25/06/2024: Estoy absolutamente asombrado de cómo cualquiera con un indicio de un fondo de cocina podría servir lo que me sirvieron hoy - fue nada menos que impactante ... . . El pan estaba rancio. El tocino demasiado cocido y grasiento. Los hongos viscosos. NO había ninguna característica de canje en esta placa y pagué 16 € por ella? Ni siquiera me preguntaron si estaba bien. 12/11/2024: Got 3 bags of chips 🍟 and they were like the end bits. 1 bag out of the 3 were edible. Luckily the dog likes chips

20/12/2024: Excelente carvery y las Q lo demuestran. Probablemente uno de los mejores que he tenido. Precio razonable para arrancar. Lamentablemente un poco malcriado por el personal antipático que sirve el carvery. El personal del bar estaba bien. El menú de papel de la carta de vinos estaba muy manchado, ¡parecía que no se había cambiado durante meses! Estoy en el negocio de los servicios de comida que nunca permitiría esto.

05/11/2024: Salió el martes 5 de noviembre. Molesto desde el momento en que llegamos estábamos listos para ordenar. Presionado para ordenar. Mientras comíamos perdimos la cuenta del número de veces que el personal quería saber si habíamos terminado. Tenía pollo salteado que el menú no mencionó tenía salsa dulce, ugh! En lugar de papas fritas o ensaladas secundarias dije que tendría verduras extras con col, brócoli + zanahorias en lugar de verduras salteadas. Mi marido me dio muy amablemente su plato como yo odiaba el mío. Se fue con la indigestión como apresurado incesantemente. Qué desperdicio de dinero para relajarte. Mientras aún terminaba la comida, el tipo vino con Bill a los 20. 40 para decir cocina cerrando así que tuvimos que pagar. Podría continuar. En el futuro, lección, tomar una copa y luego ir a uno de los restaurantes de la zona para comer.

30/12/2024: Not at all. Over an hour for take out delivery. Really rude server. Yet to get food. Really rubbish. Not recommended for anyone.

22/12/2024: Without a doubt , the worst fish and chips I have ever been served. My wife had the smoked cod, was thinner than a slice of sliced bread. The batter was practically non existant. Now to the ray that I ordered. I come from Raytown (Ringsend) It was disgraceful. To serve what I got was just horrendous. Inside the overcooked thin lair of batter was the smallest piece of Ray I have ever seen. I've been eating Ray all my life and this was the worst I have ever been served. The excuse I was given was that is all they could buy from their supplier. To which I replied , why did you buy it if it is inferior. And then try to pawn it off on customers. Needless to say Sharkys will never see us again. Dreadful food and the staff with their take it or leave it attitude was not a lot to be proud of.

15/02/2025: Myself and my husband had dinner once again in the best restaurant in kikdare Town. The service as usual is impeccable and so fast even though they were so busy. I had the fillet steak on the stone. When I tell you it's the best steak I have ever had I am being very serious. People you need to go there and try it. Their deserts are devine also. Thank you to Kelly and your amazing team and to Mark the chef I take my hat off to you. Amazing food Amazing restaurant and amazing atmosphere.

30/12/2024: If you're in Kildare, add it to your to-do list, come and eat at The Gallops. Here I ate the finest and most delicious lasagna and beef from the entire region. The quality of the ingredients and the passion of the chefs for their work, convinced me to come back to them as soon as possible. The gourmets will prove me right. The relaxing Christmas atmosphere, the impeccable service of the staff made me feel close to home. Thank you, you made my evening beautiful.

29/09/2024: Nice meal and very friendly welcome and service. I had the hot seafood platter and really enjoyed it. The cheesecake was also lovely.

23/09/2024: Went out for a family dinner. Six people in our group. Garlic chicken overcooked hard crust butter had evaporated. Crabmeat in filo pastry was burned. Waitress said it would take 15 mins to replace. Steak??? 😔. Can’t believe the chef allowed this to be served. Years since last visit to this restaurant WILL NOT BE BACK

02/09/2024: The staff, hospitality and the venue were fantastic. The hotel had a really family friendly and relaxed atmosphere, with beautiful surroundings. The food was terrific and the staff most helpful and friendly.

25/06/2024: Visited this evening on the way home from Belfast to sample their Gourmet meal in their restaurant again as we enjoyed our first experience so much. The restaurant is as nice as ever and the staff are brilliant. The food is just amazing. You can’t beat excellent.
