The best restaurantsof irish

19/04/2025: Staff were lovely, very friendly and efficient. Alot of dishes on the menu, but we got the toasties and chips. Toasties were decent, chips were nice and hot. I also got a latte, and the glass had visible coffee stains dried into it. That didn't come off when I rubbed it to check. Also, the womens bathrooms have cameras in them over the mirrors pointing at the stalls, which was a bit disturbing. The toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time, visible build-up of dirt on and around the toilet seat, the smells was also disgusting in the toilets. Only one hand dispenser had soap in it, there was toilet paper just left lying around.

08/04/2025: Every now and then you find a place that ticks all the boxes and the Hideout Kilcullen was just that. Made a reservation for two for an anniversary dinner and arrived early, no problem, showen to a nice table by Leigh who was so polite and helpful. We ordered two different dinners and didn't have long to wait, the food was beautifully presented and plenty of it, very tasty. Another member of staff Demi was so bubbley and chatted to us making us feel welcome which added to a wonderful evening. I will definitely return, big thanks to the staff.

31/10/2025: *A lovely not-too-brightly/dimly-lit, not-too-loud radio & a not-at-all very much less than hotel/hostel standard *The service is well presented (so-much-so) real, non-plasticised, cutlery (🍴) *The prices are of a usual standard although it is a little out-of-the-town-centre but quite close to King Johns Castle..., with quality to match

30/07/2025: Just passing thru Limerick and wanted some coffee and tea. We ended up with that and a breakfast roll. The food was amazing as well as the service. A must stop if your in the city centre.

26/10/2024: Se le pidió que esperara fuera en asientos abiertos son, aunque estaba cubierto. La jefa sentó a dos nuevos clientes en dos mesas, ante mí. No hay cura médica para la codicia de esta mujer. Absolutamente terrible servicio al cliente.

27/09/2024: Ni siquiera entramos en la puerta, nos despidieron de inmediato con un miembro del personal que estaba tomando un pedido de un cliente con "No tengo nada" al menos dejamos que cerráramos la puerta incluso el otro cliente se sorprendió por su comentario despectivo, esta mujer necesita algunas lecciones de atención al cliente o entrenamiento, huelga decir que no volveremos y aconsejaría a la gente que se mantenga alejada con ese tipo de actitud francamente descuidada y grosera

18/06/2025: On holiday nearby. Stopped first day for lunch. So good we came back tonight. Tasty plentiful food. I had turkey and ham the first time. Plenty of meat with vegetables. Duck stir fry this time. This was full off flavour. Hope to squeeze in another visit before we go back to the UK.

27/05/2025: One of the few options to have late dinner in the area. We ate in the terrace with another table. Burger and sald. Nothin special to remark

03/05/2025: Preciosa cena en un hotel muy grande con personal amable y atento. Nos alojamos cerca y decidimos reservar para la cena. No nos decepcionó y nos gustaría recomendarlo.

26/06/2024: Very tasty fish and chips! No pre-made stuff, everything fresh. Other pubs and restaurants can't compete with that. The ambiance isn't great, even for a snack bar. The owner, however, is very friendly!

27/11/2024: I stayed at the Radisson Blu for 11 nights for work and so visited the Restaurant every morning for breakfast. The ladies running the bistro did everything they could day in and day out to make sure it was always the best experience. The food is great and most importantly the staff really gave us the best start to the day! Definitely pay them a visit! :)
