07/09/2025: We had lunch at this cafe after a walk in Kilcornan Woods and before heading to Galway. I had a slice of beetroot, goat cheese, and walnut quiche there, which was a real treat for the taste buds. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. :)

01/08/2025: I did love the poached eggs breakfast but €4.20 for a latte is a step too far. €4.00 for take away with own cup. There is a well known lovely cafe in Galway city that only charges €2.80 for a latte with own cup and has the most amazing food at great prices. Will bypass now en route to Burren to pick up a coffee from now on

21/07/2025: There is much better food options for better prices in town. The food was average at best but the service was not good. For a place that caters to tourists it was well below the service my group received anywhere else our entire stay. I’m going to assume the person was having an off day but I hope the next time they want to yell at someone they consider another way of doing it especially when that person has medical needs they were trying to take care of. The pure embarrassment the member of my party had was so uncalled for. Again significantly better cafes in town who were grateful for the business and had zero issue with medical needs being addressed.

11/10/2025: Coming here years, usually just for drinks or Brunch. I love the decor and atmosphere and the staff are always excellent. However, on this last visit I was disappointed. The Hugo cocktail I ordered had an elderflower flavouring in it & not the elderflower liquer it should have. As the liquer was listed in another cocktail, I asked for it to be used instead. It was not & I was handed a green drink that tasted nothing like a Hugo. The choice of glassware was uninspiring compared to what they used to use and there was zero efforts made with presentation as I expect for €15 a drink.

30/08/2025: Mi experiencia en 10 Fleet Street fue nada menos que espantosa. Una bebida completa fue sacada de nuestra mesa mientras todavía estábamos bebiendo, y en lugar de manejar un simple error con profesionalidad, el personal optó por burlarse e insultarnos. La camarera se rió en nuestras caras y nos llamó mentirosos. Cuando pedimos hablar con el gerente, la situación de alguna manera se deterioró aún más —se alejó en medio de la conversación, me levantó la mano en la cara para callarme, nos dijo que estaba “demasiado ocupado” para lidiar con nuestra queja y también nos llamó mentirosos. Este nivel de falta de respeto tanto del personal de primera línea como de la dirección es absolutamente inaceptable en cualquier entorno de hospitalidad. Lo que debería haber sido una resolución directa se convirtió en un ejercicio de humillación y hostilidad. El comportamiento aquí demostrado refleja una completa falta de profesionalidad, rendición de cuentas y atención básica al cliente. Recomiendo encarecidamente evitar 10 Fleet Street si espera ser tratado incluso con las normas mínimas de cortesía y respeto.

08/06/2025: The whole Sunday lunch experience was absolutely disgusting…..the food was second rate the beef looked like it came form a package in Aldi and was as dry as a Camel’s Gowl …..carrot /peas /lumpy Mash…..coloured water for gravy…..I don’t know how these people can serve up this rubbish and get away with it …I don’t know……battered Garlic mushrooms 5 to be precise for €6.50……..avoid this place at all costs….it overpriced and Tasteless….never ever again

15/10/2025: Beautiful shop and cafe. Prices can be high but there is a nice range of quality food to choose from.

05/10/2025: We went into the Coffee shopp today and it was horrible. The place it was really dirty, coffee was burnt, pastry tasted like 4days old, soup was watery and flavourless while the soda bread had a chemical taste, making it inedible. However, got a refund for the soup.

29/08/2025: Always excellent service, cold beer, and ambient music. The space is super spacious with both indoor and outdoor seating. Service is fast, and the food always arrives piping hot and quickly, with fresh and delicious flavors! The place also has table reservations, making it easy on busier days. Wednesdays feature wings for $0.30, and Thursdays offer goujons for $0.50 (which are huge and super crispy). Great for enjoying with friends, family, dates, or even solo. One of the best pubs in the area.

05/08/2025: Best bar outside the city center, amazing little nooks to be left alone as well as large open areas for large party's or functions. Amazing bar food. Id like to see some unusual Irish whiskey on the shelf to complement the already unusual mezcals and other cool bottles. Top marks.

07/04/2025: Called in for quiet casual drinks. Very unfriendly team. We both said hello. Non verbal back. Not even a smile. Thankfully no food served here. Toilets disgraceful, filty. Toilet roll dispensers and hand soaps dispensers all opened and hanging down. 3 toilets filthy. 1 toilet sanitary bucket on top of lid with a stand on floor as not to go in. Loose taps. Hand drys blowing cold hair. Very run down place.

29/11/2024: Como local siempre me ha gustado este lugar, pero tengo que decir que ha cambiado completamente en el último año. Si bien las pintas son un € 5 que es genial, la calidad de las instalaciones no es grande. La falta de mantenimiento parece ser el mayor problema, especialmente en los baños femeninos. Es una lástima ya que podría ser un establecimiento fantástico para todos.

22/08/2025: Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The chicken burger was marinated far too saltily and otherwise tasteless, and the bread was crumbly. The chips were also soggy and had hardly any flavor. However, I would like to highlight the very friendly staff, who brought the food directly to our tables.

05/08/2025: Fair play to Cathal behind the counter – absolute gent altogether. Quick with the order. Burgers were spot on, but it was Cathal’s service that made the whole thing. Top man

14/09/2025: I asked if I can have cofee... They said yes. I went to the car for 20 seconds to take my card... In this time they start the cleaning program of the machine... Desgusting mean people.

30/09/2025: Blonde woman with glasses at the deli was extremely rude and unprofessional. After paying, I wasn’t given a receipt, yet when I went to collect my order I was demanded to present one in front of other customers. If receipts are required, they should be provided at the time of payment, and staff should handle such situations with basic courtesy. It wasn’t my fault I wasn’t given one, yet the attempt at humiliation was placed back on me as the customer, after already waiting for a long time. A refresher in customer service would not go astray. Very disappointing as staff are usually very pleasant….

19/09/2025: Sad to find the sandwiches now on sale are branded Centra. Poorer quality and more expensive. The McCambridge family would be very sad to see it now . I think my love affair with this shop just ended.

20/10/2025: Nice place to stop after a long trip, grab a coffee and let the que die down at the car hire, much more pleasant. Also a nice place to have something before a flight. Staff are always nice.

03/10/2025: What sort of hickey mouse operation is closed for sit down food or drinks at 8pm on a Friday when airport is busy with people waiting in arrivals. You should not be renewed your contract if you can't provide a service. Absolute joke of a country

24/08/2025: Order was wrong, staff was rude and argued with me when I called and claimed I was lying about how long we were waiting for delivery and then asked for the food back to verify it was wrong before replacing it🤣🤣not to mention it took almost an hour and a half to deliver and then replaced only half the food so the other half was cold👏👏👏

13/10/2025: This is a dated hotel which has modernised parts of the hotel and in my opinion the most important parts. So the bedding is fabulous, TV is state of the art, the breakfast is delicious and plentiful, staff are very helpful and the hotel couldnt be more central. It's a great place for a weekend.

14/07/2025: We stopped as a recommendation for breakfast. It was a very busy Sunday morning. The staff were friendly, efficient, and hardworking. The breakfast was delicious. I recommend the Eggs Florentine.

16/06/2025: I went here this morning with my daughter for breakfast. The waiter who greeted us was very rude. He seated us at a corner table and then completely ignored us throughout our visit. After waiting 20 minutes with no one taking our order, we decided to leave. The same waiter was at the door when we were leaving and didn’t acknowledge us at all.
