21/09/2026: A classic fast-food joint! I visited in mid-September and found the hamburger quite good and tasty, but the fries were unfortunately too dry and bland. Fortunately, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which improved the experience of this place, ideal for a quick stop.

28/08/2026: I got 2 “chicken kebabs” if that’s what you can call it. It was like rubber and it was hard and you couldn’t even chew it and it even smelled a bit off worst kebab i ever ate in my life would not come again.

29/10/2026: One of the floor staff who had black curly hair and glasses kicked me in the shin as I walked in and shouldered both of my friends while we were standing by the bar as he walked past us Multiple times and said he didn't know me but would kick me if he saw me when I called him out on it should Be fired as it was a disgrace what he did and said to all three of us

09/10/2026: An absolute assault on the senses—bordering on biohazard. ​I emailed the hotel well in advance to confirm they could safely accommodate a coeliac with severe gluten allergies. I was explicitly promised in writing that the "crispy" oyster mushroom dish could easily be modified for a gluten-free diet. ​The moment we sat down, that promise evaporated. The server bluntly informed us the chef couldn't make it after all. Their brilliant alternative? A “vegan foie gras.” Who in their right mind designs a plant-based menu around an imitation of force-fed liver? It is utterly bizarre, offensive to plant-based diners, and wildly out of touch. ​When I pushed back, the server claimed the manager would come address the issue. Instead, the manager actively cowered across the room, refusing to step foot near our table. A junior staff member was sent over as cannon fodder and eventually conceded they would attempt a gluten-free mushroom dish. ​What landed on my table was an insult to gastronomy: a single, pathetic oyster mushroom hacked into three slimy strips, smothered in a radioactive neon gherkin jelly, resting in a puddle of lukewarm, curdled "shallot custard." ​I took one bite, and my palate was instantly violated. ​It did not feel like food. It had the exact texture, temperature, and sickening glide of a live slug sliding across my tongue. Chewing it was an exercise in pure nausea; swallowing was an impossibility, forcing me to gag and spit the slimy, slug-like monstrosity straight back onto the plate in sheer horror. "Vile" does not begin to describe the sheer horror of that plate. ​I summoned the courage to tell the manager to their face that the dish was utterly repulsive and completely inedible before walking out. A ruinous, stomach-churning catastrophe for a birthday lunch. An outright health risk and a culinary disgrace—I wouldn't let my worst enemy dine here.

03/06/2026: We stayed two nights with our two young children. We ate here both nights for dinner, and the food was great value. My only criticism would be not having a wine menu, but the wines were ok. We also ate breakfast twice. Seasonal and well prepared foods all around and the service is excellent. Proper hollandaise sauce on the eggs benedict, and those Wilmott sausages are the best I've had in Ireland. A huge shoutout to Evan who served us twice at breakfast. He provides impeccable service and went out of his way to accommodate us and our demanding almost-two-year-old daughter. But also everyone else was great. I would highly recommend staying at the hotel and eating here.

01/10/2026: Came in with my family because we saw they supposedly had good food. Walked in and sat down, asked the younger blonde bartender for menus and she told us they didnt serve food. Very awkward experience. I looked into it and they evidently stopped serving food awhile ago. Would have been helpful at avoiding a very awkward interaction if yall updated your information about food.

21/08/2026: A pink Burger😤🤢 We always get supermacs and the food is hit and miss but it’s never been this bad! A disgrace to be able to give out food like this! Won’t be getting it again..

15/10/2026: We celebrated my son's 21st birthday here. All our guests enjoyed all the delicious dishes they served. The atmosphere was fantastic, relaxing snd chill ambiance. Plus all the staff are all nice and friendly especially the lovely Jennifer who is very hardworking and attentive to all your needs during our dinner. She's the best!.. Highly recommended this place. We definitely come back again for more celebrations.

10/10/2026: Food average to ok, got burger and fries; Burger very nice, let down a little by over cooked frozen chips, but still edible. Also got red curry with chicken and vegetables and rice; Curry wasa nice flavour but very thick sauce, Veg were very big pieces and under cooked
