21/12/2025: Visited with a group for a quick coffee and light bite before a Christmas concert. As this was around 2pm, we expected traybakes or similar, especially as the venue describes itself as a café, but none were available, leaving us forced to order full food items. We ordered four coffees, one tea, spring rolls and a Caesar salad. Despite ordering drinks first, the food arrived after around 30 minutes and the drinks came much later. The salad was nice but very expensive. The spring rolls were extremely poor value - €10 for just three rolls. The tea was forgotten three times and only arrived five minutes before we had to leave, despite us being charged in full beforehand. It was very weak and not enjoyable. It may have been a bit busy but for tea thats unacceptable. The coffee was also poor, and the milk tasted off. Slow service, poor value for money, and disappointing quality overall. I would not recommend going into this restaurant unless you are prepared to spend more than the value of the food and get forgotten.

21/12/2025: We waited almost an hour for one cup of tea! We only went in for a short cup of coffee and ordered a couple of food items since they had nothing that would normally accompany a coffee (a bit strange for a place that has cafe in the description). Food came before the drinks and the drinks were lukewarm at best when they did arrive. The coffee was horrid. We ordered spring rolls for €10 and there were only 3 on the plate :/ That's over €3 per roll. The service was even worse as we had to ask about the tea several times and were informed they'd forgotten it each time. An hour later once the food and our coffees were empty and we'd already payed, the tea came boiling hot and so weak we decided not to drink it after all. Only thing that we actually enjoyed was the ceasar salad. Overall it was a huge disappointment and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

01/05/2026: Orderded Off just eat Food was stone cold, I had to put it all in the bin.. I waited over an hour for it..I don't blame delivery driver, a nice person, Im very disappointed with the take away service 😞 I rang after 1.15 asking where my Food was and the man that answered couldn't wait to get me off the phone 😢 I will never order from here again!!

27/03/2026: The Supermacs website states that this branch has a SuperSubs outlet. It doesn't. Please update the website to reflect this that someone else doesn't waste their time going there. I can't eat any of the chips or burgers on offer because they have milk and soya in them.

08/05/2026: Filthy! We walked in, had a customer say something snarky because we were trying to decide what we wanted. Used the restroom (it's locked, you have to get a code) and are our snack at a dirty table and I looked around and realized this was one of very few tables that hadn't been cleared. It was in disarray and you got the vibe that they just wanted you to get out

27/12/2025: My daughter & I visited the Quays bar today & had food that was reasonably good. Unfortunately the place was absolutely filthy, our shoes were sticking to the floor. Toilets were disgusting & absolutely filthy with no toilet roll & when we asked we were told there was none. I dread to think what the kitchen was like.

22/05/2026: A fast-food place that serves fast-food food quickly: no complaints there! The restrooms are a disaster in the mid-afternoon.

19/05/2026: I have paid for the chicken sandwich 6.25 and waited more than 15 minutes. I was in a hurry. Employees of the establishment was like a sloths, they was very very slow. I didn't get my sandwich and I have to leave.

02/01/2026: Extremely disappointed over the food in recent weeks, especially what I’ve been handed tonight. The last 4 times ordering from here my orders have been wrong, Tonight my Kebab meat was burnt in places no sauce and the wrap was falling apart from the other side it had a massive hole in it. The onion rings were so over done they crumbled in my hands. Things are not cheap anymore the food people buy shouldn’t be like this crap. Do Better

30/05/2026: it was terrible. ordered meal deals B. they gave everything separately, although I asked to take it with me. but my request to give a package. even the manager refused. service is very important. I do not recommend

23/05/2026: Definitely better than the clown's burgers, but the location is dingy and cramped in odd places. Like, why would you put a claw game machine so close to the toilet corridor? Bit of an accent/language barrier at the register (going both ways) and it took longer than expected for fast food.

13/09/2025: Lovely local pub/restaurant with friendly service and fresh food/creamy pints. The owner, Henry, is particularly friendly - a must visit in Drumshanbo!

06/05/2026: I got a Very welcoming atmosphere, coming from the Speaker Connolly. The Staff are very friendly and helpful, the clientele are full of craic , and fun . I didn't have a meal from the menu , but I look forward to visiting again. 5 Stars
