12/02/2025: Nice restaurant food was good. Lovely staff and atmosphere. Only small gripe was the wait between courses was quiet long but when u out for the night it'd fine. Lovely setting
10/02/2025: It had been a number of years since our last visit and Fiacri House did not disappoint. 5 star food with 5 star service. A place that could give others a lesson in hospitality! Looking forward to our next visit!

Dursey Deli
05/07/2025: Superb. The most amazing lobster roll I’ve ever tasted. Came with a huge salad and fries and on a gluten free roll as per request. Was so pleasantly surprised to have gluten free options right by the cable car on Dursey Sound.
Owners fiancé is also celiac and they were very knowledgeable.
23/06/2025: Perfect. A fresh lobster roll that fed two whilst watching dolphins playing in the ocean. Family business, busy but had plenty of time to talk and explain their business.

15/07/2025: This bar has disimproved over the last few years. Still much better than Hacketts (full of poseurs) opposite and has a reasonable selection of drinks. Needs a loving hand to bring it back to what it was.

New Forest Estate
22/05/2025: The golf course seemed well maintained. The apartment (we were in #1) needed a good cleaning. Some light fixtures didn’t work and the staircase had a loud squeak. The couches (2 love seats) were worn and the padding was past its prime. The beds were so hard sleep came sparingly. The apartments form a 3-sided “U” shape so if groups are in the courtyard making any noise it echos around generously sharing it with every unit.

10/06/2025: We had a group of 14 where the food, the service and the ambience were impecable.
All the food was excellent, my rack of lamb was rare as I ordered and everyone was raving about the food. The service was also great. I don’t think our guest experienced anything different from a party of 6 or 8. The food was timely and arrived generally at the same time. This was enough to create a great evening but the ambience was even better. We started in the private bar, moved to the beautiful dining room with a view of the medieval tower and the Atlantic. At sunset we were treated to a beautiful sunset over the Atlantic in the West of Ireland

08/03/2025: A lovely relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The simple food was deliciously fresh and staff couldn't do enough to cater for your needs. Definitely going to make this place a regular habit 🙌
