The best restaurants

11/05/2024: Avoid at all cost. 49E for 1 starter, 1 main dish, 1 kids meal. Told it was because Bruce was playing in town. Disgraceful and appealing to rip customers off like this. Is this even legal to hike prices like this. Short sighted greedy business u have lost a whole family of regular customers. Avoid at all cost

23/01/2026: i don’t know why i ever come back. dark haired woman (not naming names however i will when i make a formal complaint) interrupting me mid order rolling her eyes telling me “no oat milk” before i even finish my sentence, asked to scan my loyalty card & scanned it and her reaction was shouting “no no no no no no you’ll do it when i tell you” went to sit down and she pushed in front of me and my 1 year old son to clean the table to deter us from sitting there even though there was still an hour left until she closed. beyond a joke!

25/01/2026: Great pint...cosy atmosphere. Classic barman. Worth a visit.

15/08/2026: Just revisited the falls restaurant for a second time we had the full menu which consisted of lots of courses which were all very tasty and things which we had never had before. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for something special. We met and chatted to the chef mark Treacy and complemented our lovely fine dining dinner. The service was so great and courses arrived regularly describing what we were about to eat all really great. Thank you

11/08/2025: I love the Rose hotel ..but unfortunately the last 2 visits have been disappointing..ordered the fish and chips, it was terrible..the batter was heavy and soggy while the chips were in edible..so disappointing..it will be a while before I go back to eat there ..but the hotel is beautiful and comfortable with nice staff..come on Rose ye can do better!
