21/09/2024: I travel a lot and do use supermacs in different locations. This one is nice as the staff are friendly and the premises though looks a bit untidy it was clean and it's a very busy outlet which I think is a good sign. I have the same in most supermacs, lunch box, and the portion was big but the chicken was a bit crispy as in over done BUT I still had it as it was fine overall.

07/10/2024: Very tasty food, the workers go out of their way to foreigners, speaking more slowly and repeating if they didn't understand something. And they also made a nice gift in the form of a very tasty burger (we ordered one set, with a burger, they made a second one), with hot sauce. They work until 12 at night, even on Sunday. Thank you very much! They saved us from starvation

29/09/2024: The food was great, but they kept changing my delivery time. It was originally 30 minutes but I ended up waiting almost 2 hours. The delivery driver from the restaurant was very rude and obviously annoyed at me.

01/09/2024: We have dined here a couple of times in the past and were very happy with the food. A super location and well fitted out. The americano and cappuccino we had today in large cups had too much water and practically tasted the same. Maybe there was a change of ownership or management, as the upstairs section is now a shop. So disappointed.

25/07/2024: I went to River House for tea/coffee and a pastry! I have to say it was daylight robbery! They charge €7 for one bun! An eclair for €7!!!! A coffee is not included in the price! Also a muffin cost €4.50!! They pastry and muffin were not even nice!!! My mum and I now swear never to go there again!

28/07/2024: I’m vegetarian and I asked for a vegetarian pasta it took 2 hours to come and they gave me it with chicken in so I sent it back and the replacement took 30 minutes so by this point it was almost midnight and I had not eaten I was so relieved to finally have food. Desert was ok but not brilliant

15/10/2024: Good service but food is just not good , very poor quality of ingredients and badly cooked

10/10/2024: Went with my family for dinner and got the curry chicken. It was like eating plain rice in hot water with some bland chicken chunks. We added some salt and it couldn’t be saved. Two other people in our party got the same dish and agreed. They also forgot to put my husbands order in so by the time he got his food we had all finished eating.

11/08/2024: Didn't get anything there in a while as they've clearly gone downhill since Centra took over. Thought I'll give it another try, ordered online, order was confirmed and supposed to be ready in half an hour. When I went to collect it no one was there, I asked the guy in the Centra deli and he checked and apologized and said no one cooked it. He offered to cook it for me now but it would have been another 25mins so I asked for a refund instead. Don't think I'll try to get food there again, there's enough better options available. Pity to see how bad management has ruined the place.

17/09/2024: Stopped here on a Globus tour for about an hour. Enjoyed some hot chocolate and Bailey’s Coffee both very good although expensive 11€ for-them. The benefit- amazing views and picture opportunities. Bring tou wide angle and telephoto !

14/08/2024: 1/5 We stopped off here for a drink while doing the ring of Kerry. I've often passed here and it's always closed (closes at 2:30pm every day). We said we'd have one drink while passing. We were surprised that they only had cans of Bulmers, not pints or bottles. We ordered cordial for the kids and were told "we don't serve the mountain water" so we had to buy bottles of water for these cordials. €20 for two cans and three cordials. They're charging €7/can of Bulmers (from a multi pack stating expect to pay no more than €2.75) and €3 a bottle of water. The woman behind the bar was friendly and nice. The cans were unopened , so I returned them for a refund. Some tourists might get caught and pay that extortionate amount, but no way were we paying it. Very annoying also to be told "How do I know you didn't just come in off the street with your own cans looking for a refund". I cannot comment on the food as we didn't have any I'll often pass here again, but it'll be my first and last visit. Rip off Ireland at it's finest 👌🏼

19/10/2024: Do not go here. €11.40 for a breakfast "burrito" that has 1 sausage, 1 bacon, and 1 egg. Incredible! Finished the tiny burrito in 3 bites. Should be closed down. Greedy enterprise.

03/10/2024: If you want to pay full price for have a bowl, this is your place. The portions are really a joke. Go to SoMa instead!

08/11/2024: Really poor experience. I chose this lounge as Dublin airport can get crowded at times and I wanted a bit of peace and quiet and a bite to eat. I was flying late afternoon so I wasn’t expecting hot food, which was just as well. I took a salad from the grab fridge and made a coffee and served myself with a soft drink. The young man who checked me into the lounge was friendly but the staff in the lounge were rude. One lady walked past me several times and avoided eye contact and made it clear through her body language that I wasn’t even getting a hello from her. The lounge itself is pleasant enough and I actually really enjoyed my food, but there were about three other passengers in the lounge at the time and I wasn’t acknowledged or offered service once. I don’t expect fawning service, but if you can’t smile at a guest and say hello then that says a lot about you as a staff team. I don’t know if the staff had a bad day but I’d be mortified recommending this place to anyone, especially as it’s over €40. Really poor value, visit only if you can’t avoid it.

25/10/2024: Good selection of food - salads, sandwiches, goulash and mash, veggie Thai curry and rice plus a variety of snacks! Quiet ambient music (almost like being in a spa!!) Food was good quality, fresh and plentiful. Which from an airport lounge is probably as much as you can hope for.
