07/07/2025: Got a takeaway soup plus coffee, soup I thought very expensive plus barely warm. I didn't have time to ask them to heat as I had to rush off but ya soup is meant to be hot. Prices are OTT, so nah I won't be returning

18/06/2025: Not a good place for a quiet coffee and the most expensive latte in town €4.60 not worth it this place is so busy and so noisey but in good location.

02/11/2025: Food was delicious, recommed the sea food chowder. Was quite cold in the dinning area, most of us kept our coats on.

28/09/2025: Hard to gain access and find but worth it.

13/08/2025: The burger was good, but the meat was a bit too done for me. But tasty. The seafood chowder was very, very good.

13/04/2025: I brought my family for Sunday breakfeast today to mckevitts. I was very disappointed..the food was over cooked.harfd actually .the egg was hard no soft yolk.my family's fry was hard..very disappointed..I will think twice about going there again...

08/08/2025: Dined on Friday at lunch and had a very pleasant experience. Food and service excellent. Well done to all. Lovely ambiance.

15/07/2025: Awful experience. The manager, a blonde lady, got confused with me and other man. I am now “barred” as I am bald and look some way look like a man who spiked a drink and who this establishment says “caused trouble”. They will no longer serve me or when I brought my mother. I recommend you drive on to Avoca. At least the service will be fair.

05/02/2025: Este fue el mejor lugar para un delicioso capuchino, una vista increíble y el pastel de cereza de almendra más celestial. La mejor parte fue el servicio - Pablo fue más allá para asegurar que disfrutamos de nuestra estancia e incluso dio recomendaciones para asegurar que disfrutamos de los mejores lugares de la ciudad. Gracias Corrib house! ¡Volveremos!

13/07/2025: La comida estaba bastante buena. Había ido algunas veces sólo para tomar algo, así que me sorprendió gratamente, pero el personal es realmente grosero. En su defensa, debían decir que estaban tratando con bastante gente borracha. Está cerca de muchos campos de fútbol/GAA, por lo que es un poco ruidoso los días de partido. No nos gustó el ambiente y el personal necesita un pequeño empujón en su moral.

28/05/2025: Gran lugar para un bocado de comida. Personal y comida encantadores. Me encantaron sus tostadas a la hora del almuerzo, buen menú, fácil de encontrar somto comer. Gran valor.

22/05/2025: We were attending a wedding and stayed in the associated hotel (The Cliff at Lyons) on an inclusive package. Their main restaurant (The Mill) is separately reviewed. We took breakfast here both Saturday and Sunday. We were not expecting to have lunch either day, so ordered the full Irish breakfast both days, although there was a decent choice of lighter dishes . This was a major repast. Orange juice and a compote of fruit was served immediately and good despite most fruit being out of season, the full Irish breakfast was authentic, great and was served with an afternoon tea type stand heaped with toast, Guiness soda bread, scones, croisants and pain au chocolat, all stiil warm. Super coffee and tea. Service very good, quick and efficient, especially on the Sunday when we had to leave to catch a plane. The walk in price for this is high, but you will get your money's worth. Lovely ambience, especially in the morning sun. The wedding breakfast was also served in here (from about 17:30) after canapes in teh garden. This too was excellent, especially for a group cater, however I will not be reviewing this as it was not my party, nor did I pay for it.

30/01/2025: If you're looking for a nice spot for the a date or celebration, The Orangery is a great choice. The food was fantastic and the setting was beautiful.

04/03/2025: Very small portions for high prices. Shrinkflation siuation here. Not happy. They use small plates to lesson quantity. Unfair.

22/01/2025: Had lunch here today. Average lunch price is €17. The fish pie was basically a tiny piece of cod in a dish covered with breadcrumbs and was tasteless. My companion had the beef. The veg and potatoes are put on the plate very sparingly, portions very small. Lunch here is not worth the money.

18/03/2025: First time in Spanish point and found it to be a lovely part of the wild atlantic way. A beautiful day for a walk along the beach and then lunch at Johnny Burkes in the Armada Hotel. My Wife wasn't very hungry so just had the soup of the day which was parsnip, she really enjoyed it. I had the roast rib of beef with all the trimmings and it was excellent. Service was very fast considering it was very busy. I'm already looking forward to a return trip during the summer.

19/01/2025: Johnny Burke's bar at the Amada in Spanish Point is brilliant. The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff are welcoming and delightful. The food menu is very good indeed. Spectacular location, spectacular staff.

08/08/2025: Fantastic meal. The marinated chicken was delicious. Stayed afterwards to listen to a bit of live music. The owners were very nice and sorted a taxi for us to head back to our B&B afterwards.

02/07/2025: Great hotel, location is right next to the golf course. The family that operates the hotel are excellent, very kind and personable. Highly recommend staying here if playing Bally.
