11/03/2025: Best pizza I have had in ages. The crust was crispy, and the toppings were flavorful and fresh! Would definitely visit more often.

24/03/2025: Went to hangout Saturday for a chicken kebab. Only place I've been hanging out since is the toilet. Stomach is in a heap since.. usually there food is good but 100% would not get a chicken kebab again

03/05/2025: I Just ordered 2 kids chicken nugget meals, 3x batterd sausages, and 2x chicken kebabs. (It cost 61 euros at 08:38pm) I got x3 kebabs instead. The food i did get was nice to be fair but the service is crap as I repeated the order to the lads in the shop when I picked it up and they said yes, Now they won't answer the phone and I'm a 30 minute drive away.

28/04/2025: The young lady in this restaurant was so rude and unfriendly. We were ready to order pizza. She never acknowledged us. When I finally got her attention, I asked if we could sit in the restaurant and eat our pizza. She just shook her head in a negative answer. I asked her if it was closed and she said yes and just walked to the back of the restaurant. Well, you just lost a pizza sell along with a good tip. Enjoy your unfriendly pizza babe!

29/04/2025: Monday night, 28/4/2025 @ 10.50pm, Mallow drive through, both of us at the end of a long shift - I was served my the most polite young lad. I hope management knows who I mean. Be proud of those beautiful manners and never lose them!

29/07/2024: Fries not crispy. McDonald's style hamburger. They don't have beer, they don't have glasses. Poor hygiene of the rooms and bathroom.

01/03/2025: Went into Little Man pub in Mallow as I was waiting on an appointment and was served by the nice gentleman owner relaxed into a comfortable armchair by a lovely wood burning stove and loved the nice relaxed atmosphere. Would recommend to everyone. For those who do visit. Enjoy.

15/02/2025: Refused drink based on “after having too many”. We were a group of 6 and no one had a drink yet. Very intimidating

05/05/2025: Have been ordering from Corner House for years whenever I visit the grandparents in Midleton. Myself and my Nana are gluten free and they have always been superb- they have never made a mistake with our food and are able to tailor menu items so we can have more choice. I am now also a vegetarian and they were happy to change things further for me. Popped in over the weekend without calling ahead as I was passing by and they were incredibly fast with our order. The lady at the desk even gave me an up to date menu and circled everything they could do GF which I think was especially lovely given that they were clearly incredibly busy, phone ringing off the hook! Everything was delicious as usual- Nana was raving about the prawn chow mein. It’s clear that they use high quality ingredients and portions are very generous- you’ll have plenty of leftovers! The team are so friendly and lovely and I genuinely look forward to Corner House takeaway as a staple of my visits to Midleton.

25/03/2025: We ordered chicken chow mein. It was a little surprising to find mushrooms, carrot and broccoli in it! There was a generous amount of chicken just not quite what we expected.

26/04/2025: Contemplated to be another place in kinsale where you relax, unwind & have great family time without feeling too pushy while having good food, but I was wrong. Being a resident of kinsale, would definitely not recommend this place if you want to spend some time especially with kids , because the moment you step in, the stop watch for the particular table alloted would start. Probably you would be reminded about the time alloted for the table to you, more than once at least to us. Food is ok, if you miss it, you are not missing something great from kinsale's culinary scenes, especially in the price point. Felt unwelcome. From the reservation protocol to the kitchen staffs not covering their hair while preparing food making it unimpressive leading to a high probability of no return.

19/04/2025: Cozy restaurant. Phenomenal staff. Great Wine. Excellent food. Cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. We stumbled in on a day trip to Kinsale. Despite not having a reservation, they were able to squeeze us in. Two other couples after us were not as lucky, definitely call ahead and make a reservation. Ashley (host/bartender) walked us through the menu, made recommendations, and helped us decide on our wine for the evening. We can’t stop talking about how good the food was.

11/05/2025: Food is definitely not worth the the money they are asking for it,the chairs hurt your back,we ate in Saturday night I moved chairs because the uncomfortable chair,the owner shouted down from the reception saying is there something wrong with my chairs,I felt so belittled in front of my wife,we were horrified at his shouting down the restaurant at us,never again would we go there

05/05/2025: I ordered a portion of broccoli… and got charged 12.80.. I also ordered fried rice as an extra portion but they decided to charge me a meal of 12,80. Disgraceful……. Then as I questioned them on my charge, they then charged me 5.80 for a portion of vegetable (stil not just a portion of broccoli) And I had stil paid for fried rice… to find when I got home which I live 18 miles away that they took out my rice that I paid for !!!! Never again wil I come here, over priced,,,!!! And to take back the rice that I have paid for…. Please don’t eat here, nicer Chinese in mallow which I will now eat from in the future.. disgraceful… really taking advantage of people.

05/05/2025: a bouncer or a manager called Vincent, extremely rude and egotistical to people, shouting being unnecessarily rude, definetly needs more customer service training

18/03/2025: Arrived when it was not too busy ordered drinks and food, after 50 minutes and having to enquire about our food we were told that the order had not been processed. No proper apologies or explanation. We left feeling very disappointed.
