30/08/2025: Mi experiencia en 10 Fleet Street fue nada menos que espantosa. Una bebida completa fue sacada de nuestra mesa mientras todavía estábamos bebiendo, y en lugar de manejar un simple error con profesionalidad, el personal optó por burlarse e insultarnos. La camarera se rió en nuestras caras y nos llamó mentirosos. Cuando pedimos hablar con el gerente, la situación de alguna manera se deterioró aún más —se alejó en medio de la conversación, me levantó la mano en la cara para callarme, nos dijo que estaba “demasiado ocupado” para lidiar con nuestra queja y también nos llamó mentirosos. Este nivel de falta de respeto tanto del personal de primera línea como de la dirección es absolutamente inaceptable en cualquier entorno de hospitalidad. Lo que debería haber sido una resolución directa se convirtió en un ejercicio de humillación y hostilidad. El comportamiento aquí demostrado refleja una completa falta de profesionalidad, rendición de cuentas y atención básica al cliente. Recomiendo encarecidamente evitar 10 Fleet Street si espera ser tratado incluso con las normas mínimas de cortesía y respeto.

13/08/2025: By far, one of the best steaks I've ever had. It was cooked to perfection. The sauce, sautéed onions...it just elevates the dish to the next level. This dish was paired with the Shiraz on the wine menu. The staff is friendly and attentive! I'm glad I tried this because I had their seasonal gnocchi a few days ago, and it just didn't hit the spot.

01/08/2025: The service, while unpleasant, is extremely fast. The food is very good, despite the huge chunks in the burgers.

16/07/2025: I've never eaten here before and was actually surprised. My order was taken, and my special requests were also accommodated. I didn't have to wait long for my Hawaiian pizza, which was very good. It should be noted that all the pizzas are freshly prepared there. While I don't think you can expect the same quality as you'd get at an authentic Italian restaurant, I would say that you definitely get a very good pizza for the price. I would say that the price-performance ratio is good.

14/07/2025: We stopped as a recommendation for breakfast. It was a very busy Sunday morning. The staff were friendly, efficient, and hardworking. The breakfast was delicious. I recommend the Eggs Florentine.

16/06/2025: I went here this morning with my daughter for breakfast. The waiter who greeted us was very rude. He seated us at a corner table and then completely ignored us throughout our visit. After waiting 20 minutes with no one taking our order, we decided to leave. The same waiter was at the door when we were leaving and didn’t acknowledge us at all.

28/08/2025: Unexpected gem right on Inch Beach! Excellent food, lovely staff and option to sit in or outside (in a covered area or fully outside, weather permitting) Pet friendly and well worth a visit!

23/08/2025: The Cafe, 13.30 on 23rd Aug, the young blonde girl in the checkout in the cafe, surly and rude and simply not cut out for working in hospitality. The brunette making the coffees was smiling and friendly, but this young blonde certainly not

17/08/2025: It's a disgrace. I asked for a vegan burger, they didn't understand me, and they gave me a regular burger. When I complained, the waitress laughed in my face and just blamed me.

20/07/2025: Hated it. We had to leave all of the food because it tasted really unhealthy. It seemed like one of the dishes had food colour and full of ketchup instead of “sweet chilli” sauce. Couldnt spot single shred of egg in egg fried rice. I understand spring rolls are deep fried but it was dripping oil.

03/07/2025: Food was delicious! Their chicken cheese rolls are so yummy and they have the most delicious shredded chicken I've ever had! Service is quick and the staff are all so lovely :))

07/04/2025: Called in for quiet casual drinks. Very unfriendly team. We both said hello. Non verbal back. Not even a smile. Thankfully no food served here. Toilets disgraceful, filty. Toilet roll dispensers and hand soaps dispensers all opened and hanging down. 3 toilets filthy. 1 toilet sanitary bucket on top of lid with a stand on floor as not to go in. Loose taps. Hand drys blowing cold hair. Very run down place.

29/11/2024: Como local siempre me ha gustado este lugar, pero tengo que decir que ha cambiado completamente en el último año. Si bien las pintas son un € 5 que es genial, la calidad de las instalaciones no es grande. La falta de mantenimiento parece ser el mayor problema, especialmente en los baños femeninos. Es una lástima ya que podría ser un establecimiento fantástico para todos.

14/09/2024: Sold us gift vouchers day before they closed permanently, never told us yet took our money , absolutely disgraceful behaviour shame on owner . Closed without any information and hasn’t reopened, tried using vouchers in their other establishments but they won’t accept them Con artists at the finest

21/08/2025: Absolutely amazing place, the staff are so friendly and accommodating, the owner came over to welcome us and ask if everything was to our liking, The food is so tasty too and very reasonable

06/07/2025: Been going there for 10 years. The boss knows us by going there. Never ever once gave us a free pint.
