12/05/2026: Very good accommodation. Nice Chinese restaurant within the hotel. Easy walk to the harbour. Rooms were quite clean and the person on reception is friendly and gives local recommendations. We stayed for two nights and absolutely loved our stay.

07/04/2026: I've always had great fondness for this shop and I hope the future is bright for it. Having said that, every time I go in lately there's been less and less on sale. No soup of the day, no wines to browse, none of a particular high-end frozen pizza that I became a fan of - and today evidently no ice-cream for sale at all! So I report with sadness that I often come away empty-handed of late.

18/05/2026: Very good scones! We went to cobh to do tourism and found this place anc it was so good. The coffee is amazing and the scones were very tasty. The staff were also very nice. Cozy place for a rainy mornning

09/06/2025: Only available for a tour of the house. Beautiful grounds, very well-maintained garden. The house is clearly in need of renovation, but that doesn't detract from its charm. Unfortunately, no photos allowed inside.

13/07/2026: Absolutely shocking!! Food went to very bad very fast. Eating from here for a year now and one thing about this place - it is inconsistent! Anything from chips to burgers and kebabs or the pizzas you can be lucky or get most disappointing meal ever. My last order was quarter pouder with extra salads, cheese and bacon, extra sauce and this is what i got in a hard dry out bun...and when I complained the cook said "i gave salad" (7 pieces of onion) no sauces just some mayo... this burger was disgusting and manner on the cook was just as bad. Extra english lessons required for this bloke to simply understand what people asked for. Chips were disappointment too , very small portion and soft and soggy. The kebab last week had two strains of red cabbage as a salad...again it was dry and pack with just meat -disappointing.

23/11/2025: Great stop for coffee, cake, lunch or breakfast. Plenty parking, wheelchair accessible, friendly service and good quality food and drink. We'll be back 😀

11/03/2026: Not a cafe anymore. Seriously need to update your Google entry to prevent people turning up to be disappointed.

19/02/2026: Please be advised, this is no longer a cafe! Tried to visit in Feb26 and it only does interiors. I’m sure the interiors are lovely. The lady in the Top forecourt across the way said the cafe is gone now.
