03/06/2026: We stayed two nights with our two young children. We ate here both nights for dinner, and the food was great value. My only criticism would be not having a wine menu, but the wines were ok. We also ate breakfast twice. Seasonal and well prepared foods all around and the service is excellent. Proper hollandaise sauce on the eggs benedict, and those Wilmott sausages are the best I've had in Ireland. A huge shoutout to Evan who served us twice at breakfast. He provides impeccable service and went out of his way to accommodate us and our demanding almost-two-year-old daughter. But also everyone else was great. I would highly recommend staying at the hotel and eating here.

11/07/2026: We are closed notice on the door. Not sure if it's temporary or permanent, but adjacent party / balloon shop closed too. Locals mentioned owner is not well, sad to hear that

18/02/2026: I’ve been a long-time customer of O’Hehir’s at both Westside and Terryland. The food itself is nice, but over the past 12 months I’ve noticed a real drop in portion sizes, particularly with wraps and sandwiches make by new staff. The newer staff seem very skimpy with fillings, to the point where it’s awkward to have to ask for more and explain that you’re hungry. For €9 or more for a wrap or flatbread, you expect a proper, filling portion. Lately, unless you keep asking for extra filling, you can easily leave with a very light sandwich. It honestly feels like staff are being instructed to use as little filling as possible, which is frustrating and disappointing for customers. While I can't be sure of the reason, I think a little more common sense is needed at times. Some clearer training or consistency on portion sizes would really help.

18/05/2026: We booked the cocktail master class and finger food package for my friends hen this past weekend. We had the most fabulous time. A lovely location, easy to get too. The bar is cool and we were upstairs in a private area. The finger food was lovely and there was plenty to go around, the portions were big. The cocktail class was ran by Sabrina and she was brilliant! She explained everything so well amd was so attentive but also gave us the space to enjoy and make our own cocktails. Laura was also brilliant to deal with for booking the event. The bride was delighted 😍 highly recommend for a hen party!

04/04/2026: Was here with friends. Was watching a friend who drunk too much and a lady approached me and told me to take some food from their party as they were done. I took some of the many food left over as no one was eating. Then suddenly was told by other friends I would not be let back in as I “robbed” from said party who lady invited me to take some food from. As someone practically sober I was very confused and upset by such belittleing from staff. Really disappointed in night as me and friends gave a considerable amount of money- very concerned as to how they treat other customers. Enjoyed every other experience at this bar. Again this at the end of the day comes down to aggressive men in front of the door when no needs be. Not one bit of harm caused .

04/07/2026: Dirty, smelly. Food was absolutely disgusting, had to pay 20€, took a bite spit it out and throw it away. The service is nice but the food is very bad

01/07/2026: Good friendly atmosphere, it was during the day when we visited so there was very little wait. We found it a little on the expensive side, fish was dryer than expected and hard batter. Chips were lovely although we asked for vinegar they were literally swimming in it. Still enjoyed it.

21/01/2026: Food always makes me get sick and has turned me against ever wanting supermacs again. Delivery normally takes like an hour even though i live 0.3km away

30/06/2026: Got a spice bag it was shocking. Chicken really dry. Chips soggy

23/05/2026: Horrible experience. Had one knock on the door and by the time my partner walked to the door they went away. Money wasted. Can’t speak to a member of staff. Don’t waste your time. Never again.
