18/03/2024: Possibly the worst cafe in ballyfermot the roll was not baked properly it was like soft doh and was falling apart very bad

09/10/2025: I got a leaflet from this company through the letterbox, on it was a picture and price of a shared platter. I had an event on so I was thinking this would be perfect. I rang to order it. The first person I spoke to said they weren't sure and to ring back. I saw on the site they take emails for events, so I also emailed. I heard nothing back from the email and when I rang I mentioned the email. I was told that they don't accept email orders.... So I asked could I order on the phone, I was told to ring Supermacs and order before I come up... Great. So I wanted this for around midday Saturday. I rang early, Supermacs weren't open so my call was disconnected. I rang a few times up to 11:20. So I drove up and asked in person can I get this legendary shared platter. The poor people behind the counter looked at me like I had 2 heads. I then got a "we don't do that"... So I had to get an emergency order from somewhere else. I wouldn't bother with this crowd. No one seems to know what is going on.

08/09/2025: Two of rudest customer service members either. Asked for gluten free and so much huffing and puffing and eye rolling. Only two gluten free baps available per day is absolutely unbelievable. Staff need a customer service training so rude
