06/03/2026: Food is delicious although took some time to come. Great views with a swing. Workers are very nice. Getting here was hard I would recommend a 4x4 car

23/02/2026: The staff was very rude, poor service and overall quite a dirty establishment, our table was not properly cleaned after food had clearly been eaten on it earlier and crumbs all over the seat/floor.

18/02/2026: The food was absolutely diabolical and very expensive. I got a chicken breast that looked like it was cooked two days previous and kept warm until I got it. I couldn't physically couldn't eat it, it was so hard and over cooked. We also got a tub of coleslaw for €4 that was very poor quality. Unfortunately we didn't open the food until we got home and therefore couldn't return it. Definitely will not be going back.

Overall very bad experience with food , communication and din in as well. Must take in view my review for a honesty. Otherwise you will regret for your money.

12/05/2026: We went here last year and highly rated it. Now we will never come here again. Very poor menu doesn’t inspire the palette. Also the specials leaflet today 27/8/24 said Hake yet outside the door said Salmon we noticed that as we left. We ordered vegetable soup for starters which was too creamy and had a funny tang, my mother can make better. Then because the menu was so bland I ordered fish and chips as did my mother and my uncle ordered the Wagyu West Cork burger which is a Japanese burger made in West Cork my research has led me to believe. What of Irish Beef being one of the best there is? The owner told my uncle that they made it there. It was so thin and according to her the meat was so expensive because it was Japanese! Confused? I am for sure. Fish cooked well no peas. No salad or vegetable offered. Music was on and loud - not the case last year. Again we spent a lot of money, still at least we know now and we’ve informed all. I feel it’s trying to keep up and on trend when it’s not necessary. On my blog also The Reviewer.

19/08/2025: We had lunch in the his bar and found it average at best, we were upstairs over looking the bridge, the view was good but the seating was old, with damaged tember and very uncomfortable, this bar/restaurant would need to take advantage of their location and give the place a well needed makeover. The staff were very friendly and the food was fresh.

23/11/2025: I had a really frustrating experience with an online order from this branch. The delivery ended up at my neighbor's house, and when I called to sort it out, they just insisted it had been delivered without even checking who signed for it. The manager wasn't helpful at all and refused a refund initially. After a bunch of calls, I still didn't get any compensation, even after waiting four hours for a new order. Plus, my drink was missing! The manager was rude and totally unsympathetic when I explained I'd come to the branch to sort things out. In the end, they only replaced the food, not the drink. To make it worse, the manager claimed their driver doesn’t ask for names upon delivery, just drops it off, and then insisted I was lying because the driver has been with them for 12 years.

31/01/2026: ( online order ) wasn't matched at all food absolute disappointing with match in order spicy sauce in kebab where was marked ( TO DO NOT ADD IT ) Chips horribly over salted ( not eatable ) they added an extra spicy sauce with drop of garlic onto over the top customer service won't fixed order at all after call and explain what actually happened to it where was looks like someone did it specially

09/12/2025: Food ordered for specific time was delivered 3o mins early before people were home. Food cold and these guys don't know how to cook chips!!!! This used to be the best chopper in Blanchardstown, it's one of the worst now.

21/03/2026: Almost every time we order from Big Bites, something in the order is wrong, for example, if you order a doner kebab just with extra salad and sauces, and you're happy to pay extra for that, even then it's a 50/50 chance if you get what you asked for. The only way to get your order the exact way you asked for, is to speak with the owner. Otherwise it's a chaotic mess and there's constant delays. We live 5 minutes away from the restaurant and it took 2 hours from the time we've ordered plus 2 phone calls to deliver 1 pizza and garlic sauce. We've been regular customers for almost 10 years. This is VERY disappointing.

18/02/2026: I’ve been a long-time customer of O’Hehir’s at both Westside and Terryland. The food itself is nice, but over the past 12 months I’ve noticed a real drop in portion sizes, particularly with wraps and sandwiches make by new staff. The newer staff seem very skimpy with fillings, to the point where it’s awkward to have to ask for more and explain that you’re hungry. For €9 or more for a wrap or flatbread, you expect a proper, filling portion. Lately, unless you keep asking for extra filling, you can easily leave with a very light sandwich. It honestly feels like staff are being instructed to use as little filling as possible, which is frustrating and disappointing for customers. While I can't be sure of the reason, I think a little more common sense is needed at times. Some clearer training or consistency on portion sizes would really help.

17/05/2026: Good food yesterday for my daughter communion. Absolutely delicious 😋 and excellent 👌 value. Highly recommend for parties . Will definitely be ordering again. And Sam absolutely lovely to deal with.mini pies were a big hit . Thank you the mill grill from Aoife. Very happy ☺️

16/04/2026: Not even a curry sauce of them getting to meals madness

02/05/2026: Spent a whopping €350 on 1 starter, 4 mains, 3 desserts, tea, coffee, water and a €47 bottle of wine. Totally underwhelmed. I won't go into details as I don't want to be too unkind, suffice to say 5 star prices for basic food and experience. We were treating a couple to dinner and had to apologise to them later, did not raise it with the manager as that would have been extremely uncomfortable in the circumstances. I am writing this as a warning not to go to this restaurant and to spend your money elsewhere.

14/04/2026: Poor service and even worse food and prices. Steak was rubbery and fish was overcooked. Mash potatoes gummy and dry. Breakfast was decent however
