14/07/2025: Stayed here in car park in Motorhome. Got a warm welcome when we phoned and boy is it worth a visit! Dog friendly. Had pate and garlic mushrooms to start! Best pate I have had in a very long time! Then sizzling prawns and chicken in sauce for mains! I could finish mine! Beautiful. Well worth a visit . If we’re back this way we will be back

17/06/2025: This place is an all rounder, lovely bar, great Sunday lunch, its a huge place with a great roof terrace, looking forward to my next visit for a longer stay and to sup a few more Guinness's, the staff were friendly and the toilets were spotless and well stocked.

07/07/2024: We’ve been going to this cafe for years and even though it’s changed its name to Rocky’s, it’s still a great spot to stop for a bite to eat after a day in Bundoran. The staff are always lovely and friendly and the food is always great.

10/07/2024: We visited from UK and was really shocking to see this was the only LGBTQ+ bar in Galway. Bar was very small and atmosphere was definitely off! However host and bar persons were brilliant! Music was available on request which is always fun and plenty to choose from on the cocktail menu

03/07/2024: From Canada, in Galway durin our spring break in March. I had horrible experience. Looked up gay bar. Excited to go on late aftenoon with my str8 brother in law. Just to be made fun and ridiculd by bad queen i guess hosting a str8 girls night. All for that and great for doing...but once we walked in, door not locked, NOT EVEN A SIGN OUTSIDE saying closed fir private event. Once i heard it say thats why door is closed...made me sooo pissed off at how you treat new guests. In my world, you put a sign on door saying private party. Not make fun of tourist who just wanted to go to safe gay place. I will NOT recommend this place, and hope someone will open another gay place to go...or at least fire that wannabe queen. She not even a princess.....just trash.

01/05/2025: I’m going to talk about the main attraction: Mancherò & shiitake agnolotti | smoked onion consommé | charred broccoli & shallot This combination was noted by the host as “complex”. Oh boy oh boy it was FUN! So many flavours exploding on the tastebuds. This dish was surely a delight! Even when eating my cheese dessert, the main was all I could think about. I’m just sad I can’t relive it over and over.

24/11/2024: Amazing cuisine. Extremely attentive to gluten allergy for family member. Will return soon. Halibut cooked to Perfection. Family members enjoyed venison. Crab and scallops starters also excellent.

01/10/2025: Was in town with Work. I needed to eat something quick. The stuff was very welcoming and the food was cooked. Very well and delicious. Good quality overall thank you

28/09/2025: Amazing restaurant with delicious food. excellent dessert with are a must have especially their Banofe. Their Thai red curry (veg and chicken) was tongue tingling and delicious

20/07/2025: Maravillosa comida y batidos. Tostadas Francesas y tocino delicioso. Un poco de entrenamiento de camareros mejoraría las cosas. Uno de los nuestros era un poco despistado - tuvo que pedir dos veces por todo. El gerente era excelente - se encargó de un servicio de almuerzo muy ocupado con aplomo. Volveré seguro. Es un lugar encantador y si no estás en una carrera loca funciona. Barrista se toma su tiempo para hacer un gran café, también pero en el buen sentido con cuidado.

21/04/2025: Ordered avocado and poached eggs, there was a tiny bit of avocado on part of the small slice of bread, it was the worst brunch I ever had. I should have taken a picture.

23/02/2025: Arrived at the end of the carvery when everything looked dried up. Chef said we weren’t allowed order from Snack menu. Too early apparently. The beef was grey. Against better judgement I ordered it. Probably the worst Carvery I’ve ever had. The place looked pretty empty too. I’ll drive past next time.

24/02/2024: We were out spinning today on motorbikes and myself an my husband brought 2 of our friends to see rock of Cashel and the lovely village of Holycross Co Tipp. We asked at the pub was there anywhere to eat and the kind gentleman directed us to Park 63. The 4 of us went to check it out and to be honest we felt a bit of “not dressed for the occasion “ as we were in bike gear, and it was a very nice clean restaurant, I have to say the reception we received was amazing the young girl was so polite and couldn’t be more helpful, we had an amazing lunch food was very tasty 😊 I’d say it would be just fabulous in summer sitting outside , as we love sitting outside we will definitely return in warmer weather, and let our biking friends know if they want to stop for a bite to eat , as we travel most Sundays looking for nice places to eat, this will most definitely be on our list 😊

04/06/2024: Great pub atmosphere and excellent food and service. I had the fish and chips which was delicious, fresh, hot and a huge portion. A fun place.

09/07/2025: Está bien si tienes hambre. Hay mucho para elegir, pero los precios son razonables. Mucho espacio para sentarse y comer.

15/06/2025: Visité aquí muchas veces y nunca he tenido una mala experiencia. La comida es deliciosa, el personal siempre servicial y de buen ánimo. Cuando estás en Killarney es una visita obligada.

15/06/2025: Muy decepcionado con la comida Siempre tan bueno antes Mi marido ordenó el pollo supremo Y esta vez no había verduras dijeron que no viene con él a pesar de que lo había comprado previamente y estaba delicioso esta vez solo un poco de pollo y puré de papas que era todo y dijo que el pollo estaba muy seco Le preguntamos a la camarera y ella dijo que no venía en el menú a pesar de que lo conseguimos antes, pero Tengo pescado con papas fritas esta vez. No tengo ensalada y el pescado era muy agradable para empezar, pero estaba muy muy seco para ser honesto, sería mejor salir de una picadora Así que desafortunadamente, no volveré Lamentablemente no volverá

14/06/2025: Vamos a Christy’s Bar la mayoría de los fines de semana para comer, hoy fuimos y nos sentamos afuera e intenté pedir en el bar, y me dijeron que solo podía pedir el menú externo, no quería nada de él ya que soy vegetariana, pedí un sándwich de ensalada de queso que he comprado en numerosas ocasiones, pero la señora dijo que tendría que sentarme dentro si lo quería. Dije que lo pagaría ahora y si ella lo abandonaba, dijo que no, así que lo esperé y después de 5 minutos dijo que lo abandonaría. Volví después de 10 minutos y un miembro del personal estaba caminando con mi sándwich buscando ver quién lo pedía, me acerqué a él y le dije que era para mí. Creo que no había necesidad de todo este drama. También había un montón de personal, no estoy un poco contento con su servicio. También el sándwich era pan de sartén rebanado con queso y tomate y lechuga, también lo tostaron , no pensé que se podía tostar lechuga !!!
