27/08/2024: Ordered lamb makhani, got pieces of meat in what can only be described as paint. It was a bright pink concoction that tasted like sweetened chalk. €14 down the drain, literally.

23/06/2024: Went in for breakfast and was not even acknowledged, waited 15 mins to see if a menu would be dropped down to us. Ended up leaving to go elsewhere. Sunday morning, not that busy and the tables were filthy, better quality of service in other places in bandon

14/10/2024: Have been using Jimmy's for a good few years and for the first while, I thought it was the best Indian in Cork, but over the last few months it has dramatically declined. Final straw this evening when I ordered chicken madras and rice. The chicken was dry and tough, but that wasn't the worst part.... The rice tasted mouldy! I rang to speak to the manager and the guy who answered the phone wouldn't let me talk to him, he wouldn't take my number for the manager to call me back, he just kept saying "I can give you new rice"! Absolutely disgraceful. They've lost a good customer tonight! Avoid!!!

29/09/2024: Really nice food, sometimes it can be hit or miss but more times than not it’s nice! I like their satay with fried rice or spice bag. I like my food well done and he tends to follow my instructions give or take a few times where he didn’t. I don’t go anywhere else in mallow best Chinese takeaway in the town in my opinion 🙌🏽 Edit: Portions are continuously getting smaller & smaller, food is nice but when the prices are going up and portions getting ridiculously small where I just have a mouthful of rice and no sauce or chicken it’s frustrating. Especially when you don’t regularly get it, I treat myself to a Chinese the very odd time so I like a decent portion when I do get it because I save my appetite all day for it. Need to do better on this and go back up to your regular portions you always gave. Otherwise you will lose customers down the line

28/08/2024: order from there all the time food is good but very rude over the phone i just rang them and he hung up on my.The food took and hour (the address is 3 minutes away from the shop) very disappointing

05/09/2024: Often eat here staff are very nice nothing is trouble. Food is freshly prepared. Very nice flavours from all dishes. Highly recommend

17/05/2024: Got my septum & lobes pierced here by the owner she was lovely very friendly and gentle doing them highly recommended and you can get a cheeky wine after too 😉

21/03/2024: I've eaten here a number of times and it doesn't disappoint. The platters are just works of art. I have some interesting dietary requirements and when a group of us had a booking at Christmas they couldn't have been more helpful when I got in touch in advance to tell them about it. Everyone was happy with what they got.

01/11/2024: Forgot our order. No kids toys with meals. Served us raw chicken. When we brought the chicken back, said they would replace it and check it. Was served a butchered piece of chicken that they "checked". Argumentative when we asked for a refund for the chicken. Aside from that tables were dirty. No forks and floor was covered in curry and ketchup. Won't be returning. AVOID!

25/10/2024: Enjoying my meal after a day of travelling but disappointed as a group of kids were being loud shouting and screaming they look 6 to 7 no adult looking after them

16/08/2024: The 12oz Beef Burger is the most amazing Burger I have ever eaten. It's the perfect meat, bun to condiments ratio. Not to be missed if your in proximity.

Your food was amazing I told people for the last few year's that your Chinese is the best in cork and then a few day's ago I ordered a special curry it was dreadful because you're using reformed slimy chicken again! Please switch back so we can have consistency on the food we love
