14/08/2026: Very poor first impression. I tried calling well within the advertised opening hours. Twice my call was answered and immediately disconnected without anyone speaking to me. On my third attempt, nobody answered and the call eventually went to voicemail.
I was genuinely interested in having my coffee machine professionally serviced, but if this is the standard of customer communication, I don't think I would feel comfortable entrusting my machine to this business.
