The best restaurants

16/02/2025: Gran comida con un servicio fantástico, Darragh era un camarero excelente y realmente lo hizo una experiencia muy memorable. Muy buen ambiente, lo recomiendo encarecidamente! Teníamos pato y carne de res para el plato principal, cocinado perfectamente.

21/01/2025: Nada ha mejorado en este hotel desde mi última visita. El hotel no merece un estatus de tres estrellas, no importa cinco. hospitalidad como deber para hacer que el visitante reciba y experimente la comida y el servicio excepcionales nada de lo anterior sucedió. No culpo al personal por sus habilidades. Culpo a la mala administración por administrar las habilidades propias. El almuerzo del domingo reservado para cuatro personas dejé claro al camarero que quería pagar la cuenta que me dijeron que no era un problema. Espere casi 1 hora para comenzar los cursos sorprendentemente tres hombres una dama ambos cursos son todos los hombres servidos antes de que la mujer fue servida ( sorprendente ) Gestión básica de la etiqueta mis dos invitados tuvieron que salir temprano. Entonces pedí pagar la cuenta y me dijeron que ya había sido pagado por los dos invitados que acababan de salir absolutamente impactante. Deberían avergonzarse de sí mismos, mala gestión, mal personal, ningún liderazgo en su hotel. Ned Conlon

23/05/2024: Six days of sunshine in a row in Ireland. Apart from our stay in 2005, we had never experienced such a week in our last 9 stays. 2 meters and nice catches throughout the week. Another big thank you to Michel, Olivier and the entire IFC team for their sympathy and their professionalism. Everything is always at the TOP, whether in terms of chalets, meals, and their availability. Take care of yourself and your loved ones. 16/04/2025: Blair's restaurant, is in the Park Inn Hotel Shannon Airport. This is a peaceful haven , a 2 minute walk away from the bustle of Shannon Airport. While waiting for my flight, I enjoyed a tasty pizza, along with a lovely glass of Merlot wine. Anna provided top class service, with a smile. If you have time before your flight, I recommend you visit Blair's for a quiet coffee, drink or food. I will definitely pay a visit to Blair's, the next time I fly from Shannon Airport.

02/02/2025: I had a booking for 18 of us, the smell (damp) dirt and the cold was nearly enough to run before we even sat down but wr proceeded we had a read of the menu i had some in the party that don't eat chinese but was told they do European also, when i asked for that menu it seemed like a bother, the staff were rude no way helpful at all and ignorant we had wine including in our booking which we were told they'd ran out so short 4 glasses they knew how many was going to be there, wine tasted likebpaint thinners food was vile nearly all dishes had like a scum over them thatvhad been sitting for a long period of time, chips were cold and only half cooked the list is endless of compliments, i politely point this out to a staff member and she shock her head and rolled her eyes at me awful bad mannerism Only dish that was ok a little flavorless but a bit more edible that all the other dishes was the sweet chilli crispy chicken, Our money was wasted her as all food was left behind on table and we left starving with no apologys what so ever
