09/03/2025: The gravy is delish other than that this place has went down hill. The chips were super greasy and not cooked completely. The quarter pounder tastes dried out.

I’m in Galway every year on holiday with my family from Germany Was in the last Thursday and met the manager Lucas and his team there, I’m so glad for the nice reception and service. 11/01/2025: i was ordering food with my friend and the lady taking our order was being very passive aggressive, when we forgot to order our fanta at the end she gave us a dirty look and snatched the money out of my friends hand. Also i ordered 5 chicken tenders and she charged me for the five but when i got my food, i only had 3. Not only did she steal our money, when i went up and told her she forgot half my order, she said “You ordered 3” and walked away from me. horrible staff.

16/04/2025: Vaya, esto es terrible. Muy mal pescado y patatas fritas. Sin condimento alguno. Muy, muy aceitoso. Chips no lo suficientemente cocidos, casi crudos. Ni idea de lo que llaman los famosos fish and chips. Sabe como los aceites tiene 10 años y nunca se ha cambiado. ¡Es lo peor que he tenido!

28/03/2025: Courez....loin de ce restaurant : rien n'est sympa, ni la bouffe, ni la déco ( table et sol collants), ni le manager, et à peine les autres employés. Nous aurions dû regarder les avis avant de nous y risquer...a fortiori si vous êtes français car le manager cocorico n'aime guère ses compatriotes( c'est son droit ) mais de là à être désagréable, de moquer notre strong french accent sans même nous laisser nous exprimer en anglais...

15/01/2025: Myself and my friend went into this cafe on Monday 13th January. I ordered a coffee with a pot of hot water on the side. My friend had tea and a cake. The rudest waitress I've ever encountered brought the order to the table. She brought me a Capachino not a coffee. I don't drink milk so I told her politely as she was passing that she brought me the wrong coffee. She shouted at me at the top of her voice "you ordered a Capachino. I said I ordered a coffee. She then shouted even louder that I ordered a Capachino and snapped it off the table. I showed her the receipt which clearly stated my order. She said that she just registered it as a coffee. She brought me a coffee down and slapped it on the table. I said I don't drink milk and was about to explain that I wouldn't be ordering a Capachino as there is milk in it. She walked off and left me in mid sentence. I'm 67 years of age and in my entire life I've never encountered such ignorance. I do hope the owner sees this report. It looked a beautiful little cafe but with staff like that I wouldn't set my foot inside the door rver again There isn't an option for NO STARS otherwise that's what I would be giving bit

12/01/2025: I had the hot chocolate (the absolute best) and the scone, both of which were delicious. The service was quick and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The cafe itself had plenty of seating available and is a nice little hide out!

02/01/2025: Superman's at The Plaza is absolutely awful. I wouldn't bother again. Chicken breast sandwich was cold and the chicken in was so flat it looked like someone had stood on it. Asked for extra sauce but didn't get that. It was dry enough to choke you. Chips were hot, burger cold. Never again absolute dirt and expensive dirt at that. I wouldn't bother. My advice would be Drive past don't drive through. Stay going.

04/08/2024: FYI this place is closed. They took my booking and deposit and never informed me they were closing. It was for my sister's hens. Thank god for the hairy lemon across the road fitting all 12 of us in!

31/07/2024: Small space but perfect place for small parties. Great staff and good gentry. 👍🏼

13/07/2024: Christ stopped at Eboli. Culture stopped at the door to the pub. Food stopped at the microwave. Cleaning stopped at the bar. The bar lady, God bless her, had never heard of rosé wine. "We have red or white" I would prefer rosé. "What is rosé?" It's kind of halfway between red and white. "No, we don't have that". Children stopped in front of the big screen TV watching football, at least half a team's worth. Apart from that, happy donkeys (not actually a dish on the menu by the way).

24/06/2024: No locks on the toilet door which is bizarre, got a carvery to take away and was given my food on children's paper party plates covered in foil Frozen veg and way seemed like microwave beef and chicken Charged 12.50 for a plate of frozen chips and a couple goujons for a kid madness for a small town Go to Leitrim town or Carrick

18/07/2024: Frendly helpful staff. More attention to general cleaning,crocery and cuttelery. Teapots need deep, pastries were hard, don't know if they were stail or kept in chill cabinet

01/11/2024: I have to say, this chinese was absolutely exquisite. The staff were very kind and so helpful when i forgot to order things. The honey chilli chicken was tasty and so juicy. I will 100% recommend and will be back!
