05/07/2025: Very Very bad food & service. Didn’t get food what we order. Order two plate papad charged for 4 plates.paneer gravy is very very sweet like kheer . When order asked him to make it spicy like level 7 spicy. He said paneer is sweet dish making spicy is not good for health . Still We requested him to make it spicy but when we get ,it is very sugary. When asked to correct then also no change We didn’t eat that but paid for that. Other curry also below average.Told us when you come next time we will correct it . I will never go in this type of restaurants . And suggest anyone to go there to waste your money. Be careful what you order and what you get and what you get charged for. I travel around the world and never seen this type of service and this type of food. Staff are not polite and not listening what you want. Very very bad customer service.

18/03/2025: This used to be my favourite Indian restaurant, but it’s not up to scratch anymore. One staff member seemed to appreciate my custom, but the other was less interested. The door to the kitchen was propped open with a chair and the resulting din could easily have been a row, so loud were the voices. It didn’t seem to occur to the staff that customers might like to enjoy their meal in peaceful surroundings, especially at the prices they charge: 1 king prawn jalfrezi (4 prawns of which 1 was mushy) 1 boiled rice 1 chilli & coriander naan (too thick and dry - it lacked that just made quality completely) 1 33cl Cobra beer. €34.20 Why do Indian restaurants charge extra for rice AND for naan. Surely one should be included, like in Chinese establishments. I’m taking a break from Spice.

25/07/2025: I ordered food today and omg it was horrible was so looking forward to have a great meal before bed and the pizza came cold hard super oily and had zero taste too it same with the hot honey garlic bread it came cold and had way too much honey and was way too sweet and too top it all off delivery was very bad the lady wouldnt deliver too the door had to go down leaving my kids alone to collect the food only good thing about my order was the milkshake But apache has gone very badly with food and doesnt taste good anymore its not the first time that i have not been happy with my order.

03/07/2025: The blonde lady behind the counter made me feel very uncomfortable, and the quality of the food has gone down dramatically lately. I dunno is there new staff or management or something? Shame as I used to love to eating here.

14/06/2025: Don’t be the first in for chips when he opens as you’ll get yesterday’s reheats and often burned. Pizza often burned also. Later food can be good for a chipper but don’t be first in the door !

07/06/2025: An absolute disgrace. Ordered food, it arrived 2 hrs later, 2 hrs! But not only that half the order was missing, literally just 2 kids pizzas arrived, not even the full kids meal and no main Indian dishes either. When the rest arrived a further 10mins later the rest of the kids food was in with ours but raw. Raw uncooked chips. It's already late, at least make sure it's cooked when it arrives. A disgrace. Shameful.

02/07/2025: Hair in my friends food, extremely dry chicken burger (not close to fresh) with barely any sauce. Got the exact same burger two days ago and it was lovely and juicy and this time it was old chicken that’s been left out all day as it seems.

29/06/2025: Stopped off at the diner which is one of the few fish and chip shops we have come across in the Cork area. We had carry out chips which were absolutely excellent . Freshly cooked and delicious. As regular holiday visitors we will be back.

01/03/2025: I tried to place an order by phone call as my just eat app was down and the person I was dealing with over the phone told me to order off the just eat app after I told him my address and would not listen to me when I said that my just eat app was not working he was very rude over the phone as of this I will NOT be ordering from emerald garden again

02/02/2025: Worst delivery, took over 1hr 30mins to come, and food was awful! Save your money....
