Berehaven Lodge
14/04/2025: Had a lovely weekend in one of their pods. Rooms are compact but have everything you need. Very clean too. Great service by natalia. She was Readily available. The place has a serene calm vibe to it. Bring your own food and its a great place enjoy some quality downtime with your family.
14/01/2025: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lodge; It was exceptionally serene and impeccably clean. The manager provided outstandingly accommodating and responsive service. it had every amenity you needed for a family.

Location - the cutest village in county cork between Dunmanway and Skibbereen. There’s a VRBO next door in walking distance of the pub. It’s a great place to stop over on your drive or use a home base while you explore County Cork.
Vibe - Classic Irish pub meets updated experience. The Gaelic Bar has taken away the dark wood color scheme from most pubs and the result is a fresh approach to having a pint, watching a game, playing darts, and eating pizza. Yes, pizza. Homemade by the owner with amazing flavor profiles.
Expect a lot of fun / craic if you will, lively conversation, advice on surrounding things to do, games, and more.

23/12/2024: My first time visiting with friends last Saturday, December 21st, had the Full Irish Breakfast which is fantastic! Lots of other tasty items on the menu. Also several children's choices.
All staff are friendly and very efficient!
I would highly recommend a visit here! Parking 🅿️ is very limited outside but there are car parks within walking distance.
30/11/2024: Nice atmosphere, fair prices, staff very kind. We went there for breakfast and took eggs benedict, unfortunately eggs were overcooked and bread a bit dry as there was a very little quantity of hollandaise sauce.
I'll go there again with the hope to change my review to a five stars.

24/03/2025: The restaurant was about to close and normally didn’t deliver that far. Yet, they drove 25 km to bring me my meal. An incredible gesture that truly reflects the kindness and dedication of the restaurant and the Irish. Exceptional service and rare generosity. Thank you again!

09/04/2025: I've stayed in the firgrove Hotel a good few times. The owner pat and all his staff are very friendly and helpful. You always feel very welcome no matter what time you visit. The food is very high quality and taste very. The location where the hotel is brillant and very easy to get to. They do a great country night of dancing nearly every second Month on a Friday night. Its a great night of entertainment.
05/04/2025: Just for food, didn't stay, but lovely, Clean, friendly staff, even though it was mothers day and they were extremely busy, really enjoyed the food. Lots to choose, user friendly, they were advertising music regularly 👍

24/03/2025: who ever is responsible for the Cork franchise needs to replace the coffee machine quickly as you will lose a lot of good customers. I visit there regular. The girls there are fantstic and should be rewarded for their pleasant efficient service. This is always busy thanks to them. The branch should be supplied with a spare coffee maker. 16/02/2025: They have a nice selection of unusual and unique drinks and snacks, some from other parts of the world, as well as RedBull Winter Edition. Staff are super friendly, and I have heard it's an LGBT friendly space. I tried the pesto chicken toastie, and it was quite nice. Coffee was good too.
