13/08/2025: An unpretentious fast food restaurant, they have pizzas and burgers...a place to grab a bite to eat without getting screwed in Cobh.

20/08/2025: We booked this campsite for two nights. It turned out to be a campervan site right at the front of the campsite. In this corner, along the road and in front of the terrace, there are several very small campervan sites—similar to parking spaces with a tiny strip of grass. Many other sites on the campsite have much more space around them. We were unlucky because there was a large family with lots of children and a lot of noise next to us. They couldn't find us another site, so we left disappointed. Unfortunately, we didn't get our money back. So, check carefully which sites you book.

07/12/2024: The full Irish breakfast is one of the best I have ever had! Great creamy hot chocolate too (and I am a picky one!) The service was very friendly and we got served fast. Inside is very pretty and cosy. Thank you 🥰

15/02/2025: Fresh cod and chips and battered sausage ordered. The fish was stuck to the paper bag and all the meat fell out of the soggy batter. Battered sausage was also soggy, chips not great either. There isn't a decent chipper in Bray.

04/07/2025: Main courses were grand, I did order a sticky toffee pudding which was actually a very dry bland chocolate cake. I hate doing it but I sent it back. No fuss, the guy dealing with it was very polite and helpful. Staff are ran off their feet, not near enough of them and this made service fall short, waiting 20+ mins after asking for bill. To really emphasise, the wait staff themselves are individually great and cannot be faulted, management is the clear issue here! They really need to do better to look after food standards and smooth service

06/07/2025: No hot food after 3 which is a pity. Lovely surroundings though. Hope to try again at some stage. Place is pet friendly on the terrace.

02/06/2025: Stopped for a bank holiday lunch for family of 6 . Menu options limited - lasagne and chowder on menu not available . Roast of the day was beef - @ 17.50 , mash carrots and parsnips and a chunk of gravy coated roast beef presented. Beef absolutely inedible , extremely tough . We watched another table struggle to cut it also . We alerted the waitress twice to the fact it was inedible , she apologised but no alternative was offered . As we had prepaid there wasn’t an opportunity to discuss again . So disappointed and not cheap for self service .

19/08/2025: Nice fish and chips €19 sit in or €13 for outside, I went outside and still got moved from outside 👎

16/08/2025: They tried to make me pay more than I owed them, see the attached pic. Pay attention. And the waitress were rude, even after I confronted them on their "mistake", faking smile behind her words "I am terrriibly sorry". Fish and chips were not even fresh and not cooked as described in the menu. The fries were still cold inside. The price was way too high for the quality and quantity anyway. To Avoid.

17/08/2025: Extremely Disappointed – Still Waiting on Promised Vouchers Over a month ago, I handed in paper vouchers at Arnotts with the assurance that they would be replaced by electric vouchers. Despite multiple follow-ups and several emails exchanged with customer service, I have yet to receive anything. Each time I contacted them, I was told—after a supposed review—that the electric vouchers had been granted. Yet nothing ever arrived. This has happened multiple times, and now my emails are simply being ignored. The original paper vouchers were submitted in-store back in July, and it’s now mid-August with no resolution. I’ve been more than patient, but this lack of accountability and follow-through is unacceptable for a brand of Arnotts’ stature. If you promise replacements, honor them. If you review a case and confirm vouchers are granted, deliver them. And if you value your customers, respond to their emails.

09/08/2025: G1 has an Eason store (like an Eslite store). We bought 10 notebooks for 3.99 euros, which was a great deal. P.S. There's a free restroom next to the Eason store.

21/08/2025: Got food here last nite and found out where not to go again for the price the portion was a bit small and the fish looked electrucuted been a long time since I was that disappointed with fast food

20/07/2025: Quality Food fresh cut chips and Kebab meat tasty.. Need to try the Pizzas as apparently they are top quality

06/07/2025: There was no proper menu, we had to walk up and look ourselves. We asked the waitress what the desserts were and she left out the fact that there was a chocolate brownie available( there was only 4/5 desserts.) My beef was too chewy, presentation was quite poor. I will say that the pub has a great atmosphere, but as far as the restaurant goes - I wouldn't recommend.

26/05/2025: This was a quick stop while visiting the Ring of Kerry. Nice place. Had a coffee here and it was good. Staff was really lovely. There's a museum next to it but didn't have time to visit.

30/07/2025: Disappointing service - we were sat between the door and the bathroom despite the rest of the tables being free - golfers take priority it seems. The food itself was nice however the staff waited until the final minute to bring out a birthday ice cream (we didn’t ask for this) and then proceeded to add this to the bill? Very poor form.

23/07/2025: A lovely location with excellent food at a reasonable price

22/05/2025: Simple food done right , can't fault there food or service , I've had breakfast , lunch and a quick coffee , it's always on point

16/05/2025: Shockingly expensive menu for a daytime cafe over 17 euro for a full Irish, 18 for lasagna and 15 for a club sandwich

29/08/2025: Chips not cooked properly - not the first time had to finish them off in the airfryer at home. Burger dry. Will drive the 20km to Salthill Supermacs in future
