27/01/2026: Excellent! Very good food and very reasonable prices, with a splendid view, of course. If we ever return to Cobh, we will definitely go back to "Quays Bar & Restaurant".

27/01/2026: A substantial veggie breakfast with delicious GF toast, friendly staff and it's warm on the cold day I visited, the relish served also made a welcome change from red or brown sauce and was very tasty indeed

12/02/2026: Had a fantastic meal last night. There is something so nostalgic about a perfectly executed Roast Beef dinner, and Johnny’s nails it every time. The beef was melt-in-the-mouth, and the mash was pure creamy perfection. ​Also, highly recommend the BLT for anyone wanting a classic done right. Huge portions and everything arrived piping hot. Watergrasshill’s finest! 😋

10/02/2026: Totaly overpriced for a roadside Cafe/chipper ,lunches gone up to €19.95.

22/01/2026: My go to place for ‘spice box’. I ask them to make it extra spicy and have been regular here for this take away for some time now. Totally recommended.

20/12/2025: Soos used to be a great place for a takeaway but with a few months now it's probably the most frustrating place to get a takeaway. Out of the last ten 8 have been wrong. One example you order a dish for a vegetarian and guess what they put chicken in it. Your order a dish with noodles and yes no noodles you get rice.. you phone tell them and they promise to get it right next time but sadly no they don't.

23/11/2025: Food was good. But you won’t stay long. It’s warmer outside. The back door is always open and the draft coming through was unbearable on a cold Sunday morning. Every one in there had coats on. Staff are nice but I’ll think twice before I come back.
