06/09/2024: A wonderful, personal and truly hip little café. With great coffee (of course), but also amazing home made pastries, lots of vegan options, raw milk, great service, a beautiful (Scandinavian?) design, nice art and wild flowers on every table. Highly recommended!!!

20/09/2024: Lovely little bar with traditional music pretty much daily. Was here on a previous trip to Ireland, made sure to return. Very friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Also, there's a public free parking lot super close; that was a nice surprise.

01/10/2024: I am very delighted with my experience at Globe Cafe in Mallow. The place is really cosy, and the ladies are very welcoming. The portions are very generous (I am not 100% sure if that's the standard on the place or it was because we were almost at closing time), anyway, I enjoyed my very big portion of salmon quiche with lots of salad 🤤, it was delicious, it's definitely a place to recommend. Thank you very much!

08/11/2024: I booked two lodges here for the October weekend for my family, my mother and my sisters family. On arrival we were very impressed with how beautiful the setting is and how gorgeous the lodges are. Both our lodges were spotless and the layout was so spacious and suited all our needs perfectly. We had our dogs with us and they had the best weekend walking from the pier to the end of the pebble beach numerous times a day. The younger kids spent their days on the swings and our older boys went fishing off the pier every evening. There is a gorgeous little waterfall at the end of the beach and the sunsets were spectacular in the evenings over this beautiful place. The open fire was a lovely treat in the evenings. It was one of the most relaxing breaks away as it was so peaceful. A special thank you to Sheila! Sheila was a pleasure to deal with and made us feel so comfortable from the moment we made the bookng till the day of our departure. We ate in the restaurant on one of the evenings and none of us could fault it. Every course was delicious and the staff were so lovely. Its such a shame that this was one of the last weekends that the restaurant would be open but we were glad to have had the wonderful experience. We look forward to returning to the Berehaven lodges again in the near future.

11/09/2024: Lovely clean comfortable pods. The kids loved going down to the beach via the direct access. Quiet site. Close to a town with various takeaways and shops. Great location for exploring. Only reason i didn't give 5 stars is that i would have liked a playground for the kids to play

24/05/2024: If you want really decent food (& portions) at a reasonable price Johnny's is the place to go. I got a salad plate today with an array of cold meals & beautiful salad. Really delicious food. Love going to Johnny's!
