23/09/2025: I order Lunch regularly for company meetings usually delivered and sometimes we eat in, all the food is freshly prepared daily and nothing is too much trouble. The food is amazing and the staff are very efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend them for any event or just a lunch date.

15/10/2025: We had the most fabulous weekend at my daughters hen party recently! There were 13 of us and honestly, we couldn't find fault with anything. From the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and the service friendly and efficient. On the Friday night the bar was lively with a speed quiz and Karaoke, the DJ was so much fun! I can't remember the barman's name, but the cocktails were fab too! On the Saturday morning, we all had a relaxing spa treatment followed by afternoon tea - it was such a lovely treat! I can highly recommend the "Pamper Princess" package for anyone thinking of organising a hen party - go for it!
14/10/2025: Currently forced to stay here on a business trip and the sound from the kitchen flu system or AC units is almost unbearable. Here in room 16 and it's 1.15am and don't think I'll sleep Tonight.
Would've been better off driving home... Staff seem okay.

Absolutely fantastic takeaway! I didn’t have huge expectations when I popped into Roma, but it completely blew me away. The pizza was gorgeous, perfectly crispy base, delicious toppings, and just really, really yummy. The chips were proper chippy chips, made from real spuds, fresh, clean, and full of flavour. The curry was amazing too, not your usual dark chip shop curry, but a lovely light, thick, homemade-style curry that was absolutely delicious.
It’s a family-run business with such a friendly atmosphere. I’m not from the area, but I’d definitely come back. Highly recommend!

18/10/2025: Ordered online which was easy to use and went smoothly. Ordered a pizza with black olives on one side and pepperoni on the other as my partner doesn't eat pork. When it arrived we found that the pizza was covered all over with pepperoni and not a sight of olive. I called 6 times with no answer.
12/10/2025: Happened in here the other evening. Really hungry. Service was really quick. Staff serving us was so helpful, recommending our meal. And he was a funny member of staff...but also excellent recommendation. We both enjoyed our meal.

31/08/2025: Bought two coffees, took ages to arrive, very expensive for the lack of quality/taste. Sat here writing a review as I can't drink my coffee due to it being scalding, not hot but genuinely and dangerously scalding. We also asked for some Nutella on our daughter's small ice cream, told by the guy working there that the Nutella sauce was only for other ice creams. "Computer said no" attitude.

20/09/2025: Got the prawn tagliatelle, which was for me very bland. soaking wet I was looking forward to a rich creamy pasta. Staff were lovely, but thirty quid for the pasta too much. I understand prawns are dearer and esp when fresh and the prawns themselves were lovely as was the garlic bread. But sauce was barely there felt just watery and bland. Pity! everything else great and staff lovely. service was quick. It's for you if you like a really light barely there sauce like just eating pasta & prawns. Linguini up the road was €18.

27/08/2025: Ate lunch here before flying out of Cork airport. We both ordered burgers. I noticed how quickly they came out and how fast other tables got their food too. I worked in hotels myself for years and that is not necessarily a good sign. The burgers themselves were ok but they seemed somewhat ready made. We both had upset stomachs by the evening time. I do not recommend. The staff and service were excellent. I can’t give more than 1 star because of the food issue.

15/08/2025: We were staying at Rockhill House and popped down to the Church both nights we were staying. Food was great and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There seemed to only be one barman and one waitress and they were busy but everything ran like clockwork! Great location too! Will definitely be back!
