23/12/2024: My first time visiting with friends last Saturday, December 21st, had the Full Irish Breakfast which is fantastic! Lots of other tasty items on the menu. Also several children's choices. All staff are friendly and very efficient! I would highly recommend a visit here! Parking 🅿️ is very limited outside but there are car parks within walking distance.

04/06/2025: Great hotel with such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere and an amazing view. We loved the bunk bed in our room—it was a fun touch! We also took a walk up the hill to the square behind the hotel—what a magical place. The food was absolutely incredible, only topped by the amazingly attentive service. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

21/06/2025: Very high value for money, strongly recommend! The room was spacious and the bed super comfy. The shower was great and the hotel provided toiletries. The restaurant is excellent, their half chicken is killer and half the room was ordering it. In the morning we didn't have breakfast but the tea/coffee tray had plenty of supplies and a bunch of spéculos biscuits.

20/06/2025: My hubby and I ate here for lunch and dinner many times during our week long stay in Glengarrff. The staff are welcoming and friendly and their customer service exceptional. The meals were excellent. Varied, tasty, and good proportions. We can highly recommend the chicken and bacon wrap, ravioli, goats cheese salad, duck in orange sauce, fish and chips, and the mixed seafood medley amongst others. The beer garden is lovely and the beer is cold! Highly recommend.

14/06/2025: The room was dirty and there were cobwebs on the walls. The food was very good but the service and waiting time were too long. I was there several times and each time the older lady who served us tried to inflate the bill. Three times in a row they tried to cheat us on the bill. The last time I was there.

11/06/2025: I have been a regular here for years but recently the quality of the food has been very disappointing. The mains dishes have oil floating on top of them, they are absolutely tasteless and some of the dishes in our order weren't even warm. I get a takeaway here every second Friday night for years and the last 2 our family got, have been put in the bin. Never mind the 40-50min wait for out food order to be ready, Very very disappointed. It looks to me like they have started to go down the route of quantity over quality.

24/03/2025: The restaurant was about to close and normally didn’t deliver that far. Yet, they drove 25 km to bring me my meal. An incredible gesture that truly reflects the kindness and dedication of the restaurant and the Irish. Exceptional service and rare generosity. Thank you again!

10/05/2025: We had a delicious steak sandwich, we had a few drinks after in the sunny beer garden. Food was outstanding and the drinks were served by very friendly bar staff. Highly recommend. Music was outstanding and we stayed for a lot longer than we planned
