19/04/2026: We had the room with sea view. There is a charger for EV nearby and plenty of parking in front which is part of the port. The place is perfect for us. Since we checked in on Saturday afternoon and their restaurant is closed on Sundays, they provided us some scones with butter and jam upon arrival. There were cookies too. The room was spacious, warm, and clean. Just note that you might hear the neighbouring room. Smooth stay and right at the heart of the town.

18/04/2026: Always a pleasure dealing with Paul, Lynda and all of the staff at Botanics. They always go above and beyond. The plants are excellent quality and I have gotten great help and advice on how to keep them alive, considering I was a plant killer in the past.

28/09/2026: Outstanding! One of the best meals we've had in Ireland. The room is lovely, with stone walls and wood burning fireplace, the food is excellent, great wine list, and attentive but unobtrusive service. Highly recommended, reserve in advance.
08/09/2026: We were staying in Kinsale for one night and had dinner here. We had an amazing experience, the space is absolutely beautiful and the service was excellent. One member of our party is vegan and the chef created a meal that was outstanding. Everything we tried was excellent, including the wine recommendations. If we ever find ourselves in Kinsale again, we will be back. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening.

07/10/2026: They do a beautiful chicken curry with rice and chips and it's 40 euro cheaper than Jakes restaurant in town and 30 cheaper than McDonald's great food good value and savings and lovely staff
28/09/2026: Chicken nuggets very poor quality and same with the beef burger no flavor off it it was chewy and rubbery... chips are good... The ice cream was nice.... overall the food is poor so unfortunately won't be going back
