08/11/2024: A rare thing these days but a place where you actually feel you get value for money. The breakfast waz delicious and generous plenty of everything the coffee waz great. The service was friendly and efficient. It's one of the best places for breakfast I've been to in Midlands if not the best.

16/07/2024: This was a favourite spot of ours a couple of years ago. They had many options on the menu, large portions, hot food and good price for what you got. Recently I moved back home and wanted to pop in for lunch with my family, unfortunately we didn’t eat here because when we got inside I noticed that they now also have downstairs seating. It looked a little plain and drab from, the upstairs was always nice and calm, pastel colours and quaint. The menu was full but no vegetarian options were available. I asked the lady behind the counter, I think she was the cook, if they do substitutes , as in do they do vegetarian alternative dishes and she said “no, quiche is the vegetarian option for today” I said is there anything else and she said no it’s quiche. I hate quiche it’s the quick and easy option for all cafes and restaurants to make and after having so many everywhere I go I could live without seeing one ever again. I think maybe they could make a more varied menu to target other dietary requirements and people not eating meat for medical reasons.

21/07/2024: Fantastic food and drink, great staff, lovely atmosphere, well done to Max and team, would highly recommend and will be back! The fish pies were incredibly good and overall very good value

25/05/2024: Eine sehr nettes und schönes Pub mit gutem Essen. Wir waren gleich zwei mal da. Eine sehr schöne und gemütliche Atmosphäre. Empfehlenswert!!!

09/08/2024: We went as a family of 12..From 2 y old ( they have high chairs) to 65 y old. The setting overlooking the double links course with floor to ceiling windows was stunning. The service was first class. We ordered 6 different meals and every plate was emptied! VERY reasonably priced it it suitable for locals/golfers and passing tourists! I had worse Michelin star meals in London basements! Drop of at the front door.. lift.. and stunning balcony for a smoke! Please support it!

07/04/2024: Lovely cafe with extremely friendly staff. All of the people working there are very friendly and helpful. The food is simple but nice and very good value for money. Definitely worth a visit!

03/07/2024: Fantastic little gem in east clare, with fresh baked goods when you walk with a friendly greeting from the staff. You can sit down for a sandwich and coffee or tuck in to a full irish fry. So much to offer. You can sit outside on nice sunny day with an ice cream. Very beautiful place.

08/08/2024: Food was excellent and so was the service . Will definitely go back there and now we know also that we can order online and just pick up the food .

12/06/2024: Beautiful spot and so tranquil. The host was amazing- so helpful. Dinner was delicious- can recommend the chowder and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Room clean and comfortable with fabulous views. Would definitely recommend this lovely place.
