27/06/2025: hi all..really enjoyed food here .. The restaurant is back open again. It has a great selection of suhi and also oriental food..no drink licence there yet..so allowed bring your own..service excellent..we will definitely eat there again..highly recommend..
25/06/2025: Ordered noodles and rice with beef and a few other bits from LAM cuisine, absolutely incredible! The beef is honestly the best I've had in kilkenny. So soft and flavour full. Portion sizes very good making it great value for money. Highly recommend 👌

07/09/2025: We had lunch at this cafe after a walk in Kilcornan Woods and before heading to Galway. I had a slice of beetroot, goat cheese, and walnut quiche there, which was a real treat for the taste buds. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. :)
01/08/2025: I did love the poached eggs breakfast but €4.20 for a latte is a step too far. €4.00 for take away with own cup.
There is a well known lovely cafe in Galway city that only charges €2.80 for a latte with own cup and has the most amazing food at great prices. Will bypass now en route to Burren to pick up a coffee from now on

11/08/2025: This place is an absolute must on your holiday. The staff is amazing the food is delicious and the drinks are worth the drive. The bar is the perfect Irish pub with traditional music and seating areas.
16/07/2025: I ordered a lobster. It was small and not that fresh. I paid €50. They put cheese sauce on it, which isn't my taste for a good lobster. Quaint decor, friendly staff.

05/08/2025: Best bar outside the city center, amazing little nooks to be left alone as well as large open areas for large party's or functions. Amazing bar food.
Id like to see some unusual Irish whiskey on the shelf to complement the already unusual mezcals and other cool bottles. Top marks.

18/06/2025: Place was filthy, food was absolutely disgusting. Rubbery chips and chicken was just a ball of slime 😅 staff were impolite and their was a customer aloud to stand their messing with his bits in his pants for about 5 minutes while we ate having a scratch 😐

My opinion on some of the food is that the selection is really good but always could I do it improving

20/05/2025: i had wanted to order 4 cookies and a portion of icecream, to start, the worker on the phone was very aggressive and impatient. then when my cookies do arrive, two of them are smushed up and very badly burned. this is a first time thing and i was very shocked.

Everyone is welcome to sing and Julie gives great support.
