17/08/2025: A fantastic place to eat, especially for breakfast or lunch. We've been coming here for the last 10 years every 6 months or so, on our trips to Kerry. The food is always so fresh and they update the menu regularly so always something different. The Buddha bowl and prawn tostada on our last trip was delicious. Good vegetarian options are always available. Price is relatively good and the service is always great. We'll be back again soon 👍

24/06/2025: Nice food! I Went there for lunch with my partner. We both enjoyed it! The food was great, the place had a good atmosphere.

19/08/2025: We had lunch in the his bar and found it average at best, we were upstairs over looking the bridge, the view was good but the seating was old, with damaged tember and very uncomfortable, this bar/restaurant would need to take advantage of their location and give the place a well needed makeover. The staff were very friendly and the food was fresh.

04/12/2025: 2 stars as the ladies working there were very attentive and overall lovely. I ordered a cappucino for take away but by the taste and look of it it seemed to have been an Americano with milk..which I paid over 5 euro for and even at that it was below average in taste.. I got a pastry with it which only at home I realised tasted dry, nearly tasteless, and stale. I tried to heat it up but it was so unpleasant that I ended up just throwing it out. 10 euro spent on something I could get better quality of at a petrol station. Very disappointing and will not visit again.

27/09/2025: I loved having breakfast at ML Dore as the food was excellent and the servers were very friendly and helpful. My husband and I had an omelette with salad and everything was delicicious. The coffee was also very good. The seating area at the back of the restaurant is very comfortable with a very nice ambiance.

01/10/2025: I bought battered sausage and batter burger and chips the batter was still raw and undercooked the pork sausage and burger were stale the meat smelled rotten

31/07/2025: The chipper is by no means bad and I come here from time to time but I was here recently and I have say the service left me annoyed and feeling short changed. The price advertised for a burger and chip was €6.95 and when I handed in my €10 the change I was given was €3. I know its only 5 cents but if their prices say €6.95 I expect €3.05 back. I doubt I would have been charged anything more than €6.95 if I had used my debit card. Giving your customers their correct change matters!! The other thing that annoyed me, and while I was ok with the outcome, I found the lack of asking problematic. I personally enjoy salt and vinegar on my chips however, I know a lot of people don't. When the staff member was serving the customer ahead of me he poured the batch of chips into the tray and asked the customer ahead if they wanted salt and vinegar to which they said yes, the staff member proceeded to dress the chips accordingly and served them. Then when it was my turn the staff member just bagged the remaining chips in the tray and gave them to me without asking if I wanted salt and vinegar or not. As I said, it made no difference as I personally like salt and vinegar however, many people don't and I found this to be unprofessional. I would suggest that the owner and staff need to review their business practices.

14/08/2025: Security in the pub are incompetent, was there with my partner during spraoi, some drunk fella took our seat and refused to go despite us politely asking him, bouncer (young tall dude with the beard) did little effort to move him away and then shook his hand and started being rude to us told us to go away. Would never recommend this place

27/10/2025: Do not eat here. Food is terrible, overpriced and flavourless. Staff are lovely but the food ruined the whole place. The steak tasted like leather and was not worth €37.

27/10/2025: Lovely staff but oh my gosh the food is dreadful! I’ve just been served a bowl of bland, gloopy white sauce peppered with tiny bits of unidentifiable fish, masquerading as seafood chowder. On the side was a dry white UPF bread roll instead of the brown soda bread promised. Other family members partook of, and left, the ribeye steak (36 Euro each for the ‘pleasure’). Both described it as ‘like leather’. Owners / managers of this establishment, you should be ashamed yourselves - offering this level of slop is not acceptable, even in an airport hotel where you have a captive market. I feel so sorry for your staff… we tipped them notwithstanding the awful food.

02/08/2025: The bar here now is not the same one that garnered all the good reviews (against the grain). Google should reset the ratings, the bar here now is miserable.

28/12/2025: ordered food off just eat food was late dilvered the drive never knocked left it in plant pot and had to ring to ask had it been dilvered answer said they tried ringing us but no call at all very poor service joke of a place

24/04/2025: Got chips and a battered sausage on the way home from work. Have to say they are the worst chips I've ever had. Absolutely burnt and tastes like they were reheated.they were also not fresh chips definitely frozen one. Also the battered sausage was not much better. Batter was not crispy at all. Again like it was reheated in the microwave. Would not recommend this place

16/04/2025: Refrain from ordering from this establishment. This online ordering operates as a fraudulent scheme. Upon placing an order, they falsely claim that communication has been unsuccessful and that delivery is not possible. Furthermore, they fail to provide a refund, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and customer service.

21/03/2025: I don't know why is such a problem for this - and specificly for this - shop to send plain burger if I ordered so? And also female Indian drivier is giving three to four phone calls unable to deliver to the doors.

02/01/2026: Dreadful burritos. Tasteless, tiny portion of meat, with an addition of baked beans which was disgusting.

30/04/2025: Worst experience ever in an airport lounge. Don’t come here if you are thinking of a nice relaxing way to start your holiday / journey. I had complementary access which took the pain out the €40 we paid for my wife. Staff unhelpful and disinterested apart from the bull dog who was responsible for guarding the valuable two complementary drinks rule ! Her wonderful customer service was to ask every customer if this was their second drink and then argue with you about the need for a mixer which she never provided. Food very limited and there a good few hours in the fridge. Was more than happy to go down to the bar and pay full price. At least the staff seemed interested. Scored a one because I can’t give a lower score !
