18/03/2025: Arrived when it was not too busy ordered drinks and food, after 50 minutes and having to enquire about our food we were told that the order had not been processed. No proper apologies or explanation. We left feeling very disappointed.

16/01/2025: Niall's has hands down THE best Cafe Latte! I had some for breakfast and went back the same afternoon to get another one. My personal Irish favorite, a brown scone, was also delicious and came with nice, fresh butter and jam. The staff was very kind, and the manager patiently assisted me with my Apple Pay. He even remembered me when I returned hours later. I really liked this place!

29/08/2024: Delicious and fresh Fish and Chips with excellent prices, friendly and fast service. It really deserves much more than many more famous and expensive restaurants. I highly recommend

08/01/2025: Called in for a few bits on the way home for 2 fussy little eaters and fair play to the girl on duty she got an A1 from the kids . Well done 👏..8/1/24 ..

04/09/2024: Very poor service, after ordering the food was told it be ready in 15mins, was waiting over 35mins, food there is not the best, so if your in a hurry find a different place.

17/08/2024: Very good choice of cakes and excellent pastries. As a Frenchman, I'm happy to rediscover flavors I've experienced before. The staff are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend their store in Bandon and their stand at the English Market in Cork.

19/02/2025: im 14 years old, was on my way back from a friends house at around 8:30 and wanted to look at the pizzas next door to supermacs. walked in the supermacs door and turned left to papa johns where there was a sign (i assume to stop people going through) but i had not eaten in papa johns before, so i brushed past it by a step and leaned to se the menu. “oi oi” a member of staff was yelling. i turned and he was shouting saying the floor was wet and i had to order at the main till. i’m not from cobh as i, visiting t family so i don’t know anything about this supermacs or the way it works. i was not happy with how i was treated and so i walked out and you lost a young innocent customer for being rude under a misunderstanding. not very pleased as i like supermacs, won’t be going there again.

12/02/2025: Very good rating, because the ordered beautiful portion of cod and chips was surprising with its home-made taste. The location of the place of consumption (the seaside in the port of Cobh) is worth the additional fee. Visit in April 2024.

06/04/2025: It said on the app and website chips twice cooked. They were not cooked fully, on getting them home and eating them they tasted partly raw and they looked super pale no way were they twice cooked. Ordered food, website said it would take 30 minutes. I get they were super busy but for one large chips with coleslaw and a portion of garlic sauce it took 57 minutes 27 longer than when the website told me my order was ready. While I waited for my food it looked like they were dealing with the larger orders first even if they came in after the smaller orders. There was not much coleslaw on my chips. I asked for salt on my chips and got none. Five guys were working there that all looked in their teens. They looked extremely under pressure and two looked panicked. One lady waiting for her food said to another she had been waiting over an hour for her food. She looked super annoyed. She went to the counter three times to remind them of her order. I will not be returning here. The ordering, the dealing with orders, the whole system seemed a hot mess. I was not happy that the website told me my order was ready but it was not as when I got to the van I had to wait another 27 minutes for my small order. Next time I will just do what I usually do, order from fresh bite in Bandon in their app. They always have my order ready way before the estimate 30 minutes it tells me on the app.

09/01/2025: Food was a bit uncooked. Chicken teaders was just uncooked. 5 only as well. Chips were alright.

26/12/2024: Normally like pizza n sizzle . But got a pizza tonight and after eating 2 or 3 slice of it we couldn't figure out what was wrong with it . After further investigation we discovered there was no pizza sauce on the pizza. After ringing them to explain the response from the girl on the phone was very disappointing. She said we can send you a new one but would require our one back but only if it wasn't half eating. Like come on what were you going to do with it . Anyway as I said we had eaten a few slices and it was one slice from half eaten so I just told her look it's fine I'm not waiting for another one .what I learnt from this experience is that this pizza shop has very very poor customer service. I get over the order been wrong but the customer service afterwards was shambles. Plenty of other pizza shops in carrigaline that would definitely handle this situation much better.

06/04/2025: After ordering over the phone, and battling traffic ,i was told we do not accept card payment. i did not have cash ,and had to return 6km home to get cash. After getting the food ,im sorry i didn't leave it, the first time round, the pizza was awful, i asked for siciliana ..all it had was cheap cheese as a topping. and was tasteless. the chips were very oily and the garlic mayo was like water .. Disgusting and not worth was was charged. Just to add to the reply the owner sent...my review is honest. And has nothing at all to do with the fact I had to return home to get cash. With regards payment. It should have been explained over the phone we do not accept card.. my review is accurate..and honest.. the food supplied was terrible.

03/11/2024: Just had curry cheese chips from the Bay Diner they were okay, not the nicest chips and €6 is a bit expensive! It was a small enough portion too. I’ve had fish and chips here before and got the southern fried chicken burger. I would say the food here is adequate and ok. I think it would be good if they considered the packaging that they use rather than using cheap polystyrene actually consider wrapping chips in paper even, at this stage I think it’s unethical for businesses to still be using this kind of packaging for the environmental impact.

24/01/2025: The chicken and mushroom In blackbean sauce is just unreal. Used to get chicken curry but got a bit spicy for me to enjoy. Fried noodles are just unreal👌chicken cheese rolls also and spring rolls. Love the food here and staff are very friendly but delivery has crept up. We are 10 minutes if less drive from carrigaline but on the plus side food always arrive piping hot and the deliver drivers are so nice and friendly.

16/01/2025: Wok Inn is ok and worth a try, in the Spice Bag it's the stringy chicken. Singapore Noodles are good 👍

19/02/2025: Never again eating in this restaurant fella was very rude and goes to me isn't my child 2 young to eat when I ordered her chicken nuggets and chip and they didn't even give them to her when I ordered them
