The best restaurants

03/08/2025: Un petit snack sympa et pas très excessif. Personnel accueillant. Une petite salle accueille les clients derrière pour se restaurer.

10/04/2025: The Best Hot Chocolate is to be had at this Coffee house. I was offered a mix of Dark and Milk Chocolate that was carefully mixed together which made for a very rewarding and enjoyable Hot Chocolate. Every other Hot Chocolate I have had since then,just tastes like Watery Milk. So Thanks Blue House Coffee for taking the time to make such a Great Hot Chocolate,so from here on in,my Hot Chocolate experience will be reserved for Blue House Coffee.✋️✋️ On top of all that the service is great and there is a lovely community atmosphere.❤️❤️❤️

14/03/2025: We were here at 0800 to get coffee and something to eat before our bus, but they were out of everything except one single pastry. The flat whites only came in regular size, and they were quite small for the cost. I was disappointed after reading the reviews.

16/08/2025: The owner spoke to us and greeted us with such kindness twas hard to believe he was the owner. We're going back again as soon as possible

29/05/2025: Perfect place to have a quick bite if you are a Chinese and Thai food lover !!! Chicken fried dumplings and hot sour soup is a must to try!! Overall my favorite Chinese place !! Elice the owner of the place is also very friendly!

10/05/2025: The food is delicious and the staff are friendly. I can see they are so busy organising their take away orders.

10/08/2025: Attended a birthday party here, great music, friendly staff , very clean toilets and there is a large smokers area outside. Great craic was had by all up dancing all night.

30/09/2024: The food is always top quality in here and the staff are very friendly. The Mexicana sandwich is particularly nice!

22/06/2024: I came down here while I was attending the Donegal Rally, came in while the place was empty and was immediately treated with unpleasantness. We were instructed to go to the counter to order food and when I went up with my group. I ordered and Irish breakfast with a coffee and on the menu it cost 9.90 but when I went to pay I was charged over 13 euro. The general demeanor of the woman behind the counter and the eye rolls over the fact I was ordering food. If I could give less stars I would. Terrible place to go terrible service, will recommend people to go elsewhere.

10/08/2025: Excellent service and food - a young woman named Laura (in a pink mask) was holding the fort by herself during a busy spell, she never missed a beat, and made us two of the best subs we've had in a long time (and we eat a lot of subs!)

08/09/2025: The lads are great and look after you. A decent local, nothing fancy. Decent pool table.

27/05/2024: I’ll never return again. Gave them a chance. Got a beef Szechuan and fried rice (had to pay extra) and a chicken and sweetcorn soup. Joked about buying prawn crackers but they’d give me free ones. Was told I’d need to spend more. Bought spring rolls on top for another 4 quid. Got my order. No prawn crackers. Asked why. You need to spend more. I’d gotten a starter, a soup and a main course! That level of hungriness deserves zero support. Other Chinese restaurants throw them in with every order.

15/08/2025: Nice café. Given the void left over by the former Coffee Pot it's nice to have this café here. Good selection of goodies on offer, ample room and tables for a decent crowd and not the worst value either. I had a nice, decent scone (with butter, jam and cream too) and my daughter got this large strawberry and cream doughnut which was excellent.

10/01/2024: Update: 10th January 2024. CLOSED - Google shows it’s open but blinds are down and sign says it shut for January. Bonus: we walked around and found Furey’s diner, not somewhere we’d been before. Whenever we visit Donegal we always use to pop in here for a cuppa and something to eat. Arrived today to find it closed, sign in window states they closed due to refurbishment at the beginning of January and will reopen again in February. Based on my past visit I’m giving it 5 stars and hopefully it will reopen soon.

30/01/2025: geniunely such a bad school, In first year In spanish i had 4 different teachers so i barely learned anything. the year head cares more about what you do on your ipad and if you use your journal right than if your getting a good eduacation,they blocked many features on ipads as well. food is way overpriced. shirry school.
