12/11/2023: Ordered a delivery, worst worst half cooked food, the pic is the food remaining after 2 hungry ppl tried to share a meal for 1 , please close your restaurant or stop your services, even the first time trying the food here could be a sin ...epitome of screwups of indian cuisine in dublin.. Meat tastes like rubber, gravy is half cooked tangy puree..I tried calling the restaurant to complain, but no response, Take My words, u will feel better to sleep hungry than spending money here .

01/10/2024: Great quick meal for a roadtrip/pit stop. Found a handful of food trucks on the way to Killarney and so we stopped and decided to try coasties! So delicious and exactly what I needed to fill my stomach, all while being super delicious. I got one with ham and it was very filling. The sauce they use is super tasty!

16/02/2025: Gran comida con un servicio fantástico, Darragh era un camarero excelente y realmente lo hizo una experiencia muy memorable. Muy buen ambiente, lo recomiendo encarecidamente! Teníamos pato y carne de res para el plato principal, cocinado perfectamente.

21/01/2025: Nada ha mejorado en este hotel desde mi última visita. El hotel no merece un estatus de tres estrellas, no importa cinco. hospitalidad como deber para hacer que el visitante reciba y experimente la comida y el servicio excepcionales nada de lo anterior sucedió. No culpo al personal por sus habilidades. Culpo a la mala administración por administrar las habilidades propias. El almuerzo del domingo reservado para cuatro personas dejé claro al camarero que quería pagar la cuenta que me dijeron que no era un problema. Espere casi 1 hora para comenzar los cursos sorprendentemente tres hombres una dama ambos cursos son todos los hombres servidos antes de que la mujer fue servida ( sorprendente ) Gestión básica de la etiqueta mis dos invitados tuvieron que salir temprano. Entonces pedí pagar la cuenta y me dijeron que ya había sido pagado por los dos invitados que acababan de salir absolutamente impactante. Deberían avergonzarse de sí mismos, mala gestión, mal personal, ningún liderazgo en su hotel. Ned Conlon

16/04/2025: Blair's restaurant, is in the Park Inn Hotel Shannon Airport. This is a peaceful haven , a 2 minute walk away from the bustle of Shannon Airport. While waiting for my flight, I enjoyed a tasty pizza, along with a lovely glass of Merlot wine. Anna provided top class service, with a smile. If you have time before your flight, I recommend you visit Blair's for a quiet coffee, drink or food. I will definitely pay a visit to Blair's, the next time I fly from Shannon Airport.
