03/01/2026: Been coming here since I left the womb, the carbonara and doner kebab are absolutely banging, The best takeaway in cobh by a mile and it ain’t even close.
23/10/2025: When you go to a fish and chip shop you don't expect soggy fish and soggy chips, you expect the food has been cooked in a frier and comes out crispy...my experience was undercooked soggy fish batter, undercooked soggy chips - restaurant prices for a pile of muck.

20/02/2026: It’s SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive to order using the online menu. One product was €5 more expensive. The reasons for this were not properly explained to me, and a refund of the difference was not provided. Neither was this information on their website prior to order. Terrible discrepancy
18/01/2026: Food here is savage. Pizza is absolutely unreal, food's delivered hot every time and proper fresh and flavourful. Chips are so good. Guy on the phone is accurate with delivery times and very nice :)

07/02/2026: Food quality here has plummeted recently, and the prices have escalated, food was over cooked. I'm sorry to piss on a local eatery, but let's be honest.. it's simple food, dropped in hot oil. It's not difficult to get right.

16/11/2025: Fish and chips. Thank you but, no more. Poor quality. Fish was probably fried in old oil, some goey stuff inside the batter. All sauces were on the bottom of the box. Lol. Chips were fine. I felt that this place more about commerce than quality food.

27/09/2025: I ordered from Uncle Sam’s almost three months ago. After placing the order, they rang me to say I was too far away and cancelled it. They promised a refund, but I’m still waiting despite multiple follow ups. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and customer service. I won’t be ordering again unless this is resolved.

22/12/2025: It's a very nice place! Even though the wait is sometines quite long it's usually quite short! There food is amazing, especially there noodles and spice bags! The prices are very good for what they make and is good quality food!

25/11/2025: Ordered a takeaway the other night and unfortunately wasn't impressed! The spice bag was so overcooked the small amount of chicken absolutely smothered in breading was dry and tough and hard to chew , the salt chilli squid was tough and we could see freezer burn on it so obviously it had been exposed out of packaging in the freezer, the curry sauce was lovely, shame the food wasnt on par with it ! Feel like we just got served old bottom of the freezer food! anything but fresh food

16/11/2025: Me and my uncle were visiting from Belgium and were really looking forward to a nice chicken chow mein. We’re used to the European-style version — grilled, well-seasoned chicken with some soy flavour and crisp vegetables. Unfortunately, the chow mein we received here in Bantry was nothing like that. It was more like a wet, sloppy roast dinner, very soft and gooey, and after a few bites we just couldn’t eat it. I’m genuinely sorry to say it, but it was really disappointing.

14/10/2024: Disgusting. 2 time in a row getting awful food here. This time, sausages were frozen cold, and the toast had actual mould all over it. Got up and walked out and never going back. Worst place I've been too and when U consider the competition up the road in carrigaline etc surprised this place is still open. Tbh, based on the disgusting nonsense served today, I'll probably report them to FSA
25/09/2024: Really poor service all of the waiters were miserable and wouldn't let us order breakfast 20min before time or order lunch so we just had to wait and the food wasn't great unfortunately.
