers... watch the cooking time please.
